Villa Katerina is a charming 4 bedroom villa which lies between the beautiful spots of St Georges and Coral Bay with its lively strip and high ranked beaches.  Further afield are Sea Caves and the Akamas and back east you have Potima Bay and the Old Town and Kato Paphos.

Villa Katerina is located off a main road with off-road parking inside the gated grounds. The open plan layout has a fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable living room with flat screen TV with English Speaking TV Channels and a PlayStation 4 plus a dining area with dining table and chairs. There is a double bedroom on the ground floor with a separate shower room. There are 3 further bedrooms on the first floor. Master double with en-suite shower room and two twin bedrooms both with en-suite bathrooms. The master bedroom and one twin bedroom share a balcony with pleasant mountain views and distant sea views.

The private pool area is accessed through a gated entrance and has plenty of space to enjoy sunbathing on the terrace. A large shaded pergola with outdoor table and chairs has a BBQ which creates a fabulous alfresco dining experience and the pool area has the added bonus of a ping pong table to while away some time until your BBQ is ready.

Villa Princess is a stunning super-modern 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom villa in Peyia. There are several eateries around a 10 minute walk away which include a fabulous local taverna that has traditional Greek dance evenings, a great restaurant/bar where you can enjoy live entertainment & lawn bowls and one that is great for the kids as it has a playground and swimming pool.

It is just a short drive to the charming village of Peyia with several shops, restaurants and great amenities. The popular and vibrant Coral Bay strip is a short 5 minute drive where you will find an abundance of restaurants with local and international cuisine, numerous bars with live entertainment, plentiful shops and the famous blue flag beaches Coral Bay Beach and Corallia Beach.  To the west lies St. George and the wild Akamas Peninsula. To the east past Potima Bay and the village of Kissonerga lies the Old Town and Kato Paphos.

Villa Princess is a superb modern villa recently refurbished to an extremely high standard. The open plan ground floor layout glides you round on opulent marble tiling right from the entrance into the lounge area where you will find comfortable seating, large flat screen TV with English speaking channels. There is a dining area with table and chairs for 8 guests, this leads you round to the wonderful contemporary kitchen fully equipped with all you will ever need including, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave and coffee machine.

The first of the 4 bedrooms can be found on this level which is a double and has its own deluxe en suite shower room and patio doors leading you to the pool patio area with stunning mountain views.

​

There are 3 further bedrooms on the first floor, two twin bedrooms both with deluxe en suite shower rooms and one double bedroom also with its own deluxe en suite shower room and patio doors leading onto a private balcony where you can enjoy pool, beautiful mountain and distant sea views. We can also, if required, make any of the twin bedrooms into double bedrooms and any of the double bedrooms into twin bedrooms.

The fantastic pool area is the perfect place to relax and cool off. There is an outside dining table & chairs plus BBQ which makes for great al fresco dining, along with sunbeds and parasols allowing you to enjoy wonderful hot sunny days and warm evenings soaking up the Mediterranean climate.

Villa Sarah is an elegant villa set in an elevated position overlooking beautiful greenery and the sparkling Mediterranean sea beyond. You have the wonderful Sea You Beach bar just a few minutes drive down to the coast, a lively place situated right at the sea edge where you can enjoy a cocktail and watching the sun go. And with a taxi a phone call away, you can do it all at your own pace.

To the west, the bustling Coral Bay strip full of restaurants, bars with live entertainment, shops and a small amusement park with mini-golf is less than a 10 minute drive away along with 2 of the best beaches on the Island, Corallia Beach & Coral Bay Beach. The rugged and beautiful Akamas Peninsula and National Park is less than a 20 minute drive. Over to the east, Paphos Old Town and the Harbour at Kato Paphos are around a 20 minute drive.

From your private driveway, you enter Villa Sarah into an open plan ground floor area with huge living and dining spaces fitted and equipped in CVR signature style. The spacious lounge area with decorative fireplace, large flat screen TV with English Speaking TV Channels and PlayStation 4 (available on request) is stylishly furnished and looking above, there is an impressive Dynasty style gallery running around the perimeter of the lounge. Leading round from the living room you will find a fabulous pool table for the whole family’s entertainment and a fully furnished dining area and well equipped and luxurious kitchen with all the mod cons you need to create wonderful gastronomic delights. There is also an additional utility room with a washing machine. The whole area is surrounded by windows and vast patio doors bringing the natural beauty of the sunlight from outside to in. On the ground floor you will find the first of the bedrooms which is a double room with super-king size bed and its own private en suite bathroom with walk-in shower and patio doors leading you out to the pool area and those wonderful views. There is also a guest cloakroom on this floor.

