Villa Katerina is a charming 4 bedroom villa which lies between the beautiful spots of St Georges and Coral Bay with its lively strip and high ranked beaches.  Further afield are Sea Caves and the Akamas and back east you have Potima Bay and the Old Town and Kato Paphos.

Villa Katerina is located off a main road with off-road parking inside the gated grounds. The open plan layout has a fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable living room with flat screen TV with English Speaking TV Channels and a PlayStation 4 plus a dining area with dining table and chairs. There is a double bedroom on the ground floor with a separate shower room. There are 3 further bedrooms on the first floor. Villa Taronga is a 5 bedroom villa just a 5 minute walk to the beach! The perfect choice of CVR villa for a beach holiday in Cyprus. Why? Because you could not get closer to the beach! Coral Bay Beach is a beautiful sandy beach with crystal clear Mediterranean waters just 500m away, with the famous Coral Bay strip a little further on with its numerous restaurants, bars with live music, shops and a great little amusement park with mini golf right in the centre.

Further afield the Sea Caves, St. George and the Akamas lie to the west. Back east you have Coral Bay, Potima Bay and the Old Town and Kato Paphos.

There is a beautiful open plan lounge with seating area and huge TV and dining area with modern table and chairs. Here there are patio doors which lead to the main balcony. To the right of the entrance is the master bedroom with a super king size bed, luxurious en suite with shower cubicle and bath with shower. From this bedroom are patio doors that also open to the main balcony where you will find table and chairs to enjoy the wonderful sea views. On this floor there is also a guest toilet. Going down the gated marble staircase takes you to a further 3 bedrooms and the pool area.

On this floor are two twin bedrooms which share a large separate shower room and a double bedroom which has a beautiful en suite shower room. All these bedrooms have patio doors which lead directly to the terrace and pool area. Also there is a small kitchenette/bar area where you will find cupboards with granite worktops, small fridge and a sink. Just by this is the door which leads to the garage which houses a ping pong table, pool table, air hockey and football table. Leading on from the pool terrace and around the corner of the grounds of the property is a self contained double bedroom with an en suite shower room with it’s own private entrance.

Villa Marina is a superb modern 12-sleeper, bang in the middle of Cyprus Coral Bay so all amenities are within walking distance. The bustling Coral Bay strip is literally a 5 minute walk and is overflowing with great restaurants, bars with live music and shops.  Villa Kyparissia is a privately set and exclusive mansion-villa within an extensive, fully walled and gated plot and is just a kilometre or so from the scenic village of Kathikas. Villa Kyparissia offers stunning views overlooking Peyia, Coral Bay and Paphos. This is a 12 sleeper, 5 bathroom villa and separate sections split the villa – making it ideal for pairs of families, or larger groups of friends sharing.

​

Through the villa’s grand entrance doors, you will find a spacious open plan living area that is furnished in a modern style giving a contemporary indoor setting. Leading to the dining area in front of the open feature fire therefore ideal for hiding in shade in summer months and for a cosy dinner after outdoor activity in off-season and early spring. The open plan living area includes a fully equipped kitchen and dining area. There is a utility kitchen adjacent with time saving appliances, and plenty of extra surface area for when you really want to show off in the kitchen. Just outside the kitchen area there are al-fresco dining options, including a shaded veranda with a large stone built BBQ space. This area is perfect for enjoying a glass or two in the shade whilst barbecuing, sipping your morning coffee, or simply taking in the views.

The 4 south-facing bedrooms each have an en-suite bathroom. The master bedroom includes a grand king-sized bed with fitted wardrobes, a wall mounted TV, and an en-suite which hosts a Jacuzzi bath with shower. The second bedroom is also a king-sized room with wardrobes, TV and shower room. The third bedroom is a king-sized room with wardrobes and shower. The fourth bedroom on this level is a twin room with wardrobes and shower. All these bedrooms have access to the wrap-around balcony. There is a separate cloakroom near the dining area.

The lower section of Villa Kyparissia is built like a home within a home. It even has its own double door access; with a terrace hosting a modern sofa set in a shaded area, affording views across the local vineyards. The terrace leads to a modern lounge area with sofas and TV. It’s open plan with another fully equipped kitchen with appliances and a table and chairs. Moving through the corridor there is a king-sized bedroom and another bedroom with generously sized twin beds. Both bedrooms share a bathroom with a bath and overhanging shower.

There’s a pool table set at a point between the two sections of the villa. Towards the rear of Villa Kyparissia there is complete seclusion and privacy. At its heart there’s a large private pool which has amazing views on all sides. This is surrounded by sun loungers with parasols, drinks tables, a swing seat, a hanging basket chair, and a poolside shower. A grand white stone table and chairs looks across the pool to the stunning views below. The area is ideal for dining as a group, day or night, in a spectacular setting. Across the pool from the loungers and the dining area a large gazebo provides shade, views, candle holders, and a modern rattan sofa set. The exterior is well lit at night with sculpted stone light fittings surrounding all areas.
