Villa Alkontera is an elegant 5 bedroom villa centrally located in Polis. The shops and restaurants are within walking distance where you will find a good choice of places to eat and drink in Polis Square too. Polis Beach and the charming Latchi Harbour are less than a 5 minute drive.

On entering the villa you will find the dining area with table and chairs and a nice sized lounge with a large modern L shaped couch and TV, here are 2 picture windows overlooking the garden area. This leads to a further seating area with a TV that can be used for youtube and such like. Leading on from the seating area to the modern fitted kitchen with an island and bar stools and kitchen door which also leads to the terrace and pool area. Behind the kitchen is a double bedroom with a large shower ensuite where there are doors that open to the side of the house and this leads to the pool area. Villa Galini is an amazing 5-bedroom single storey villa in the up-market Sea Caves area of Peyia, boasting stunning vistas of the sea and mountains, it’s conveniently situated just a 6-minute drive away from Coral Bay’s vibrant main strip, where you will find an abundance of bars and restaurants, to suit every palate and taste. Adjacent is its blue flagged sandy beach with inviting crystal-clear waters. You can also embark on a journey along the southwestern coast, from the enchanting Kato Paphos, in the east, with its castle & harbour, and then westwards along to the captivating fishing harbour of St. George and onwards to the pristine Akamas Peninsula National Park.

A gentle descent of a few steps unveils the initial pair of bedrooms, firstly a twin bedroom with an en-suite shower and a bit further along, there is a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. Both bedrooms are graced with generous patio doors leading out to an expansive gated terrace, which wraps around three sides of the villa. At the opposite end of the central living area, down a few steps, you will find two double bedrooms, Galini’s master bedroom comes with a large en-suite bathroom. Villa Kallizoni is a stylish 4 bedroom villa in the charming village of Neo Chorio close to Latchi and Polis. Latchi harbour is just over a 5 minute drive and boasts some of the best fish tavernas on the island. Here you can take amazing day trips either with a privately hired boat or part of a day cruise to the world famous Blue Lagoon where you can swim in the clearest, bluest waters and enjoy a freshly prepared bbq and sample the local wines. A little further along the coast is Polis, a wonderful place to explore its quaint streets and shops and has plenty of watering holes and eateries. There are some great beaches to find along this coastal route too and the wild and wonderful Akamas Peninsula is also on your doorstep where you can enjoy the outstanding fauna and flora of this stunning nature reserve.

 Villa Kyparissia is a privately set and exclusive mansion-villa within an extensive, fully walled and gated plot and is just a kilometre or so from the scenic village of Kathikas. Villa Kyparissia offers stunning views overlooking Peyia, Coral Bay and Paphos. This is a 12 sleeper, 5 bathroom villa and separate sections split the villa – making it ideal for pairs of families, or larger groups of friends sharing.

​

Through the villa’s grand entrance doors, you will find a spacious open plan living area that is furnished in a modern style giving a contemporary indoor setting. Leading to the dining area in front of the open feature fire therefore ideal for hiding in shade in summer months and for a cosy dinner after outdoor activity in off-season and early spring. The open plan living area includes a fully equipped kitchen and dining area. There is a utility kitchen adjacent with time saving appliances, and plenty of extra surface area for when you really want to show off in the kitchen. Just outside the kitchen area there are al-fresco dining options, including a shaded veranda with a large stone built BBQ space. This area is perfect for enjoying a glass or two in the shade whilst barbecuing, sipping your morning coffee, or simply taking in the views.

The 4 south-facing bedrooms each have an en-suite bathroom. At its heart there’s a large private pool which has amazing views on all sides. A grand white stone table and chairs looks across the pool to the stunning views below. The area is ideal for dining as a group, day or night, in a spectacular setting.
