This was our second year staying at the fabulous Villa Katerina as a party of 8. The villa was spotless on arrival and the pool cleaned regularly (we enjoyed our early morning chats with the pool guy) The villa was more than spacious enough for us all with everything you could possibly need during your stay and the pool is just amazing! One of our favourite restaurants Anesi is just a 2 mins drive away, highly recommend you try it! I have used Cyprus Villa Retreats now for many years and they have always been fantastic, any issues we had were resolved very quickly and efficiently, with the staff always being friendly. I wouldn't hesitate to book this villa again. Thank you for another fantastic holiday 😊

We stayed at Villa Katerina as a family of five — four adults and one child — for 16 days in early August 2026, and we would almost certainly choose to stay here again. With so many beautiful villas to choose from in this part of Cyprus, that in itself is a strong recommendation. Villa Katerina is a wonderful property in an ideal location. It is situated just a few miles from the hustle and bustle of Coral Bay, close enough to reach easily whenever you want, while still offering a wonderfully peaceful and relaxing setting. Being only around 1km from Paphos Zoo is an added bonus. The villa itself is spacious and very well equipped, with four full-sized double bedrooms. Three bedrooms are upstairs and have their own full bathroom en-suites, while the fourth bedroom is on the ground floor with a bathroom conveniently located just outside the door. There is air conditioning throughout, which was particularly welcome during the August heat. The kitchen is extremely well equipped, with everything you could need for a self-catering holiday, including a washing machine, dishwasher and a good-sized fridge freezer. It would comfortably cater for a large family or group of eight or more. Outside, there is an abundance of space for relaxing, lounging and sunbathing. The extra-large pool is a real highlight and was an absolute pleasure to use, with plenty of sun loungers and shade available for guests. There is also the option to hire a hot/cold tub for an additional charge, which would be a lovely extra for those looking to make the most of their stay. We also found Villa Retreats to be excellent. They were readily available and very helpful whenever we had any minor issues, responding quickly and resolving things without any fuss. There are a couple of things worth mentioning simply so future guests know what to expect. The villa is surrounded on three sides by banana and citrus-growing areas, so in the evenings you may notice more insects around the pool than you might normally expect. This certainly didn't bother us, and a pool net is provided, making it very easy to clear the pool before swimming. The villa is also close to a road used by quad bikes travelling to and from the Akamas and sea caves. These pass by only a few times a day and the noise generally lasts no more than around 10 seconds, although it can occasionally interrupt outdoor conversations. For us, this was a very minor point and certainly didn't detract from the otherwise peaceful and serene surroundings. There is currently some work being carried out at the entrance to the villa driveway, which makes the approach look a little untidy and can give a less-than-ideal first impression. However, don't let that put you off. Once you're through the entrance and see the villa and its surroundings, that first impression is quickly forgotten. Overall, we had a fantastic stay at Villa Katerina and would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending it to others. It is spacious, well equipped, peaceful and ideally located, with a fantastic pool and plenty of outdoor space. We thoroughly enjoyed our 16 days here and would happily return.

We loved staying here. The pool was amazing for my kids and i loved using the table tennis table with my Dad! Only thing to be aware of is that you will need a car to get around

Relaxing family escape in Cyprus We spent a few days in a villa Katerina, Peyia in Cyprus with both immediate and extended family, and it was a fantastic experience. The property was exactly as described—clean, well-maintained, and offered great value for money. The atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing, making it perfect for unwinding. Everyone enjoyed their stay, and we felt very comfortable throughout. Highly recommended for families looking for a quality getaway. We have recently returned home from a week stay in Villa Katerina. Our family group included 4 adults and 3 children aged 2,4 and 10. We could not recommend this villa enough. It was clean , well maintained and equipped with everything we needed for both adults and children. The pool was a great size and maintained to a high standard. The location was perfect , not overlooked by any other villas, but in a great accessable location. Coral bay was just a short distance away with a variety of restaurants and shops perfect for the family.
