This amazing 3 bedroom villa is located in the very desirable area of Secret Valley in a central position between Paphos and Limassol. The delightful village of Kouklia is just a few minutes drive where you will find numerous tavernas and bars, many of which have special Cyprus Nights with traditional Greek dancing.

The villa is set over 2 floors with an open plan design on the ground floor with living and dining area, flat screen TV with English speaking channels and bar. The newly renovated kitchen is modern and is fully equipped with brand new appliances. There is also a guest cloakroom on this floor.  On the first floor you will find the master bedroom with en suite shower room and balcony with comfortable seating overlooking the pool area and Mediterranean Sea. There is a second double bedroom and a twin bedroom plus a family bathroom.

Back downstairs, 2 sets of patio doors lead you out to the lovely mature garden and pool patio area. A covered terrace is furnished with a soft seating area and dining table and chairs for al fresco meals. The private pool with walk-in steps is surrounded by sun loungers, parasols, covered BBQ area with seating, a quaint little arbour with more seating and another al fresco dining area under a stunning shady tree. There is also a hot tub perfectly positioned for you to enjoy those wonderful sea views.

Villa Nikki is a beautiful and authentic villa nested at the top of Peyia with the most amazing breath-taking valley and sea views, especially from the stunning infinity pool. Just a 3 minute drive to the charming Peyia village with supermarket, shops, fresh bakery, restaurants and bars. Only an 8 minute drive to the main strip of Coral Bay with numerous bars and restaurants and Coral Bay Beach. Or explore all the southwest coast has to offer from Kato Paphos and its harbour castle in the east to St. George and the Akamas Peninsula in the west.

One of our favourites, Villa Nikki is a high quality villa combined with modern features, furniture and fittings. The main part of the property is set over a single floor and the front door leads you into an open plan lounge area with comfortable seating, feature fireplace and flat screen TV with English Speaking TV Channels, 2 glass patio doors bring in plenty of natural light and Cyprus sunshine. Through an attractive stone archway you will find the dining area, fully fitted kitchen and utility room complete with all the mod-cons you will need.

At this end of the villa you will find the first of the bedrooms, a double bedroom with en suite bathroom and double patio doors leading to the pool area plus a twin bedroom with en suite shower room. At the opposite end of the villa there is another double bedroom with en suite shower room and patio doors leading to the pool area and a twin bedroom plus a family bathroom.

This villa is part of an exclusive gated community of superior quality villas located at the top of Peyia Village, close to Coral Bay. The location affords you the most stunning views over the Paphos coastline and mountains. Peyia, which is around a 3 minute drive, is a charming Cypriot village full of tavernas, bars, restaurants, good local shops and amenities.

The bustling and popular Coral Bay Strip is only a 3 minute drive away and boasts blue flag beaches Corallia Beach and Coral Bay Beach, there are many restaurants with local and international cuisine to choose from along with an array of bars, many with live music throughout the week and plenty of shopping opportunities. There is also a little amusement park for the younger ones with a fantastic mini golf course to keep the older ones entertained.

Back downstairs there are several patio doors leading you out to the fabulous pool area which is truly a little palace, or as we say in Greek, ‘palati’ like oasis. There are soft seating areas for relaxing, dining table and chairs to enjoy al fresco meals and to cook them on there is a gas barbecue and clay oven. All this surrounds the most amazing infinity pool with built in seating and stone jacuzzi. Villa Katerina is a charming 4 bedroom villa which lies between the beautiful spots of St Georges and Coral Bay with its lively strip and high ranked beaches.  Further afield are Sea Caves and the Akamas and back east you have Potima Bay and the Old Town and Kato Paphos.

Villa Katerina is located off a main road with off-road parking inside the gated grounds. The open plan layout has a fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable living room with flat screen TV with English Speaking TV Channels and a PlayStation 4 plus a dining area with dining table and chairs. There is a double bedroom on the ground floor with a separate shower room. There are 3 further bedrooms on the first floor. Villa Topaz Bay is in a tip-top location just 1.4km from Potima beach and the fabulous beach shack Sea You Beach Bar, a firm favourite with the CVR team, and just a short drive to Coral Bay with a great selection of restaurants, bars with live entertainment, shops and our top recommendations for beaches, Corallia Beach and Coral Bay Beach.

In the westerly direction beyond Coral Bay lies St. George and the wild and wonderful Akamas Peninsula and National Park. To the East lies Paphos Old Town and Kato Paphos with its charming harbour and seafront full of eateries and shops.

Villa Topaz Bay is a nicely laid out modern villa situated in Kissonerga with beautiful sea and mountain views, located in a quiet area, the villa is accessed from a side road with parking on the driveway at the side of the villa as well as a garage.

On entrance to the villa there is the open plan lounge with a large wall mounted TV and comfy seating, dining area with table and chairs. The modern light beige fitted kitchen is separate. Patio doors open from the lounge and dining area to the covered terrace and pool area. On the ground floor there is also a guest toilet.

On the first floor are two double bedrooms. Both double bedrooms, one with an en suite shower, have an adjoining balcony with small table and chairs and beautiful sea and pool views. There is also a separate bathroom on this floor.

On the lower floor you will find a further two bedrooms, a twin bedroom and a double bedroom plus single bed which share a separate bathroom. On this floor there is also a room that houses the washing machine, additional fridge and sink, iron and ironing board.

The pool area has space to enjoy sunbathing. There is a covered terrace with outdoor table and chairs and a BBQ which creates a fabulous alfresco dining experience.
