Villa Sunrays is a fantastic 3 bedroom villa located close to all amenities in the heart of Coral Bay Cyprus. The bustling Coral Bay strip which is full of fabulous restaurants, bars with live entertainment and shops is literally a 5 minute walk away. The blue flag beach of Coral Bay is within walking distance or you can hop on a bus from the strip which run frequently.

To the east you’ll find flavours of the ancient and modern worlds in the Old Town and Kato Paphos. To the west the wild Akamas Peninsula offers the promise of natural beauty and adventure.

Villa Sunrays is situated on a very pleasant residential street with off-road parking inside the gated grounds. The villa has an open plan layout with lounge, dining area and fitted kitchen, 2 sets of patio doors allow the light to flood in and open out to a patio and covered terrace. There is also a guest cloakroom on this floor.

On the first floor there is a double bedroom with an en suite shower room and patio doors leading to a balcony. There are a further 2 bedrooms on this floor which are made up as twins and enjoy lovely mountain views, these rooms share a family bathroom. Back down to the ground floor and outside the villa, a sun filled terrace surrounds your private pool with plenty of space to enjoy sunbathing. Villa Katerina is a charming 4 bedroom villa which lies between the beautiful spots of St Georges and Coral Bay with its lively strip and high ranked beaches.  Further afield are Sea Caves and the Akamas and back east you have Potima Bay and the Old Town and Kato Paphos.

Villa Katerina is located off a main road with off-road parking inside the gated grounds. The open plan layout has a fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable living room with flat screen TV with English Speaking TV Channels and a PlayStation 4 plus a dining area with dining table and chairs. There is a double bedroom on the ground floor with a separate shower room. There are 3 further bedrooms on the first floor. Master double with en-suite shower room and two twin bedrooms both with en-suite bathrooms. Villa Majestic is a grand 16 sleeper villa situated in the distinguished area of St George with stunning views of the world famous Akamas Peninsula.  This gated villa set in 2000 sq m of glorious gardens with your very own orange, lemon and olive trees, is perfect for several families and large groups.
