Villa Hara lies at the top end of the little village of Kissonerga, a short way up from Potima or Banana Bay. The village has a church and main square, bakery, greengrocers, cafés and restaurants, so you can pop into the village for shopping and fresh bread. Down on the bay is the Sea You Beach Bar, a firm CVR favourite, and within view is the lively and popular Coral Bay strip with an abundance of restaurants, bars & shops with our top recommendations for beaches, Corallia Beach and Coral Bay Beach.

Inside Villa Hara is cool, roomy and spacious with an open plan layout. Downstairs you will find a cosy lounge looking out onto the pool area with a large flat-screen TV with English Speaking TV Channels, a PlayStation 4 (or Nintendo Wii) and games, a dining area, a huge fully equipped kitchen with all mod cons, a twin bedroom and family shower room. Upstairs there are a further 4 bedrooms, master with ensuite bathroom, 2 doubles, a twin and a family bathroom.

Outside is your very own private pool with Roman steps (heating, optional extra), luxury sun loungers, sun umbrellas, optional hot tub, outside dining facilities, BBQ and ping pong table. For the days you choose to venture out of the villa, you can walk down to the charming village of Kissonerga for a lazy lunch or to stock up on food supplies to cook on the BBQ and enjoy al fresco dinners under the warm evening Cypriot skies.

Villa Alkontera is an elegant 5 bedroom villa centrally located in Polis. The shops and restaurants are within walking distance where you will find a good choice of places to eat and drink in Polis Square too. Polis Beach and the charming Latchi Harbour are less than a 5 minute drive. 

​

On entering the villa you will find the dining area with table and chairs and a nice sized lounge with a large modern L shaped couch and TV, here are 2 picture windows overlooking the garden area. This leads to a further seating area with a TV that can be used for youtube and such like. Leading on from the seating area to the modern fitted kitchen with an island and bar stools and kitchen door which also leads to the terrace and pool area. Behind the kitchen is a double bedroom with a large shower ensuite where there are doors that open to the side of the house and this leads to the pool area. On this floor there are two sets of steps that go to the lower ground floor, the first set taking you down to the games room with air hockey and foosball where there is also a separate shower room. The second set takes you down to the garage where the door can be automatically operated.

Going upstairs there are a further 4 bedrooms, one double bedroom with a modern shower ensuite, one twin bedroom, one double bedroom and one bedroom with bunk beds which have an adjoining balcony and here there is also a separate bathroom. On this floor there is also a laundry room which houses the washing machine, iron and ironing board. 

​

The villa has a large swimming pool with Roman steps for easy access (heating optional extra). This is a great place for all the family to gather together, there is a mature garden surrounding the villa offering a good degree of privacy. There is also a covered pergola which is ideal if you want to escape the midday sun whilst reading a good book. Next to the gas BBQ is a dining table and chairs, all much needed ingredients for alfresco dining. There is also the benefit of the central heating for the cooler evenings. Furthermore, you’ll discover an electric vehicle charging station on the premises for your eco-conscious travel needs.

In front of the perimeters of the grounds are orange and lemon trees which you can pick for your own delights.

This villa is part of an exclusive gated community of superior quality villas located at the top of Peyia Village, close to Coral Bay. The location affords you the most stunning views over the Paphos coastline and mountains. Peyia, which is around a 3 minute drive, is a charming Cypriot village full of tavernas, bars, restaurants, good local shops and amenities.

The bustling and popular Coral Bay Strip is only a 3 minute drive away and boasts blue flag beaches Corallia Beach and Coral Bay Beach, there are many restaurants with local and international cuisine to choose from along with an array of bars, many with live music throughout the week and plenty of shopping opportunities. Villa Nikki is a beautiful and authentic villa nested at the top of Peyia with the most amazing breath-taking valley and sea views, especially from the stunning infinity pool. Just a 3 minute drive to the charming Peyia village with supermarket, shops, fresh bakery, restaurants and bars. Only an 8 minute drive to the main strip of Coral Bay with numerous bars and restaurants and Coral Bay Beach. Or explore all the southwest coast has to offer from Kato Paphos and its harbour castle in the east to St. George and the Akamas Peninsula in the west.

One of our favourites, Villa Nikki is a high quality villa combined with modern features, furniture and fittings. The main part of the property is set over a single floor and the front door leads you into an open plan lounge area with comfortable seating, feature fireplace and flat screen TV with English Speaking TV Channels, 2 glass patio doors bring in plenty of natural light and Cyprus sunshine. Through an attractive stone archway you will find the dining area, fully fitted kitchen and utility room complete with all the mod-cons you will need.

At this end of the villa you will find the first of the bedrooms, a double bedroom with en suite bathroom and double patio doors leading to the pool area plus a twin bedroom with en suite shower room. At the opposite end of the villa there is another double bedroom with en suite shower room and patio doors leading to the pool area and a twin bedroom plus a family bathroom.

Villa Anchora is furnished in full CVR signature style. It has 1 double bedroom on the ground floor with patio doors leading out onto the terrace overlooking the pool area, a bathroom with walk-in shower, stylish and comfortable lounge area with large flat screen TV with English Speaking TV Channels, PlayStation 4 with games (available on request), a dining area to accommodate 6 guests and a fully fitted modern kitchen. On the first floor you will find another double bedroom leading out onto a furnished balcony with sea view and a twin bedroom also leading out onto a sea facing furnished balcony, there is also a shared family bathroom. One floor up there is a lovely roof terrace to enjoy the fabulous view of the sea and Paphos coastline.

Outside there is a terrace with dining table and comfy seating area, down a couple of steps takes you to a private pool (heating, optional extra), optional jacuzzi/spa – introducing our versatile all-season jacuzzis, perfect for holiday villa guests! The best thing about Villa Anchora is the location, whilst it is tucked away in a nice quiet corner, it is just 5 minutes walk to the main strip of Coral Bay full of fantastic restaurants, bars with live music, shops and a great little amusement park with mini golf right in the centre. The lovely Coral Bay Beach is within walking distance and there is a main bus route on the strip.

Villa Christina has been totally remodelled both inside and out, offering a perfect blend of rustic charm and modern convenience. The villa is now very modern in function, featuring all new appliances and the latest technology throughout, ensuring a comfortable and luxurious stay. The open-plan layout of the villa seamlessly integrates modern design with its distinctive charm.

Upon entering, you’ll find a comfortable lounge equipped with a large OLED TV and a PlayStation 5 with a selection of games. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with all new appliances, making meal preparation a delight. The outdoor area has also been revamped, featuring a top-of-the-line ceramic Primco BBQ, similar to the Big Green Egg, perfect for outdoor cooking enthusiasts.
