Villa Chiara ist eine reizende 4-Zimmer-Villa in ruhiger Umgebung. Sie liegt in einer gepflegten Wohnstraße, nur wenige Gehminuten vom Dorf Kissonerga entfernt, einem traditionellen und charmanten zypriotischen Dorf mit Geschäften, Restaurants und Bars. Unten an der Bucht liegt die Sea You Beach Bar, ein fester Favorit bei CVR, und in Sichtweite befindet sich Coral Bay mit seinen Geschäften und Restaurants sowie unseren Top-Strandempfehlungen, Corallia Beach und Coral Bay Beach.
Villa Chiara bietet einen schönen Blick auf Garten und Pool und eignet sich damit ideal für Familien mit Kindern. Der Poolbereich ist über 3 große Terrassentüren direkt vom offenen Wohn-, Ess- und Küchenbereich zugänglich. Das gut geschnittene Wohnzimmer verfügt über einen großen Flachbild-TV mit englischsprachigen Sendern sowie eine PlayStation 4 samt Spielen (auf Anfrage). Es gibt einen Essbereich und eine voll ausgestattete Küche mit allem, was Sie brauchen. Im Erdgeschoss befindet sich ein Doppelschlafzimmer mit einem Familienbadezimmer mit Dusche. Im Obergeschoss liegen drei weitere Schlafzimmer: das Hauptschlafzimmer mit eigenem Bad, ein Doppelzimmer und ein Zweibettzimmer mit gemeinsamem Familienbad. Ein Balkon zieht sich über die gesamte Länge der Villa und bietet Blick auf Pool und Garten.
Draußen erwartet Sie ein Privatpool, der in den kühleren Monaten beheizt werden kann (Heizung gegen Aufpreis), sowie optional ein Whirlpool mit Massagedüsen für das ganze Jahr: ein wohltuendes, dampfendes Bad im Winter zum Stressabbau und zur Entspannung, erfrischend kühles Wasser im Sommer für die Haut. Die Düsen lassen sich individuell einstellen. Außerdem gibt es hochwertige Sonnenliegen, einen Essbereich im Freien, einen Grill, eine gemütliche Sitzecke und eine Tischtennisplatte. Der Garten ist von schönen Sträuchern und Bäumen umgeben.

This villa was beautiful and really made our holiday so great! It was very clean and had everything we needed! The pool was a great size and there was plenty of indoor and outdoor space. When we had any questions the host responded quickly and was very helpful. I would definitely recommend this place and would stay here again without a doubt!
The place was so beautiful and the kitchen is full with everything you need. the wifi didnt work in the first day but the owner make sure they will fix it in the next day!! . the only problem you dont gave wifi in the second floor . beside that everything was great and we have the best days! thank you
Villa Chiara is a lovely place to stay, it was as described, spacious clean with a warm pool and hot tub. We paid extra and it was well worth it. The house was clean and the pool was also cleaned by the team while we were staying there. The house is generally in good condition and we had a fantastic stay. We hired cars and the property was easy to find and beaches and restaurants were a short drive. Overall we were very happy with our choice.
Great quiet place to stay,close to city centre,walking distance to the nearest shops,bakery,domino’s pizza.We stayed 9 in the house however description stated up to 11 people but that’s unrealistic,9 people was the maximum u can have and free space in the living room without having to be quiet in the kitchen that has no door .Lovely place to stay
The villa did not meet expectations, it looked much better in the photos. I really didn't like the lighting, it was very dark, the water pump was a disaster, if everyone goes to the toilet at night, all the residents wake up, there was not enough hot water for everyone (8). Only the beds were good. And anyway, the villa is in need of repair.
We enjoyed our stay, but there are definitely areas that need improvement. For the price paid, we could have found villas closer to the beach with a nicer and more organized BBQ area. The team was proactive in sending someone to check the air-conditioning issue, but unfortunately, it kept leaking all day. Shading in the outdoor area was poor with only two umbrellas, and the A/C units in the bedrooms were set to switch off every 2, 4, or 6 hours, which meant waking up in the middle of the night from the heat. Several amenities advertised also came with extra charges, which we only learned about after booking. Check-in at 4pm feels quite late and check-out at 10am very early – in practice, this takes away hours from the overall stay. Overall, it was a good experience and with some adjustments this could become a top villa.
