Villa Azure is a remarkable 5 bedroom villa with 6th guest room in a separate apartment available on request, in the most impressive location of Sea Caves close to the Akamas Peninsula and National Park, an area of immense natural beauty, including the amazing Lara turtle nesting beach, but is only a 10 minute drive to the life and soul of the area – Coral Bay – with its famous blue flag beaches and lively strip full of fabulous restaurants, bars with live entertainment and shops.

Villa Azure is ultra modern, very secluded and private with the most amazing vista. It is set over 3 floors with a utility room on the lower ground floor with top of the range Miele washers, dryers and additional fridge/freezers. The ground floor boasts magnificent floor to ceiling picture windows to drink in those stunning views, 2 living rooms, a high-end kitchen with all the facilities you will need including 2 ovens, large fridge/freezer, 2 dishwashers and microwave, 6 metre long breakfast bar and formal dining area. Here you will find the first 2 of 5 bedrooms, being a double en suite with amazing sea views and one with 2 sets of luxury and extra wide bunk-beds plus a separate shower room.

The first floor houses 3 bedrooms, one bedroom has 2 sets of luxury and extra wide bunk beds with fabulous terrace overlooking the magnificent Mediterranean sea plus separate shower room. There is a wonderfully designed double master bedroom (with 2 double beds) that can be divided by a sliding soundproof wall, creating an additional bedroom. Both rooms feature their own private en suite bathrooms, each complemented by large balconies offering stunning, unobstructed sea views.

Taking you to the outside area, there is a large double garage with automatic doors, maids quarters (with a bedroom, kitchenette and bathroom) and one of the biggest and most impressive private swimming pools you will ever see! At 22m x 8m, this awesome infinity pool steals the show and has a backdrop of beautifully manicured lawns and landscaped gardens. You can sunbathe around the very generous pool patio area before walking down the Roman steps to swim a few laps while building up an appetite to enjoy the wonderful al fresco dining area after cooking up a storm on the outside barbecue.

As an extra added luxury, our maid service makes up your beds 5 days a week, cleans the bathrooms & patios and changes the bed linen once a week.

This villa is part of an exclusive gated community of superior quality villas located at the top of Peyia Village, close to Coral Bay. The location affords you the most stunning views over the Paphos coastline and mountains. Peyia, which is around a 3 minute drive, is a charming Cypriot village full of tavernas, bars, restaurants, good local shops and amenities.

The bustling and popular Coral Bay Strip is only a 3 minute drive away and boasts blue flag beaches Corallia Beach and Coral Bay Beach, there are many restaurants with local and international cuisine to choose from along with an array of bars, many with live music throughout the week and plenty of shopping opportunities. There is also a guest cloakroom on this floor. On the first floor you will find a double bedroom with an impressive 4 poster bed, en-suite shower room and private balcony with fabulous views plus a twin bedroom, private balcony also with amazing views. There is also a family shower room on this floor.

Back downstairs there are several patio doors leading you out to the fabulous pool area which is truly a little palace, or as we say in Greek, ‘palati’ like oasis. There are soft seating areas for relaxing, dining table and chairs to enjoy al fresco meals and to cook them on there is a gas barbecue and clay oven. All this surrounds the most amazing infinity pool with built in seating and stone jacuzzi. There is also a heavenly hot tub to while away some time under the stars, which will be filled ready for your arrival and a ping pong table for your entertainment. The views are unsurpassed, encompassing the stunning coastline and lush green mountains.

Villa Melanie – perfectly located, perfectly tranquil! An attractive 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom villa with pleasant countryside and distant sea views, perfect for those who like privacy and seclusion. Villa Melanie is in a great location, hidden off the main Coral Bay / Peyia road. It is situated just a 5 minute walk from the main strip of Coral Bay. Two of the region’s best beaches, Corallia and Coral Bay, are a very short drive with the bustling strip of Coral Bay, full of restaurants, bars & shops a little further on. You have several watering holes and eateries close by, including the amazing Spilies Tavern which is just a 5 minute walk. This villa is part of an exclusive gated community of superior quality villas located at the top of Peyia Village, close to Coral Bay. You will be caught up in the euphoria whilst drinking in the most stunning views over the Paphos coastline and mountains . Peyia, which is around a 3 minute drive, is a charming Cypriot village full of tavernas, bars, restaurants, good local shops and amenities.

The bustling and popular Coral Bay Strip is only a 3 minute drive away and boasts blue flag beaches Coralia Beach and Coral Bay Beach, there are many restaurants with local and international cuisine to choose from along with an array of bars, many with live music throughout the week and plenty of shopping opportunities. There is also a little amusement park for the younger ones with a fantastic mini golf course to keep the older ones entertained.

To the west lies St. George and the Akamas Peninsula and National Park. To the east past Potima Bay and the village of Kissonerga lies Paphos Old Town and Kato Paphos. There are a number of golf courses to recommend along with some fantastic wineries and wine tours.

The villa is an exceptional luxury villa perched on the edge of a gorge with the most breath-taking views over the Paphos coastline and lush green mountains. Set over 3 floors, the open plan ground floor area comprises a comfortable lounge with large flat screen TV with multi-lingual channels and feature fireplace. Up on the first floor a further 3 bedrooms can be found, the master bedroom has an en suite shower room plus free-standing bath with a view, plus patio doors leading out to a private balcony with table and chairs and fabulous sea and mountain views, a second double bedroom with en suite shower room and private balcony with table and chairs with sea and mountain views, a third double bedroom with Juliette balcony and views. There is also a family bathroom on this floor.

On the lower ground floor, there are 4 further bedrooms, one twin with en suite shower room, mini kitchenette and patio doors leading to a decked garden area. One double bedroom with its own en suite shower room, mini kitchenette and patio doors leading to a decked garden area. a third double bedroom with en suite shower room, mini kitchenette and patio doors leading to the outside terrace. Lastly there is a lounge/bedroom with corner sofa that can be made into a double bed, en suite shower room and mini kitchenette.  Also on the lower ground floor, there is a gymnasium with floor to ceiling patio doors for you to enjoy the wonderful mountain views while you exercise and a shower room to refresh after your workout. There is also a pool table for your entertainment and outside a peaceful little corner with a pebble water feature and stone seating for you to spend some quiet contemplation time with the most serene and tranquil outlook of the rolling hills and distant mountains.

From the ground floor area, there are several patio doors that open wide to take you outside to the magnificent pool area and grounds. You have a huge al fresco dining area with gas BBQ to cook up a storm for your group, large soft seating area, luxury hot tub, which will be filled and ready for your arrival, and multiple sun-bathing areas including a wooden sundeck jutting out over the rugged landscape with views of the sea beyond. The vast infinity pool, which is perfectly positioned to showcase the phenomenal sea and mountain views, has the most amazing semi-submerged sunbeds which allow you to perfectly tan whilst staying chilled and relaxed in the cool water.
