Villa Lara is an ultra-luxury villa directly on the seafront with a small bay/beach right on your doorstep. With nothing but the Mediterranean sea and azure blue skies in front of you, the location doesn’t get any better. Vardas beach is home to a charming little bay with a slow gentle shelf into the crystal blue waters and rocky outcrops. If you can tear yourself away from that beautiful setting, there are several restaurants, bars and shops within walking distance and the lively Coral Bay strip with a great selection of restaurants, bars with live entertainment, shops and 2 bigger beaches, Corallia Beach and Coral Bay Beach is just a 7 minute drive.

In the westerly direction beyond Coral Bay lies St. George and the wild and wonderful Akamas Peninsula and National Park. To the East lies Paphos Old Town and Kato Paphos with its charming harbour and seafront full of eateries and shops.

Villa Lara is set over 4 floors with an open plan ground floor consisting of a comfortable lounge area with designer furniture and large flat screen TV with English Speaking TV Channels, PlayStation 4 (or Nintendo Wii) plus games, a dining area and super modern kitchen kitted out with everything you need including dishwasher, oven, microwave & fridge/freezer.  On this floor is the first of the bedrooms, a double, and family bathroom. On the lower ground floor is a twin bedroom, a utility room, a pool table, & ping pong table, being on the lower level with smaller windows, the rooms are extra cool during the hot summer months.  There is also an annexed room on this level which can accommodate 2 guests..  On the first floor is the master bedroom with huge glass wall to take in that awesome vista and ensuite bathroom, there are a further 2 double bedrooms with ensuite shower rooms with balconies and sea views.

The pièce de résistance from the inside is the top floor roof terrace with soft seating area and superb hot tub (optional extra) with built-in Bluetooth stereo, the perfect platform for enjoying the panoramic sea views and watching the stunning sunset sipping a glass of bubbles whilst sitting in the illuminated bubbles!

The decked outside area is impeccably furnished for your window on the world. With a fantastic infinity pool (heating, optional extra), covered al fresco dining area, BBQ area, luxury sun loungers, sun umbrellas and a very rare for Cyprus grassed lawn, you can pick your spot to drink in the beautiful seascape before you and relax under endless cerulean skies and tropical Cypriot sun.

On the first floor you will find another double bedroom leading out onto a furnished balcony with sea view and a twin bedroom also leading out onto a sea facing furnished balcony, there is also a shared family bathroom. One floor up there is a lovely roof terrace to enjoy the fabulous view of the sea and Paphos coastline.

Villa Amorosa is a modern and stylish 4-bedroom holiday villa in Peyia, set at the top of the village with breathtaking mountain and sea views. Leading on from this is a small utility area with a modern wine cooler style fridge. The first of the bedrooms, a double, is on the ground floor  with a king bed which has its own en suite shower room, there is also a guest cloakroom on this floor. At the top of the staircase are patio doors which open to a large balcony with sunbeds and small table and chairs. The second double bedroom is on the first floor, with a queen bed and an en suite shower room, there are patio doors to the large adjoining balcony.

There are a further two bedrooms on the lower pool level. One with a double queen bed plus 1 single bed, and the other with double American queen bed  plus 1 single bed, these have a shared bathroom. Both bedrooms have patio doors that lead to the outside area with dining/seating area and 2 large chairs along with a ceiling fan to keep cool on the warm evenings. There is also a pergola with table and seating.
