Villa Princess is a stunning super-modern 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom villa in Peyia. There are several eateries around a 10 minute walk away which include a fabulous local taverna that has traditional Greek dance evenings, a great restaurant/bar where you can enjoy live entertainment & lawn bowls and one that is great for the kids as it has a playground and swimming pool.

It is just a short drive to the charming village of Peyia with several shops, restaurants and great amenities. The popular and vibrant Coral Bay strip is a short 5 minute drive where you will find an abundance of restaurants with local and international cuisine, numerous bars with live entertainment, plentiful shops and the famous blue flag beaches Coral Bay Beach and Corallia Beach.  To the west lies St. George and the wild Akamas Peninsula. The open plan ground floor layout glides you round on opulent marble tiling right from the entrance into the lounge area where you will find comfortable seating, large flat screen TV with English speaking channels. There is a dining area with table and chairs for 8 guests, this leads you round to the wonderful contemporary kitchen fully equipped with all you will ever need including, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave and coffee machine.

The first of the 4 bedrooms can be found on this level which is a double and has its own deluxe en suite shower room and patio doors leading you to the pool patio area with stunning mountain views.

There are 3 further bedrooms on the first floor, two twin bedrooms both with deluxe en suite shower rooms and one double bedroom also with its own deluxe en suite shower room and patio doors leading onto a private balcony where you can enjoy pool, beautiful mountain and distant sea views. We can also, if required, make any of the twin bedrooms into double bedrooms and any of the double bedrooms into twin bedrooms.

The fantastic pool area is the perfect place to relax and cool off. There is an outside dining table & chairs plus BBQ which makes for great al fresco dining, along with sunbeds and parasols allowing you to enjoy wonderful hot sunny days and warm evenings soaking up the Mediterranean climate.

 Villa Kyparissia is a privately set and exclusive mansion-villa within an extensive, fully walled and gated plot and is just a kilometre or so from the scenic village of Kathikas. Villa Kyparissia offers stunning views overlooking Peyia, Coral Bay and Paphos. This is a 12 sleeper, 5 bathroom villa and separate sections split the villa – making it ideal for pairs of families, or larger groups of friends sharing.

Through the villa’s grand entrance doors, you will find a spacious open plan living area that is furnished in a modern style giving a contemporary indoor setting. Leading to the dining area in front of the open feature fire therefore ideal for hiding in shade in summer months and for a cosy dinner after outdoor activity in off-season and early spring. The open plan living area includes a fully equipped kitchen and dining area. There is a utility kitchen adjacent with time saving appliances, and plenty of extra surface area for when you really want to show off in the kitchen. Just outside the kitchen area there are al-fresco dining options, including a shaded veranda with a large stone built BBQ space. This area is perfect for enjoying a glass or two in the shade whilst barbecuing, sipping your morning coffee, or simply taking in the views.

The 4 south-facing bedrooms each have an en-suite bathroom. The master bedroom includes a grand king-sized bed with fitted wardrobes, a wall mounted TV, and an en-suite which hosts a Jacuzzi bath with shower. The second bedroom is also a king-sized room with wardrobes, TV and shower room. The third bedroom is a king-sized room with wardrobes and shower. The fourth bedroom on this level is a twin room with wardrobes and shower. All these bedrooms have access to the wrap-around balcony. There is a separate cloakroom near the dining area.

The lower section of Villa Kyparissia is built like a home within a home. It even has its own double door access; with a terrace hosting a modern sofa set in a shaded area, affording views across the local vineyards. The terrace leads to a modern lounge area with sofas and TV. It’s open plan with another fully equipped kitchen with appliances and a table and chairs. Moving through the corridor there is a king-sized bedroom and another bedroom with generously sized twin beds. Both bedrooms share a bathroom with a bath and overhanging shower.

There’s a pool table set at a point between the two sections of the villa. Towards the rear of Villa Kyparissia there is complete seclusion and privacy. At its heart there’s a large private pool which has amazing views on all sides. This is surrounded by sun loungers with parasols, drinks tables, a swing seat, a hanging basket chair, and a poolside shower. A grand white stone table and chairs looks across the pool to the stunning views below. The area is ideal for dining as a group, day or night, in a spectacular setting. Villa Alkontera is an elegant 5 bedroom villa centrally located in Polis. The shops and restaurants are within walking distance where you will find a good choice of places to eat and drink in Polis Square too. Polis Beach and the charming Latchi Harbour are less than a 5 minute drive.

On entering the villa you will find the dining area with table and chairs and a nice sized lounge with a large modern L shaped couch and TV, here are 2 picture windows overlooking the garden area. This leads to a further seating area with a TV that can be used for youtube and such like. Leading on from the seating area to the modern fitted kitchen with an island and bar stools and kitchen door which also leads to the terrace and pool area. Behind the kitchen is a double bedroom with a large shower ensuite where there are doors that open to the side of the house and this leads to the pool area. On this floor there are two sets of steps that go to the lower ground floor, the first set taking you down to the games room with air hockey and foosball where there is also a separate shower room. The second set takes you down to the garage where the door can be automatically operated.

Going upstairs there are a further 4 bedrooms, one double bedroom with a modern shower ensuite, one twin bedroom, one double bedroom and one bedroom with bunk beds which have an adjoining balcony and here there is also a separate bathroom. On this floor there is also a laundry room which houses the washing machine, iron and ironing board.

The villa has a large swimming pool with Roman steps for easy access (heating optional extra). This is a great place for all the family to gather together, there is a mature garden surrounding the villa offering a good degree of privacy. There is also a covered pergola which is ideal if you want to escape the midday sun whilst reading a good book. Next to the gas BBQ is a dining table and chairs, all much needed ingredients for alfresco dining. There is also the benefit of the central heating for the cooler evenings. Furthermore, you’ll discover an electric vehicle charging station on the premises for your eco-conscious travel needs.
