This amazing 3 bedroom villa is located in the very desirable area of Secret Valley in a central position between Paphos and Limassol. The delightful village of Kouklia is just a few minutes drive where you will find numerous tavernas and bars, many of which have special Cyprus Nights with traditional Greek dancing.

The villa is set over 2 floors with an open plan design on the ground floor with living and dining area, flat screen TV with English speaking channels and bar. The newly renovated kitchen is modern and is fully equipped with brand new appliances. The open concept ground floor starts with a very large, comfortable lounge with flat screen TV showing English speaking channels. There is a dining area with large dining table and chairs, smaller table and chairs and breakfast bar with bar stools to allow everyone to enjoy lunch, breakfast and dinner together. The contemporary kitchen and adjoining utility room houses 2 fridge/freezers, 2 dishwashers, 2 ovens, 2 hobs and an additional array of equipment to enable you to cook and clean up with ease, all whilst enjoying the company of family and friends in the heart of your holiday home. One wall of this open plan area is entirely made of glass which provides a stunning backdrop to the spectacular views that allows the beautiful natural light to flow in and and opens up for access to the pool patio and garden areas. There is also a cosy nook with sofa and desk should you need some quiet time to catch up on some emails or social media.

On this floor you will find 2 twin bedrooms that can also be set up as doubles, one with outside access to the garden area and fabulous views to the sea, they share a beautiful family bathroom with double vanity, twin mirrors and even a bath with a view! Also on the ground floor is the master suite, also known as the Honeymoon Suite, which has its own luxury en suite bathroom with sumptuous spot lit bath tub sat on a white pebbled floor encased in sliding glass, twin vanity and a wall of mirror. The suite also boasts its own sitting room with corner sofa and flat screen tv, there is a folding wall that can be used to separate these two spaces by way of the sofa-bed to accommodate 2 additional guests. Moving up to the first floor, the staircase is bathed in natural light from the glass skylight. On this floor you will find a double and a twin bedroom with access to the balcony overlooking the pool and the wonderful coastline of Paphos. There are a further 2 twin rooms that can accommodate 2 guest in each room, 2 of which have access to the same balcony and views, bringing the total number of rooms available for guests up to 8. 2 family bathrooms are also on this floor offering lavish style and elegance.  Accessed from the balcony and also through a separate door on the first floor (also externally from the garden area) is a stunning roof terrace with sun loungers, soft seating area shaded by a pergola, dining table & chairs, bar, fridge and sink. Bang on the cutest little beach, perfect for gently immersing yourself in the crystal clear waters and gliding between the rock formations out to the deep blue yonder and safe enough for the little ones when kept by the shore and within the little bay.

Not only the best location visually, you have plenty of eateries and watering holes within walking distance and Coral Bay with its blue flag beaches, Corallia Beach and Coral Bay Beach, and bustling strip with an array of restaurants, bars and shops is only around a 7 minute drive. Further west is St George and the beautiful nature reserve The Akamas Peninsula. Back east you will find the mediaeval port at Kato Paphos alongside the charming harbour and seafront full of eateries, bars & shops, and a visit to the Old Town of Paphos with its daily market and quaint streets must go on your itinerary.

Villa Vista is an impressive deluxe property that could never disappoint. Set over 4 floors, the open plan ground floor area boasts a comfortable lounge area with large flat screen TV with English Speaking TV Channels, PlayStation 4 (or Nintendo Wii) plus games, a dining area and super modern kitchen kitted out with everything you need including dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer & Nespresso coffee machine. Also on this floor is a double bedroom with en suite shower, a twin bedroom and a family shower room.

On the lower level there is an annexed room that can sleep 2 guests, with patio doors leading to the outside, plus a pool table. On the first floor you will find the master bedroom with en suite bathroom with bath and walk-in shower, and balcony with sea views, a double bedroom with en suite shower and twin bedroom with en suite shower.

If things could get any better, you can ascend one more floor and you will reach the fabulous rooftop terrace complete with soft seating area and sensational hot tub (optional extra) which has built-in Bluetooth speakers and illuminated bubbles. What better spot to watch a perfect sunset at the end of a perfect day, just remember to bring the fizz!

Villa Sanctuary sits up at the top of the mountains with an incomparable view over the southwest coastline. Back east to the Paphos headland, you can see it all and from the pool terrace and top floor balcony down and away to the west, you can see the Sea Caves and the EDRO III shipwreck, it really is stunning!  Coral Bay, Corallia Beach and Coral Bay Beach, Potima Bay, the Sea You Beach Bar, St. George’s Harbour and the wild and wonderful Akamas Peninsula and National Park all lie within easy reach. You can walk into the charming village of Peyia where you will find tavernas, restaurants, bars, shops and a well stocked supermarket.

Villa Sanctuary is a unique 4 bedroom villa in true CVR style. The large open plan downstairs has a fully fitted kitchen with all mod-cons, through the first archway is a dining area for 8 guests and through the second archway is a very comfortable and spacious lounge with large flat screen TV with English Speaking TV Channels and PlayStation 4 (available on request).

The first of the four bedrooms, a double, is also found on this floor with its own en suite bathroom, there is also a guest cloakroom. Leading up the stairs there are a further 2 double bedrooms and a twin room all with the luxury of en suite bathrooms and every single one is perfectly positioned to take in that dazzling vista.

Outside the pool patio rocks the house with stunning views from its plateau terrace, it’s ideal for pool parties and lazy days by the stunning pool.
