Villa Alkontera is an elegant 5 bedroom villa centrally located in Polis. The shops and restaurants are within walking distance where you will find a good choice of places to eat and drink in Polis Square too. Polis Beach and the charming Latchi Harbour are less than a 5 minute drive. 

​

On entering the villa you will find the dining area with table and chairs and a nice sized lounge with a large modern L shaped couch and TV, here are 2 picture windows overlooking the garden area. This leads to a further seating area with a TV that can be used for youtube and such like. Leading on from the seating area to the modern fitted kitchen with an island and bar stools and kitchen door which also leads to the terrace and pool area. Behind the kitchen is a double bedroom with a large shower ensuite where there are doors that open to the side of the house and this leads to the pool area. On this floor there are two sets of steps that go to the lower ground floor, the first set taking you down to the games room with air hockey and foosball where there is also a separate shower room. The second set takes you down to the garage where the door can be automatically operated.

​

Going upstairs there are a further 4 bedrooms, one double bedroom with a modern shower ensuite, one twin bedroom, one double bedroom and one bedroom with bunk beds which have an adjoining balcony and here there is also a separate bathroom. On this floor there is also a laundry room which houses the washing machine, iron and ironing board. 

​

The villa has a large swimming pool with Roman steps for easy access (heating optional extra). This is a great place for all the family to gather together, there is a mature garden surrounding the villa offering a good degree of privacy. There is also a covered pergola which is ideal if you want to escape the midday sun whilst reading a good book. Next to the gas BBQ is a dining table and chairs, all much needed ingredients for alfresco dining. There is also the benefit of the central heating for the cooler evenings. Furthermore, you’ll discover an electric vehicle charging station on the premises for your eco-conscious travel needs.

In front of the perimeters of the grounds are orange and lemon trees which you can pick for your own delights.

Villa Emily and Villa Angel are both located on a private estate in secured gated grounds in the prestigious Argaka area of Polis in the Paphos district. The popular resort of Latchi, with its charming harbour and famous fish restaurants, is just a 15 minute drive away and the popular town of Polis with plenty of restaurants, bars and colourful shops and market stalls only a 10 minute drive.

The villas have the most beautiful landscaped gardens with seating amongst them. Here there is also a staff house that takes care of the villas, the garden, the pools, maintenance and to help guests with any issues, questions or queries. This is an amazing location for enjoying a peaceful holiday.

The spectacular Villa Emily is set over 3 floors, the entrance hall on the ground floor leads you through to the spacious and extremely comfortable lounge with flat screen TV and 2 dining areas, several patio doors lead you to the terrace with comfortable table and chairs. There is a fully equipped high-end kitchen with all mod cons including dishwasher, oven, hob, extractor hood, fridge/freezer, microwave, coffee machine, toaster and kettle along with a breakfast bar. On this floor you will find a guest cloakroom.

On the lower ground floor you will find a small gym, a sauna, separate shower room and guest cloakroom. Also on this floor is a self-contained double bedroom with fridge/freezer, washing machine, ceramic hob and microwave and an en suite shower room. From the bedroom there is a door which leads to beautiful landscaped gardens and table and comfy chairs. There is also a laundry room which houses the washing machine on this floor.

The first floor hosts the master bedroom with a walk-in wardrobe, a large en suite shower room, and a balcony to enjoy wonderful sea views and sunsets. Upon entering the villa, you'll be greeted by a spacious open-plan living room, kitchen, and dining area. • 8 Rooms, the villa accommodates a maximum of 16 adults. There is additional space for up to 4 children under the age of 12 using sofa beds and Z beds.

Villa Majestic is a grand 16 sleeper villa situated in the distinguished area of St George with stunning views of the world famous Akamas Peninsula.  This gated villa set in 2000 sq m of glorious gardens with your very own orange, lemon and olive trees, is perfect for several families and large groups.

From secluded privacy, you are still less than a 10 minute drive to the busting strip of Coral Bay where you will find plenty of restaurants, great bars with live entertainment, shops and even a small amusement park with mini-golf course, plus 2 of the best beach on the island Coral Bay Beach & Corallia Beach. The charming fishing harbour of St George with its lovely sandy beach is just a 5 minute drive and the stunning Cap St George Beach Club Resort is just a 4 minute drive. Paphos Old Town and Kato Paphos with its charming harbour and seafront full of eateries and shops are just a 30 minute drive.

The spacious lounge has a huge comfortable seating area with large flat screen TV with English Speaking TV Channels and wide glass patio doors framing the beautiful oasis beyond. This villa is part of an exclusive gated community of superior quality villas located at the top of Peyia Village, close to Coral Bay. The location affords you the most stunning views over the Paphos coastline and mountains. Peyia, which is around a 3 minute drive, is a charming Cypriot village full of tavernas, bars, restaurants, good local shops and amenities.

The bustling and popular Coral Bay Strip is only a 3 minute drive away and boasts golden shore beaches Coralia Beach and Coral Bay Beach, there are many restaurants with local and international cuisine to choose from along with an array of bars, many with live music throughout the week and plenty of shopping opportunities. There is also a little amusement park for the younger ones with a fantastic mini golf course to keep the older ones entertained.

To the west lies St. George and the Akamas Peninsula and National Park. To the east past Potima Bay and the village of Kissonerga lies Paphos Old Town and Kato Paphos. There are a number of golf courses to recommend along with some fantastic wineries and wine tours.

The villa is an ultra modern 3 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom villa that oozes luxury as soon as you step through the door. The open plan ground floor has a designer corner sofa, large flat screen TV with multi-lingual channels and feature fireplace. The fully equipped kitchen is fresh and contemporary complete with a large island/breakfast bar with seating. The first of the 3 bedrooms can be found on the ground floor, a twin room with en suite shower room and patio doors leading to the pool area.  There is also a guest cloakroom on this floor. On the first floor you will find the master bedroom with en suite bathroom containing both a walk-in shower and free-standing bath with a view! Back downstairs there are several patio doors leading you out to the poolside.
