Villa Chiara is a lovely 4-bedroom villa in peaceful surroundings. Located on a pristine residential street, it is just a few minutes walk to the local village of Kissonerga, a traditional and charming Cypriot village with shops, restaurants and bars. Down on the bay is the Sea You Beach Bar, a firm CVR favourite, and within view is Coral Bay with its shops and restaurants and our top recommendations for beaches, Corallia Beach and Coral Bay Beach.

Villa Chiara gives you beautiful views of the garden and the pool, so it’s ideal for kids and family, with access to the pool area from the open-plan lounge, dining and kitchen areas via 3 large patio doors. The well laid out lounge sports a large flat screen TV  with English Speaking TV Channels, a PlayStation 4 and games (available on request). There is a dining area and a fully fitted kitchen with all mod-cons. There is a double bedroom on the ground floor along with a family shower room.
