Going to town
From ancient to modern, the region can offer a broad selection of destinations for going to town. Paphos Old Town promises both old and new, while the mountain villages are excellent sundown destinations full of authentic Cypriot charm. The Coral Bay Strip is a bustling modern stretch of eateries and watering holes accessible from all our villas.
Peyia Village
The village of Peyia nestles on the south-westernmost tip of Cyprus, on the steep slopes of the coastal hills inland from Coral Bay. It lies 14 km north of Paphos at the southern end of the Akamas Peninsula.
Coral Bay Strip
The Coral Bay Strip is the holiday hub of the Paphos region. It’s packed with eateries and watering holes, local supermarkets and the chemist’s. Going to town. Without going to town.
Kato Paphos
Kato Paphos is the old town and a UNESCO World Heritage Site. So there’s plenty to do and see at the region’s capital. Read more…
Kathikas Village
Traditional Cypriot village high up in the Kathikas wine growing region. Donkey sanctuary and Easter reenactment of the Passion of Christ.
Omodos Village
Another mountaintop village high in a winemaking region is the lovely Omodos. Free wine sampling should make the visit interesting with wineries, a pretty monastery, cobbled streets and to-die-for views. This is warmly recommended by the CVR team. Great for an evening at or after sundown.
