Villa Azure is a remarkable 5 bedroom villa with 6th guest room in a separate apartment available on request, in the most impressive location of Sea Caves close to the Akamas Peninsula and National Park, an area of immense natural beauty, including the amazing Lara turtle nesting beach, but is only a 10 minute drive to the life and soul of the area – Coral Bay – with its famous blue flag beaches and lively strip full of fabulous restaurants, bars with live entertainment and shops.

Villa Azure is ultra modern, very secluded and private with the most amazing vista. It is set over 3 floors with a utility room on the lower ground floor with top of the range Miele washers, dryers and additional fridge/freezers. The ground floor boasts magnificent floor to ceiling picture windows to drink in those stunning views, 2 living rooms, a high-end kitchen with all the facilities you will need including 2 ovens, large fridge/freezer, 2 dishwashers and microwave, 6 metre long breakfast bar and formal dining area. Here you will find the first 2 of 5 bedrooms, being a double en suite with amazing sea views and one with 2 sets of luxury and extra wide bunk-beds plus a separate shower room.

The first floor houses 3 bedrooms, one bedroom has 2 sets of luxury and extra wide bunk beds with fabulous terrace overlooking the magnificent Mediterranean sea plus separate shower room. There is a wonderfully designed double master bedroom (with 2 double beds) that can be divided by a sliding soundproof wall, creating an additional bedroom. Both rooms feature their own private en suite bathrooms, each complemented by large balconies offering stunning, unobstructed sea views.

Taking you to the outside area, there is a large double garage with automatic doors, maids quarters (with a bedroom, kitchenette and bathroom) and one of the biggest and most impressive private swimming pools you will ever see! At 22m x 8m, this awesome infinity pool steals the show and has a backdrop of beautifully manicured lawns and landscaped gardens. You can sunbathe around the very generous pool patio area before walking down the Roman steps to swim a few laps while building up an appetite to enjoy the wonderful al fresco dining area after cooking up a storm on the outside barbecue.

As an extra added luxury, our maid service makes up your beds 5 days a week, cleans the bathrooms & patios and changes the bed linen once a week.

This amazing villa is located at the top of Peyia Village, close to Coral Bay with the most breath-taking views over the southwest coastline and mountains. Peyia, which is under a 10 minute drive, is a charming Cypriot village full of tavernas, bars, restaurants, good local shops and amenities.  The very popular Coral Bay Strip is only a 15 minute drive away and boasts blue flag beaches Corallia Beach and Coral Bay Beach, the strip has numerous restaurants with a varied choice of cuisine, along with lots of bars with live music and shops. There is also a little amusement park for the younger ones with a fantastic mini golf course to keep the older ones entertained.

On entering the villa to the left is a highly modern fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar and bar stools and double fridge freezer, dishwasher, oven and hob and granite worktops. There is a beautiful open plan lounge with seating area and huge TV and dining area with modern table and chairs. Here there are patio doors which lead to the main balcony. To the right of the entrance is the master bedroom with a super king size bed, luxurious en suite with shower cubicle and bath with shower. From this bedroom are patio doors that also open to the main balcony where you will find table and chairs to enjoy the wonderful sea views. On this floor there is also a guest toilet. Going down the gated marble staircase takes you to a further 3 bedrooms and the pool area.

On this floor are two twin bedrooms which share a large separate shower room and a double bedroom which has a beautiful en suite shower room. All these bedrooms have patio doors which lead directly to the terrace and pool area. Also there is a small kitchenette/bar area where you will find cupboards with granite worktops, small fridge and a sink. Just by this is the door which leads to the garage which houses a ping pong table, pool table, air hockey and football table. Leading on from the pool terrace and around the corner of the grounds of the property is a self contained double bedroom with an en suite shower room with it’s own private entrance.

Villa Nikki is a beautiful and authentic villa nested at the top of Peyia with the most amazing breath-taking valley and sea views, especially from the stunning infinity pool. Just a 3 minute drive to the charming Peyia village with supermarket, shops, fresh bakery, restaurants and bars. Only an 8 minute drive to the main strip of Coral Bay with numerous bars and restaurants and Coral Bay Beach. Or explore all the southwest coast has to offer from Kato Paphos and its harbour castle in the east to St. George and the Akamas Peninsula in the west.

One of our favourites, Villa Nikki is a high quality villa combined with modern features, furniture and fittings. The main part of the property is set over a single floor and the front door leads you into an open plan lounge area with comfortable seating, feature fireplace and flat screen TV with English Speaking TV Channels, 2 glass patio doors bring in plenty of natural light and Cyprus sunshine. Through an attractive stone archway you will find the dining area, fully fitted kitchen and utility room complete with all the mod-cons you will need.

At this end of the villa you will find the first of the bedrooms, a double bedroom with en suite bathroom and double patio doors leading to the pool area plus a twin bedroom with en suite shower room.
