Villa Christina has been totally remodelled both inside and out, offering a perfect blend of rustic charm and modern convenience. The villa is now very modern in function, featuring all new appliances and the latest technology throughout, ensuring a comfortable and luxurious stay. The open-plan layout of the villa seamlessly integrates modern design with its distinctive charm.

Upon entering, you’ll find a comfortable lounge equipped with a large OLED TV and a PlayStation 5 with a selection of games. This amazing villa is located at the top of Peyia Village, close to Coral Bay with the most breath-taking views over the southwest coastline and mountains. Peyia, which is under a 10 minute drive, is a charming Cypriot village full of tavernas, bars, restaurants, good local shops and amenities.  The very popular Coral Bay Strip is only a 15 minute drive away and boasts blue flag beaches Corallia Beach and Coral Bay Beach, the strip has numerous restaurants with a varied choice of cuisine, along with lots of bars with live music and shops. There is also a little amusement park for the younger ones with a fantastic mini golf course to keep the older ones entertained.

To the west lies St. George and the Akamas Peninsula and National Park. To the east past Potima Bay and the village of Kissonerga lies Paphos Old Town and Kato Paphos. There are a number of golf courses to recommend along with some fantastic wineries and wine tours.

The kitchen area showcases an elegant design, harmoniously blending granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and wooden cabinets, it is fully equipped with all essential kitchen amenities and provides generous storage and prep space through numerous cabinets, there is a separate utility room extending from the kitchen, housing a washing machine, sink and an additional gas hob and oven. This level features a family shower room and a double bedroom with access to the outdoor space through patio doors.

As you ascend to the first floor, two additional bedrooms await: a double bedroom featuring an en-suite bathroom with patio doors to a shared balcony and a twin bedroom with en-suite shower and patio doors leading to the shared balcony overlooking the captivating vistas of the sea, mountains and the pool area.  For larger groups, there’s more lodging available via external access where you will find 2 extra twin bedrooms situated on the ground floor of the main residence, one of these twins has an additional two single beds on the mezzanine level, perfect for children. These rooms share a spacious “Jack & Jill” bathroom accessible from either side.

In the separate annex, you’ll discover an open-plan, cosy kitchen and a well-appointed living space. Villa Lara is set over 4 floors with an open plan ground floor consisting of a comfortable lounge area with designer furniture and large flat screen TV with English Speaking TV Channels, PlayStation 4 (or Nintendo Wii) plus games, a dining area and super modern kitchen kitted out with everything you need including dishwasher, oven, microwave & fridge/freezer.  On this floor is the first of the bedrooms, a double, and family bathroom. On the lower ground floor is a twin bedroom, a utility room, a pool table, & ping pong table, being on the lower level with smaller windows, the rooms are extra cool during the hot summer months.  There is also an annexed room on this level which can accommodate 2 guests..  On the first floor is the master bedroom with huge glass wall to take in that awesome vista and ensuite bathroom, there are a further 2 double bedrooms with ensuite shower rooms with balconies and sea views.

The pièce de résistance from the inside is the top floor roof terrace with soft seating area and superb hot tub (optional extra) with built-in Bluetooth stereo, the perfect platform for enjoying the panoramic sea views and watching the stunning sunset sipping a glass of bubbles whilst sitting in the illuminated bubbles!

Villa Topaz Bay is in a tip-top location just 1.4km from Potima beach and the fabulous beach shack Sea You Beach Bar, a firm favourite with the CVR team, and just a short drive to Coral Bay with a great selection of restaurants, bars with live entertainment, shops and our top recommendations for beaches, Corallia Beach and Coral Bay Beach.

In the westerly direction beyond Coral Bay lies St. George and the wild and wonderful Akamas Peninsula and National Park. To the East lies Paphos Old Town and Kato Paphos with its charming harbour and seafront full of eateries and shops.

Villa Topaz Bay is a nicely laid out modern villa situated in Kissonerga with beautiful sea and mountain views, located in a quiet area, the villa is accessed from a side road with parking on the driveway at the side of the villa as well as a garage.

On entrance to the villa there is the open plan lounge with a large wall mounted TV and comfy seating, dining area with table and chairs. The modern light beige fitted kitchen is separate. Patio doors open from the lounge and dining area to the covered terrace and pool area. On the ground floor there is also a guest toilet.

On the first floor are two double bedrooms. Both double bedrooms, one with an en suite shower, have an adjoining balcony with small table and chairs and beautiful sea and pool views. There is also a separate bathroom on this floor.

On the lower floor you will find a further two bedrooms, a twin bedroom and a double bedroom plus single bed which share a separate bathroom. On this floor there is also a room that houses the washing machine, additional fridge and sink, iron and ironing board.

The pool area has space to enjoy sunbathing. There is a covered terrace with outdoor table and chairs and a BBQ which creates a fabulous alfresco dining experience.
