Modernisation	All of our villas come with our sought after facilities and amenities that gives that extra touch (to our villas). However not all villas have new bathrooms, kitchens or have been recently renovated. As such we have given the villa a rating of it’s overall modernisation to help you understand how ‘modern’ it is. Please read the villa description and take a look at the images to get a better understanding of the villa. If in doubt, please call the Reservation Team to get an even clearer overview.
Views	Most of our villas come with some pretty amazing views. This rating is to help you understand the level of unobstructed, jawdropping, panoramic sea and mountain views the villas offers from the pool area and/or the bedrooms, and/or the terraces.
Privacy	You need a total break from everything and everyone? This rating is to indicate how secluded the Holiday Villa is, that the pool area is not overlooked and the level of privacy the villa offers.
Tranquillity	Most of our villas come with some pretty amazing views. This rating is to help you understand the level of unobstructed, jawdropping, panoramic sea and mountain views the villas offers from the pool area and/or the bedrooms, and/or the terraces.
Distance to amenities	This indicates the ability to walk within 5-10 minutes from the Holiday Villa to local amenities like a fresh bakery, supermarket, restaurant and / or bar.
Entertainment	In addition to the ping pong table, computer games, bluetooth stereo and big flatscreens that many villas offer, this indicates the availability (there where space allows it) of a children play ground (with swing, slide and trampoline), a snooker table, darts, airhockey and a foosball table. (check with our team if you are specifically looking for a villa with a children’s playground and / or a snooker table).

This villa is part of an exclusive gated community of superior quality villas located at the top of Peyia Village, close to Coral Bay. The location affords you the most stunning views over the Paphos coastline and mountains. Peyia, which is around a 3 minute drive, is a charming Cypriot village full of tavernas, bars, restaurants, good local shops and amenities.

The bustling and popular Coral Bay Strip is only a 3 minute drive away and boasts blue flag beaches Corallia Beach and Coral Bay Beach, there are many restaurants with local and international cuisine to choose from along with an array of bars, many with live music throughout the week and plenty of shopping opportunities. There is also a little amusement park for the younger ones with a fantastic mini golf course to keep the older ones entertained.

To the west lies St. George and the Akamas Peninsula and National Park. To the east past Potima Bay and the village of Kissonerga lies Paphos Old Town and Kato Paphos. There are a number of golf courses to recommend along with some fantastic wineries and wine tours.

The villa is a romantic 2 bedroom villa offering complete privacy and seclusion with a wonderful intimate garden looking over the curve of the Paphos coastline and striking mountains. This one storey villa has an open plan living area with comfortable lounge, flat screen TV with multi-lingual channels and feature fireplace. The kitchen has all the mod-cons you will need including a breakfast bar with seating. There is a double bedroom with sumptuous roll-top, free-standing bath perfectly positioned for you to enjoy the most amazing views whilst you relax in the warm bubbles and there is also an ensuite shower. There is a spacious twin bedroom and shared shower room with wc. There is air-conditioning in all areas.

Outside the private garden has a wonderful infinity pool, sunbeds, dining table & chairs, gas bbq and built-in stone bench seating and a luxurious hot tub which will be filled ready for your arrival, ideally placed to drink in those wonderful sea and mountain views, under the beautiful Cyprus sun where you’ll be in great company with the Greek goddess of light, Thea!
