Villa Chiara is a lovely 4-bedroom villa in peaceful surroundings. Located on a pristine residential street, it is just a few minutes walk to the local village of Kissonerga, a traditional and charming Cypriot village with shops, restaurants and bars. Down on the bay is the Sea You Beach Bar, a firm CVR favourite, and within view is Coral Bay with its shops and restaurants and our top recommendations for beaches, Corallia Beach and Coral Bay Beach.

Villa Chiara gives you beautiful views of the garden and the pool, so it’s ideal for kids and family, with access to the pool area from the open-plan lounge, dining and kitchen areas via 3 large patio doors. The well laid out lounge sports a large flat screen TV  with English Speaking TV Channels, a PlayStation 4 and games (available on request). There is a dining area and a fully fitted kitchen with all mod-cons. There is a double bedroom on the ground floor along with a family shower room. Upstairs there are a further 3 bedrooms, master with ensuite bathroom, a double and a twin room with family bathroom. A balcony runs the whole length of the villa overlooking the pool area and garden.

This villa is part of an exclusive gated community of superior quality villas located at the top of Peyia Village, close to Coral Bay. The location affords you the most stunning views over the Paphos coastline and mountains. Peyia, which is around a 3 minute drive, is a charming Cypriot village full of tavernas, bars, restaurants, good local shops and amenities.

The bustling and popular Coral Bay Strip is only a 3 minute drive away and boasts blue flag beaches Corallia Beach and Coral Bay Beach, as well as other beaches near by like Lara Beach and Laourou Beach.  There are many restaurants with local and international cuisine to choose from along with an array of bars, many with live music throughout the week and plenty of shopping opportunities. There is also a little amusement park for the younger ones with a fantastic mini golf course to keep the older ones entertained.

The Villa is a superb 3 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom villa that offers the height of luxury throughout. The open plan ground floor has comfortable seating, large flat screen TV with multi-lingual channels and feature fireplace. The fully equipped kitchen is fresh and contemporary complete with a large island/breakfast bar with seating. The first of the 3 bedrooms can be found on the ground floor, a twin room with en suite shower room and patio doors leading to the pool area.  There is also a guest cloakroom on this floor. On the first floor you will find the master bedroom with en suite bathroom containing both a walk-in shower and free-standing bath with a view! Plus a double bedroom with en-suite shower room and private balcony with fabulous views.

Back downstairs there are several patio doors leading you out to the poolside. There is a soft seating decked area suspended over the pool, dining table and chairs to enjoy al fresco meals, gas BBQ, luxury sunbeds and ping pong table for your entertainment. The amazing infinity pool falls away to showcase the outstanding coastal views where you can watch the tide or as we say in Greek ‘thalassa’, roll in. Villa Ivory is a palatial villa in the heart of Coral Bay Peyia Paphos. This beautifully elegant villa has masses of space and is perfect for large groups and families.  The lively Coral Bay strip full of fantastic restaurants, bars with live music and shops and the famous blue flag Coral Bay Beach being a very short walk.

The first floor has a large open plan living area with flat screen TV and large dining area, there is a further fully equipped kitchen with all mod cons including dishwasher, oven, hob, extractor hood, fridge/freezer, microwave, coffee machine, juicer, toaster and kettle. Villa Taronga is a 5 bedroom villa just a 5 minute walk to the beach! The perfect choice of CVR villa for a beach holiday in Cyprus. Why? Because you could not get closer to the beach! Coral Bay Beach is a beautiful sandy beach with crystal clear Mediterranean waters just 500m away, with the famous Coral Bay strip a little further on with its numerous restaurants, bars with live music, shops and a great little amusement park with mini golf right in the centre.

Further afield the Sea Caves, St. George and the Akamas lie to the west. Back east you have Coral Bay, Potima Bay and the Old Town and Kato Paphos.

There is a beautiful open plan lounge with seating area and huge TV and dining area with modern table and chairs. Here there are patio doors which lead to the main balcony. To the right of the entrance is the master bedroom with a super king size bed, luxurious en suite with shower cubicle and bath with shower. From this bedroom are patio doors that also open to the main balcony where you will find table and chairs to enjoy the wonderful sea views. On this floor there is also a guest toilet. Going down the gated marble staircase takes you to a further 3 bedrooms and the pool area.

On this floor are two twin bedrooms which share a large separate shower room and a double bedroom which has a beautiful en suite shower room. All these bedrooms have patio doors which lead directly to the terrace and pool area. Also there is a small kitchenette/bar area where you will find cupboards with granite worktops, small fridge and a sink. Just by this is the door which leads to the garage which houses a ping pong table, pool table, air hockey and football table. Leading on from the pool terrace and around the corner of the grounds of the property is a self contained double bedroom with an en suite shower room with it’s own private entrance.
