Villa Emily and Villa Angel are both located on a private estate in secured gated grounds in the prestigious Argaka area of Polis in the Paphos district. The popular resort of Latchi, with its charming harbour and famous fish restaurants, is just a 15 minute drive away and the popular town of Polis with plenty of restaurants, bars and colourful shops and market stalls only a 10 minute drive.

The villas have the most beautiful landscaped gardens with seating amongst them. Here there is also a staff house that takes care of the villas, the garden, the pools, maintenance and to help guests with any issues, questions or queries. This is an amazing location for enjoying a peaceful holiday.

The spectacular Villa Emily is set over 3 floors, the entrance hall on the ground floor leads you through to the spacious and extremely comfortable lounge with flat screen TV and 2 dining areas, several patio doors lead you to the terrace with comfortable table and chairs. There is a fully equipped high-end kitchen with all mod cons including dishwasher, oven, hob, extractor hood, fridge/freezer, microwave, coffee machine, toaster and kettle along with a breakfast bar. On this floor you will find a guest cloakroom.

On the lower ground floor you will find a small gym, a sauna, separate shower room and guest cloakroom. Villa Topaz Bay is a nicely laid out modern villa situated in Kissonerga with beautiful sea and mountain views, located in a quiet area, the villa is accessed from a side road with parking on the driveway at the side of the villa as well as a garage.

On entrance to the villa there is the open plan lounge with a large wall mounted TV and comfy seating, dining area with table and chairs. The modern light beige fitted kitchen is separate. Patio doors open from the lounge and dining area to the covered terrace and pool area. On the ground floor there is also a guest toilet.

On the first floor are two double bedrooms. Both double bedrooms, one with an en suite shower, have an adjoining balcony with small table and chairs and beautiful sea and pool views. There is also a separate bathroom on this floor.

On the lower floor you will find a further two bedrooms, a twin bedroom and a double bedroom plus single bed which share a separate bathroom. On this floor there is also a room that houses the washing machine, additional fridge and sink, iron and ironing board.

Villa Rio is the taller sister villa to Villa Acapulco, built over 2 floors and in the same great location, Villa Rio is a short walk to both Corallia Beach and Coral Bay Beach. Situated on a lovely quiet residential street, you have several bars & restaurants within easy walking distance and the bustling Coral Bay strip with plenty of great restaurants, bars with live entertainment and shops is less than a 20 minute walk.

To the east lies Kato Paphos with its medieval port and antiquities of the ancient world, charming harbour and seafront full of eateries and shops. This fabulous 3 bedroom villa is located in the prestigious area of Secret Valley just a short drive from the charming village of Kouklia with numerous traditional tavernas and watering holes. With amazing views of the Mediterranean Sea and Troodos Mountains, it is centrally located between the coastal resort of Paphos and Cyprus’ second largest city, Limassol.

The villa is set over a single storey with an open plan design. The large lounge is comfortably furnished with a corner sofa, easy chairs, large flat screen TV with English speaking channels and has wall to wall glass patio doors which allow the natural light to flood in. The dining area seats 6 and the fully fitted kitchen, reached by a couple of shallow steps, is furnished with all the mod-cons you will need to enjoy a first class self-catering holiday. The rooms are set up as a double bedroom with en suite shower room and patio doors leading to a raised terrace, a double room with en suite bathroom and a twin room, but all bedrooms can be either twin or double. There is also a separate family shower room.

Moving through to the outside area, there is an abundance of soft seating areas, the first by the front door on a slightly raise terrace.
