Villa Martini is a super 12 sleeper (up to 13 adults + 2 children on request) with amazing views over Potima Bay and Coral Bay.  Just a 3 minute drive to where it’s all happening – the Coral Bay strip is chock-full of great restaurants, bars with live entertainment, shops and a small amusement park with mini-golf course.  And 2 of the best beaches on the island, Coral Bay Beach & Corallia Beach, are just a few minutes further on.

On your way to visit the Old Town of Paphos and Kato Paphos with its harbour castle, stop off at the fantastic Sea You Beach Bar at Potima Bay for a spot of lunch looking out to the sparkling waters of the Med, or an early evening drink to watch a stunning Paphian sunset.  Or head in a westerly direction and visit the wild and wonderful Akamas Peninsula and National Park.

Villa Martini is a supremely modern and stunning one storey villa on a big plot, beautifully embedded in the hills of Potima Bay, with the most breathtaking sea views over Potima Bay and Coral Bay.  The spacious lounge area with comfortable designer seating has a large HD smart TV with UK channels, PlayStation 4 plus games (available on request) and a fabulous pool table for your entertainment.  The fully fitted kitchen with centre island has everything you need including dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave & fridge/freezer and dining area.  The vast master bedroom has walk in wardrobes, bunk beds and a stunning en suite bathroom with both bath and huge walk-in shower, there are 4 further double bedrooms, 2 of which can be turned into twin bedrooms, a family bathroom and guest cloakroom.

The extensive large outside pool area comes with a big private infinity pool (heating, optional extra), sun loungers, sun umbrellas, soft seating area, covered al fresco dining area, wood stone oven, BBQ and a children’s play area with swings, slide, seesaw and ping pong table.  There is also the luxury of a jacuzzi/spa with massage jets- introducing our versatile all-season jacuzzis, perfect for holiday villa guests!
