Nestled in the hills of Potima Bay, surrounded by banana plantations, the fabulous 4 bedroomed Villa Seabreeze offers ultimate privacy and the most amazing panoramic views of the beautiful crystal waters of the Mediterranean Sea. It is only a 3 minute drive to the coast and the Sea You Beach Bar, a fantastic beach bar shack right at the seafront. It’s also just a 3 minute drive to the popular family resort of Coral Bay which has a vast choice of restaurants, bars with live entertainment, shops and 2 of the region’s best beaches Coral Bay Beach & Corallia Beach.
Villa Seabreeze has an open plan downstairs area which comprises of a comfortable lounge with brand new designer furniture, a large flat screen TV with UK channels and a PlayStation 4 (or Nintendo Wii) with games, a dining area and fully fitted kitchen with all mod cons. There is one double bedroom on the ground floor and a family bathroom. Upstairs there is a master bedroom with ensuite bathroom, a further double bedroom and twin bedroom sharing a family bathroom.
The outside pool area with wooden decking, comes with a big private pool with Roman steps (heated, optional extra), BBQ, optional hot tub, al fresco dining facilities, luxury sun loungers, sun umbrellas, and a pool table & ping pong table for your entertainment. If all that isn’t enough, the view is the cherry on the cake, amazing panoramic sea views make this villa a cut above.
Please note, there is a steep driveway to access and exit the villa.
