Villa Azure is a remarkable 5 bedroom villa with 6th guest room in a separate apartment available on request, in the most impressive location of Sea Caves close to the Akamas Peninsula and National Park, an area of immense natural beauty, including the amazing Lara turtle nesting beach, but is only a 10 minute drive to the life and soul of the area – Coral Bay – with its famous blue flag beaches and lively strip full of fabulous restaurants, bars with live entertainment and shops.

Villa Azure is ultra modern, very secluded and private with the most amazing vista. It is set over 3 floors with a utility room on the lower ground floor with top of the range Miele washers, dryers and additional fridge/freezers. The ground floor boasts magnificent floor to ceiling picture windows to drink in those stunning views, 2 living rooms, a high-end kitchen with all the facilities you will need including 2 ovens, large fridge/freezer, 2 dishwashers and microwave, 6 metre long breakfast bar and formal dining area. Here you will find the first 2 of 5 bedrooms, being a double en suite with amazing sea views and one with 2 sets of luxury and extra wide bunk-beds plus a separate shower room.

The first floor houses 3 bedrooms, one bedroom has 2 sets of luxury and extra wide bunk beds with fabulous terrace overlooking the magnificent Mediterranean sea plus separate shower room. There is a wonderfully designed double master bedroom (with 2 double beds) that can be divided by a sliding soundproof wall, creating an additional bedroom. Both rooms feature their own private en suite bathrooms, each complemented by large balconies offering stunning, unobstructed sea views.

Taking you to the outside area, there is a large double garage with automatic doors, maids quarters (with a bedroom, kitchenette and bathroom) and one of the biggest and most impressive private swimming pools you will ever see! At 22m x 8m, this awesome infinity pool steals the show and has a backdrop of beautifully manicured lawns and landscaped gardens. You can sunbathe around the very generous pool patio area before walking down the Roman steps to swim a few laps while building up an appetite to enjoy the wonderful al fresco dining area after cooking up a storm on the outside barbecue.

As an extra added luxury, our maid service makes up your beds 5 days a week, cleans the bathrooms & patios and changes the bed linen once a week.

Located in a lovely, quiet cul-de-sac. The villa is accessed from an attractive residential street with off-road parking inside the gated grounds.

Villa Pelagia has an open plan design lounge and dining area with the kitchen leading from this area. There is comfortable seating, large flat-screen TV with English Speaking TV Channels and a PlayStation 4 (available on request) plus a dining table and chairs. There is a well-equipped kitchen which has everything you need including a dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave and fridge freezer. There is a double bedroom on the ground floor with a separate shower room. There are 3 further bedrooms on the first floor. Two doubles both with en-suite bathroom and one twin bedroom with en-suite shower room. One double bedroom and the twin bedroom share a balcony with pleasant sea views and countryside views.

The large pool area with sunbeds and parasols is a perfect place to relax and cool off. A large shaded pergola with an outdoor table and chairs and a BBQ makes it great for alfresco dining. Also a shaded area to the other side of the property where you can enjoy a game of table tennis. There is also a pool table, dart board plus a swing and slide for the little ones.

There is also an optional jacuzzi/spa for you to enjoy – introducing our versatile all-season jacuzzis, perfect for holiday villa guests! • 8 Rooms, the villa accommodates a maximum of 16 adults. There is additional space for up to 4 children under the age of 12 using sofa beds and Z beds.

Villa Lara is an ultra-luxury villa directly on the seafront with a small bay/beach right on your doorstep. With nothing but the Mediterranean sea and azure blue skies in front of you, the location doesn’t get any better. Vardas beach is home to a charming little bay with a slow gentle shelf into the crystal blue waters and rocky outcrops. If you can tear yourself away from that beautiful setting, there are several restaurants, bars and shops within walking distance and the lively Coral Bay strip with a great selection of restaurants, bars with live entertainment, shops and 2 bigger beaches, Corallia Beach and Coral Bay Beach is just a 7 minute drive.

In the westerly direction beyond Coral Bay lies St. George and the wild and wonderful Akamas Peninsula and National Park. To the East lies Paphos Old Town and Kato Paphos with its charming harbour and seafront full of eateries and shops.

Villa Lara is set over 4 floors with an open plan ground floor consisting of a comfortable lounge area with designer furniture and large flat screen TV with English Speaking TV Channels, PlayStation 4 (or Nintendo Wii) plus games, a dining area and super modern kitchen kitted out with everything you need including dishwasher, oven, microwave & fridge/freezer.  On this floor is the first of the bedrooms, a double, and family bathroom. On the lower ground floor is a twin bedroom, a utility room, a pool table, & ping pong table, being on the lower level with smaller windows, the rooms are extra cool during the hot summer months.  There is also an annexed room on this level which can accommodate 2 guests..  On the first floor is the master bedroom with huge glass wall to take in that awesome vista and ensuite bathroom, there are a further 2 double bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms with balconies and sea views.

The pièce de résistance from the inside is the top floor roof terrace with soft seating area and superb hot tub (optional extra) with built-in Bluetooth stereo, the perfect platform for enjoying the panoramic sea views and watching the stunning sunset sipping a glass of bubbles whilst sitting in the illuminated bubbles!

The decked outside area is impeccably furnished for your window on the world.
