Villa Ivory is a palatial villa in the heart of Coral Bay Peyia Paphos. This beautifully elegant villa has masses of space and is perfect for large groups and families.  The lively Coral Bay strip full of fantastic restaurants, bars with live music and shops and the famous blue flag Coral Bay Beach being a very short walk.

To the West lies St. George and the beautifully stunning Akamas Peninsula and National Park. To the East past Potima Bay lies Paphos Old Town and Kato Paphos with its charming harbour and seafront full of eateries and shops.

Villa Ivory is set over 3 floors, the impressive grand entrance hall on the ground floor leads you through to a cinema room with bar and feature fireplace, there is a fully equipped kitchen on this level with two washing machines, dishwasher, oven, hob and fridge/freezer.

The first floor has a large open plan living area with flat screen TV and large dining area, there is a further fully equipped kitchen with all mod cons including dishwasher, oven, hob, extractor hood, fridge/freezer, microwave, coffee machine, juicer, toaster and kettle. On this floor you will find a double bedroom (which can also be made into a twin) with a separate shower room, and a large balcony offering amazing sea views and one with direct access to the pool patio area, and a double bedroom with direct access to the pool patio area with its own en suite bathroom.  There is also 

an annexed room on this level.

The second floor is host to an additional living area with large flat screen TV with English speaking channels.  On this level you will find the master bedroom with large en suite bathroom, including bath and separate shower, and a balcony to enjoy wonderful sea views and sunsets. Villa Sunrays is a fantastic 3 bedroom villa located close to all amenities in the heart of Coral Bay Cyprus. The bustling Coral Bay strip which is full of fabulous restaurants, bars with live entertainment and shops is literally a 5 minute walk away. The blue flag beach of Coral Bay is within walking distance or you can hop on a bus from the strip which run frequently.

To the east you’ll find flavours of the ancient and modern worlds in the Old Town and Kato Paphos. To the west the wild Akamas Peninsula offers the promise of natural beauty and adventure.

Villa Sunrays is situated on a very pleasant residential street with off-road parking inside the gated grounds. Magnificent new beach villa situated in the beautiful Ayia Marina close to the sea. It has a magical sea view on one side and a mountain view on the other side surrounded by lemon, orange, olive and avocado trees.

Villa Arrissos has four levels, on the ground floor you will find the annex, pool area and garden, on the first and second level is the villa house and on the third level is the covered roof garden. As this is one huge villa it has a lift that goes up to the third level along with stairs as well. Ideal for 2 large parties or a large group of friends or family.

The main part of the villa is accessed through beautiful gates, once inside you are in a large entrance hall with stairs going up to the first and second floors or you can choose to take the lift.

​

The first floor comprises of a large lounge area with lots of comfy seating, TV, dining area and doors leading to the balcony. Here you can take steps down to the pool and garden area. Then a further door which leads to an additional balcony with table and chairs and soft seating - both balconies have amazing sea views.  Also a luxury kitchen which has all facilities for cooking and with a large supermarket storage facility, large fridge freezer and mini bar. On this floor there is a double bedroom with a large shower en-suite and a balcony with table and chairs with spectacular mountain views.

The second floor has four double bedrooms, one along with bunk beds with an inland view, one with a couch and balcony and a beautiful sea view. Two separate large bathrooms, one with a luxury shower, jacuzzi with hydromassage for 2 people, two sinks and washing machine.

The upper floor is the roof terrace where there is a hot tub and also a bathroom with shower and a big store room. Here are panoramic views of the wonderful magical sea and mountain views.

There is a separate annex on the pool level providing an open plan dining room with table and chairs, living room with WiFi, tv and comfy seating and a fully fitted kitchen with everything you need. This villa is part of an exclusive gated community of superior quality villas located at the top of Peyia Village, close to Coral Bay. The location affords you the most stunning views over the Paphos coastline and mountains. Peyia, which is around a 3 minute drive, is a charming Cypriot village full of tavernas, bars, restaurants, good local shops and amenities.

The bustling and popular Coral Bay Strip is only a 3 minute drive away and boasts golden shore beaches Coralia Beach and Coral Bay Beach, there are many restaurants with local and international cuisine to choose from along with an array of bars, many with live music throughout the week and plenty of shopping opportunities. There is also a little amusement park for the younger ones with a fantastic mini golf course to keep the older ones entertained.
