Villa Citrus is in a lovely quiet area just a short stroll from several bars and restaurants and the blue flag beaches Corallia Beach and Coral Bay Beach.  The vibrant Coral Bay strip with plenty of great restaurants, bars with live entertainment and shops is less than a 20 minute walk.

To the east lies Kato Paphos with its medieval port and antiquities of the ancient world, charming harbour and seafront full of eateries and shops.  And Old Town Paphos lies up on the hill overlooking the harbour with its narrow streets, full traditional market, artisans and local produce. To the west lies the wild Akamas peninsula: adventure awaits!

Inside, the villa is stylishly decorated and comfortably furnished including a lounge area with 50 inch TV with English speaking channels & SKY.  The lounge and kitchen both enjoy views over the lovely pool and garden. The fabulous fitted kitchen provides all the equipment you will need, including bottle cooler, microwave, cooker, hob, iron, washing machine & dishwasher.

All 4 bedrooms are large and have the luxury of their own en-suite bathroom.  The first of the bedrooms is a double and can be found on the ground floor with en-suite shower room and views and access to the garden and pool area.

On the first floor there is a spacious master bedroom with king size bed, an en-suite shower room and separate dressing room.  There are also 2 twin rooms on this level with lovely views over the garden, pool area and mountains.  One twin room has an en-suite shower room and one twin has an en-suite bathroom.  There is also the option in one of these rooms for an additional fold-out single bed.  There are patio doors leading off the landing to a charming balcony with a table and chairs for you to enjoy the garden and pool view and that of the mountains beyond.

Coming back down to the ground floor, 2 sets of patio doors lead you out to the pool patio area, sparkling private pool, sun beds, al fresco dining area, soft seating area, hot tub (optional extra) traditional Cypriot stone built bbq and wonderful palm tree filled, lawned gardens which are very shady, private and tranquil – so plenty to keep you entertained, cool, relaxed and full!   The swimming pool is encased in a safety fence for the protection of the little ones.