Up the sweeping staircase brings you to 3 further bedrooms, the first double with king-size bed has its own en suite shower room and patio doors leading to an enormous balcony which flows the full length of the villa and offers the most amazing sea views and view of the pool area. The 2nd double with king-size bed also has its own en suite bathroom and patio doors leading to the balcony with those awesome sea views. The 3rd double with king-size bed has patio doors also leading to the balcony with the best sea views and a family shower room right next door.

On the lower ground floor, you will find a double bedroom with king-size bed and its own private en suite shower room, kitchenette and patio doors leading to the outside space. There are two additional annexed rooms on this level both with patio doors, one to accommodate 2 guests and one to accommodate 4 guests, these 2 rooms share a family shower room.

The second double bedroom is on the first floor, with a queen bed and an en suite shower room, there are patio doors to the large adjoining balcony.

Upon entering, you will be greeted by a spacious and ultra-modern open-plan living room, kitchen, and dining area. Large patio doors open to the garden and pool area, creating a seamless indoor-outdoor living experience. Villa Rio is the taller sister villa to Villa Acapulco, built over 2 floors and in the same great location, Villa Rio is a short walk to both Corallia Beach and Coral Bay Beach. Situated on a lovely quiet residential street, you have several bars & restaurants within easy walking distance and the bustling Coral Bay strip with plenty of great restaurants, bars with live entertainment and shops is less than a 20 minute walk.

To the east lies Kato Paphos with its medieval port and antiquities of the ancient world, charming harbour and seafront full of eateries and shops. And Old Town Paphos lies up on the hill overlooking the harbour with its narrow streets, full traditional market, artisans and local produce. To the west lies the wild Akamas peninsula: adventure awaits!

Villa Rio is a spacious villa with lots of outside space. Through the front door and to your left is a fully fitted kitchen with all the mod cons you need including dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave, and American style fridge/freezer and a dining area to seat 6 guests very comfortably. Down a couple of steps, the lounge area has brand new designer furniture, a feature fireplace, large flat screen TV with UK channels and PlayStation 4 plus games (available on request).

The first of 3 bedrooms can be found on the ground floor, this can be a double room or twin room to suit your needs, it has double patio doors leading to the pool patio area and has its own ensuite bathroom. There is also a guest cloakroom on the ground floor.

On the first floor there is a master bedroom with ensuite bathroom and balcony overlooking the pool area and another double bedroom with ensuite bathroom. There is free air-conditioning throughout the whole villa and free WiFi.

Welcome to Villa Margarita, excellently located opposite Corallia Beach in the Coral Bay area, the perfect choice of CVR villa for a beach holiday in Cyprus. Why? Because you could not get closer to the beach!   Corallia Beach is a beautiful sandy beach with crystal clear Mediterranean waters on your doorstep. The equally fantastic Coral Bay Beach is just 1 km away with the famous Coral Bay Strip a little further on with its numerous restaurants, bars with live music, shops and a great little amusement park with mini golf right in the centre.

Further afield the Sea Caves, St. George and the Akamas lie to the west. Back east you have Coral Bay, Potima Bay and the Old Town and Kato Paphos.

Villa Margarita is arranged to host 22 guests in comfort, with capacity for up to 26 guests on request. Outside, the grounds have been designed for both relaxation and social gatherings. A generous private pool, available with optional heating, is set among sun loungers, parasols, and shaded seating areas. Time can be spent unwinding by the water or enjoying the optional jacuzzi/spa, where massage jets allow for year-round rejuvenation. An extensive outdoor kitchen and bar, created in a chiringuito style, has been equipped with a teppanyaki grill, ceramic barbecue (Big Green Egg style), gas hob, sink, wine fridge, American-style fridge/freezer, dishwasher, pizza oven, and ice machine, creating an ideal space for al fresco dining, casual meals, or celebratory gatherings.

For additional fun, a ping-pong table and a pool table are also available, providing hours of entertainment for guests of all ages.

Inside the villa, contemporary comforts have been provided throughout, including air conditioning, a full Sonos sound system, and high-speed fibre-optic internet. The open-plan living and dining areas have been designed to offer a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere, supported by an OLED TV and PlayStation 5 for entertainment. A fully fitted gourmet kitchen, supplied with modern appliances, has been set up to accommodate everything from family-style cooking to more elaborate meal preparation, ensuring a comfortable setting no matter the occasion.

On the ground floor, 1 annexed room with shower and 1 annexed family room with shower have been positioned with direct access to the pool terrace and outdoor spaces, and a guest cloakroom has also been included for added convenience.

On the first floor, guests will find a king bedroom with en suite shower, a family bedroom with a king bed, a queen bed and en suite shower, a king bedroom, a family bedroom with a queen bed and a bunk bed (suitable for children up to the age of 14), and a family double-queen bedroom with en suite shower, complemented by a separate family bathroom, providing comfortable and private spaces for all and making the layout especially suitable for larger families or groups.
