This amazing villa is located at the top of Peyia Village, close to Coral Bay with the most breath-taking views over the southwest coastline and mountains. Peyia, which is under a 10 minute drive, is a charming Cypriot village full of tavernas, bars, restaurants, good local shops and amenities.  The very popular Coral Bay Strip is only a 15 minute drive away and boasts blue flag beaches Corallia Beach and Coral Bay Beach, the strip has numerous restaurants with a varied choice of cuisine, along with lots of bars with live music and shops. There is also a little amusement park for the younger ones with a fantastic mini golf course to keep the older ones entertained.

To the west lies St. George and the Akamas Peninsula and National Park. To the east past Potima Bay and the village of Kissonerga lies Paphos Old Town and Kato Paphos. There are a number of golf courses to recommend along with some fantastic wineries and wine tours.

In addition to the primary residence, there are two annexes accessible via the garden area. This captivating villa is set over 2 floors, blending rustic architectural elements with modern decor. The ground floor, designed with an open concept, begins with a cosy living space featuring a flat-screen TV with English speaking channels, it also includes a spacious dining area furnished with a large table and chairs. The kitchen area showcases an elegant design, harmoniously blending granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and wooden cabinets, it is fully equipped with all essential kitchen amenities and provides generous storage and prep space through numerous cabinets, there is a separate utility room extending from the kitchen, housing a washing machine, sink and an additional gas hob and oven. This level features a family shower room and a double bedroom with access to the outdoor space through patio doors.

As you ascend to the first floor, two additional bedrooms await: a double bedroom featuring an en-suite bathroom with patio doors to a shared balcony and a twin bedroom with en-suite shower and patio doors leading to the shared balcony overlooking the captivating vistas of the sea, mountains and the pool area.  For larger groups, there’s more lodging available via external access where you will find 2 extra twin bedrooms situated on the ground floor of the main residence, one of these twins has an additional two single beds on the mezzanine level, perfect for children. These rooms share a spacious “Jack & Jill” bathroom accessible from either side.

In the separate annex, you’ll discover an open-plan, cosy kitchen and a well-appointed living space. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, both electric and gas hobs, a fridge/freezer, dishwasher, various cabinets stocked with additional appliances, and a petite round dining table suitable for up to 5 guests. On the ground level, there’s a spacious double bedroom, along with a family shower room that conveniently connects to the living area, a wooden staircase seamlessly links the living area to an elevated mezzanine featuring two single beds and an en-suite shower for added comfort.

On this floor you will find 2 of the bedrooms, 1 double bedroom (which can also be made into a twin) with a separate shower room, and a large balcony offering amazing sea views and one with direct access to the pool patio area. There is a also double bedroom with direct access to the pool patio area with its own en suite bathroom.

The second floor is host to an additional living area with large flat screen TV with UK channels and a further 3 bedrooms. The master bedroom with large en suite bathroom, including bath and separate shower, and a balcony to enjoy wonderful sea views and sunsets. Villa Alkontera is an elegant 5 bedroom villa centrally located in Polis. The shops and restaurants are within walking distance where you will find a good choice of places to eat and drink in Polis Square too. Polis Beach and the charming Latchi Harbour are less than a 5 minute drive.

On entering the villa you will find the dining area with table and chairs and a nice sized lounge with a large modern L shaped couch and TV, here are 2 picture windows overlooking the garden area. This leads to a further seating area with a TV that can be used for youtube and such like. Leading on from the seating area to the modern fitted kitchen with an island and bar stools and kitchen door which also leads to the terrace and pool area. Behind the kitchen is a double bedroom with a large shower ensuite where there are doors that open to the side of the house and this leads to the pool area. On this floor there are two sets of steps that go to the lower ground floor, the first set taking you down to the games room with air hockey and foosball where there is also a separate shower room. Villa Rio is the taller sister villa to Villa Acapulco, built over 2 floors and in the same great location, Villa Rio is a short walk to both Corallia Beach and Coral Bay Beach. Situated on a lovely quiet residential street, you have several bars & restaurants within easy walking distance and the bustling Coral Bay strip with plenty of great restaurants, bars with live entertainment and shops is less than a 20 minute walk.

To the east lies Kato Paphos with its medieval port and antiquities of the ancient world, charming harbour and seafront full of eateries and shops. And Old Town Paphos lies up on the hill overlooking the harbour with its narrow streets, full traditional market, artisans and local produce. To the west lies the wild Akamas peninsula: adventure awaits!

Villa Rio is a spacious villa with lots of outside space. Through the front door and to your left is a fully fitted kitchen with all the mod cons you need including dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave, and American style fridge/freezer and a dining area to seat 6 guests very comfortably. Down a couple of steps, the lounge area has brand new designer furniture, a feature fireplace, large flat screen TV with UK channels and PlayStation 4 plus games (available on request).

The first of 3 bedrooms can be found on the ground floor, this can be a double room or twin room to suit your needs, it has double patio doors leading to the pool patio area and has its own ensuite bathroom. There is also a guest cloakroom on the ground floor.

On the first floor there is a master bedroom with ensuite bathroom and balcony overlooking the pool area and another double bedroom with ensuite bathroom. There is free air-conditioning throughout the whole villa and free WiFi.
