Villa Rio is the taller sister villa to Villa Acapulco, built over 2 floors and in the same great location, Villa Rio is a short walk to both Corallia Beach and Coral Bay Beach. Situated on a lovely quiet residential street, you have several bars & restaurants within easy walking distance and the bustling Coral Bay strip with plenty of great restaurants, bars with live entertainment and shops is less than a 20 minute walk.

To the east lies Kato Paphos with its medieval port and antiquities of the ancient world, charming harbour and seafront full of eateries and shops. And Old Town Paphos lies up on the hill overlooking the harbour with its narrow streets, full traditional market, artisans and local produce. To the west lies the wild Akamas peninsula: adventure awaits!

Villa Rio is a spacious villa with lots of outside space. Through the front door and to your left is a fully fitted kitchen with all the mod cons you need including dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave, and American style fridge/freezer and a dining area to seat 6 guests very comfortably. Down a couple of steps, the lounge area has brand new designer furniture, a feature fireplace, large flat screen TV with UK channels and PlayStation 4 plus games (available on request).

The first of 3 bedrooms can be found on the ground floor, this can be a double room or twin room to suit your needs, it has double patio doors leading to the pool patio area and has its own ensuite bathroom. There is also a guest cloakroom on the ground floor.

On the first floor there is a master bedroom with ensuite bathroom and balcony overlooking the pool area and another double bedroom with ensuite bathroom. There is free air-conditioning throughout the whole villa and free WiFi.

Back downstairs, there are large double patio doors to take you out to the fantastically large pool patio area with a covered soft seating area, al fresco dining facilities, BBQ, luxury sun loungers, sun parasols, ping pong table, a wonderful oval pool with Roman steps which has pool heating (optional extra), for those cooler winter months, optional jacuzzi/spa with massage jets – introducing our versatile all-season jacuzzis, perfect for holiday villa guests! Enjoy a steamy soak in the winter, melting away stress, while promoting relaxation and rejuvenation. In the summer, bask in the refreshing cool waters, soothing sun-kissed skin and revitalizing your body.
