Villa Amorosa is a modern and stylish 4-bedroom holiday villa in Peyia, set at the top of the village with breathtaking mountain and sea views. The first of the bedrooms, a double, is on the ground floor  with a king bed which has its own en suite shower room, there is also a guest cloakroom on this floor. At the top of the staircase are patio doors which open to a large balcony with sunbeds and small table and chairs. The second double bedroom is on the first floor, with a queen bed and an en suite shower room, there are patio doors to the large adjoining balcony.

There are a further two bedrooms on the lower pool level. One with a double queen bed plus 1 single bed, and the other with double American queen bed  plus 1 single bed, these have a shared bathroom. Both bedrooms have patio doors that lead to the outside area with dining/seating area and 2 large chairs along with a ceiling fan to keep cool on the warm evenings. There is also a pergola with table and seating. Villa Searay is situated right on the seafront in the most tranquil setting with unsurpassed sea views! Just a short walk along the coastal path you will come to a fantastic beach bar, Oniros By The Sea, overlooking the stunning Sea Caves and the Edro III shipwreck. Two of the region’s best beaches, Corallia and Coral Bay, are just a 6 minute drive with the main strip of Coral Bay, full of restaurants, bars & shops is 2 minutes further on.

To the east you’ll find flavours of the ancient and modern worlds in the Old Town and Kato Paphos. To the west the wild Akamas Peninsula offers the promise of natural beauty and adventure.

Villa Searay is one of our most popular villas and you can understand why! It is set in large grounds with the most amazing views of the Mediterranean sea right at the bottom of the garden. The ground floor is airy and spacious with a comfortable lounge sporting a decorative fireplace, large flat screen TV with English Speaking TV Channels, a PlayStation 4 and games (available on request), a dining area and open plan kitchen, fully equipped with all mod cons, granite worktops and breakfast bar, there is also a guest cloakroom with shower on the ground floor.

Upstairs you will find 2 double bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, a further double bedroom and a twin bedroom sharing a family shower room.

Outside is where this house comes alive, set in a large plot with a big 12×6 metre swimming pool (heating, optional extra), luxury sun loungers including a bedouin style double sunbed, sun umbrellas, covered outside dining & soft seating areas, bbq and an optional jacuzzi/spa with massage jets –  introducing our versatile all-season jacuzzis, perfect for holiday villa guests!
