Villa Marina is a superb modern 12-sleeper, bang in the middle of Cyprus Coral Bay so all amenities are within walking distance. The bustling Coral Bay strip is literally a 5 minute walk and is overflowing with great restaurants, bars with live music and shops. Coral Bay is host to 2 of the best beaches on the island Corallia Beach and Coral Bay Beach.

Villa Taronga is a 5 bedroom villa just a 5 minute walk to the beach! The perfect choice of CVR villa for a beach holiday in Cyprus. Why? Because you could not get closer to the beach! Coral Bay Beach is a beautiful sandy beach with crystal clear Mediterranean waters just 500m away, with the famous Coral Bay strip a little further on with its numerous restaurants, bars with live music, shops and a great little amusement park with mini golf right in the centre.

Further afield the Sea Caves, St. George and the Akamas lie to the west. Back east you have Coral Bay, Potima Bay and the Old Town and Kato Paphos.

From this bedroom are patio doors that also open to the main balcony where you will find table and chairs to enjoy the wonderful sea views. On this floor there is also a guest toilet. Going down the gated marble staircase takes you to a further 3 bedrooms and the pool area.

On this floor are two twin bedrooms which share a large separate shower room and a double bedroom which has a beautiful en suite shower room. All these bedrooms have patio doors which lead directly to the terrace and pool area. Villa Horizon presents a charming 3-bedroom retreat conveniently located within a 5-minute drive from two renowned beaches: Coral Bay Beach and Corallia Beach. Just a bit further, you’ll discover the vibrant Coral Bay strip, teeming with a variety of restaurants, bars featuring live music, cozy cafes and shops.

To the east, you’ll find the captivating Paphos Old Town and Kato Paphos with its picturesque harbour and a waterfront adorned with delightful eateries and shops. Towards the west lies the tranquil St. George area, characterized by its quaint fishing harbour and a small beach. Additionally, the majestic Akamas Peninsula and National Park offer captivating natural scenery for exploration and adventure.

Villa Horizon welcomes guests with its two-story design, where the ground floor unveils an inviting open-plan layout comprising a living area, dining space and kitchen. The living area exudes modern elegance, boasting a comfortable corner sofa, satellite television and a DVD player. The cherry wood kitchen, with granite countertops, boasts essential appliances like an electric oven, stove, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. Adjacent, a dark wood dining table, paired with high-backed chairs, seats six guests in comfort.

On the ground floor, the first bedroom awaits, a twin bedded room accompanied by an adjacent shower room for added convenience.

Ascending to the first floor, guests will find each bedroom adorned with en-suite facilities and a private balcony. The master double bedroom indulges guests with an en suite bathroom and a spacious private balcony overlooking the shimmering swimming pool, while the twin bedroom boasts an en suite shower room and a private balcony affording views of the villa’s frontage.

Outdoors, a private 8-meter by 4-meter pool awaits, featuring both walk-in steps and a ladder for easy access, surrounded by a sun-drenched terrace furnished with inviting sunbeds, umbrellas, and a convenient poolside shower. A barbecue facility is provided for unforgettable outdoor dining experiences during the balmy summer months.

NB. Adjacent to this villa there are structural frames of future villas. There are no building works going on, however this could be an aesthetic issue impacting on the visual appeal of the surroundings. 

For this reason all bookings in Villa Horizon are discounted by 10% for 2024.

This amazing villa is located at the top of Peyia Village, close to Coral Bay with the most breath-taking views over the southwest coastline and mountains. Peyia, which is under a 10 minute drive, is a charming Cypriot village full of tavernas, bars, restaurants, good local shops and amenities.  The very popular Coral Bay Strip is only a 15 minute drive away and boasts blue flag beaches Corallia Beach and Coral Bay Beach, the strip has numerous restaurants with a varied choice of cuisine, along with lots of bars with live music and shops. There is also a little amusement park for the younger ones with a fantastic mini golf course to keep the older ones entertained.

To the west lies St. George and the Akamas Peninsula and National Park. To the east past Potima Bay and the village of Kissonerga lies Paphos Old Town and Kato Paphos. There are a number of golf courses to recommend along with some fantastic wineries and wine tours.

In addition to the primary residence, there are two annexes accessible via the garden area. This captivating villa is set over 2 floors, blending rustic architectural elements with modern decor. The ground floor, designed with an open concept, begins with a cosy living space featuring a flat-screen TV with English speaking channels, it also includes a spacious dining area furnished with a large table and chairs. The kitchen area showcases an elegant design, harmoniously blending granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and wooden cabinets, it is fully equipped with all essential kitchen amenities and provides generous storage and prep space through numerous cabinets, there is a separate utility room extending from the kitchen, housing a washing machine, sink and an additional gas hob and oven. This level features a family shower room and a double bedroom with access to the outdoor space through patio doors.

As you ascend to the first floor, two additional bedrooms await: a double bedroom featuring an en-suite bathroom with patio doors to a shared balcony and a twin bedroom with en-suite shower and patio doors leading to the shared balcony overlooking the captivating vistas of the sea, mountains and the pool area.  For larger groups, there’s more lodging available via external access where you will find 2 extra twin bedrooms situated on the ground floor of the main residence, one of these twins has an additional two single beds on the mezzanine level, perfect for children. These rooms share a spacious “Jack & Jill” bathroom accessible from either side.

​

In the separate annex, you’ll discover an open-plan, cosy kitchen and a well-appointed living space. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, both electric and gas hobs, a fridge/freezer, dishwasher, various cabinets stocked with additional appliances, and a petite round dining table suitable for up to 5 guests. On the ground level, there’s a spacious double bedroom, along with a family shower room that conveniently connects to the living area, a wooden staircase seamlessly links the living area to an elevated mezzanine featuring two single beds and an en-suite shower for added comfort.

The villa’s outdoor space features a beautifully designed garden that enhances the private infinity pool, complete with its own deck bridge, the private pool boasts vibrant underwater lights that can be customized to create a soothing or thrilling ambiance as desired. Furthermore, there’s a smaller pool perfect for kids and a hot-tub Jacuzzi (optional extra) for added relaxation. There are 2 BBQ areas, the first features a small BBQ grill, while the second is equipped for more elaborate BBQ preparations complete with two generously sized outdoor dining tables.
