Villa CVRWEDPANEDG is a fantastic 2 bedroom villa. Please note it can only be booked together with its charming sister villa, CVRWEDPAN.

This beautiful villa is situated at the peak of Peyia Village, in close proximity to Coral Bay, and provides stunning vistas of the southwest coastline and mountains. Less than a 10-minute drive will bring you to Peyia, a delightful Cypriot village filled with tavernas, bars, restaurants, and a variety of local shops and services. The well-known Coral Bay Strip is just a 15-minute drive away, featuring blue flag beaches such as Corallia Beach and Coral Bay Beach. The strip also offers a wide range of dining options, numerous bars with live entertainment, and various shops. There is also a small amusement park for younger children and a wonderful mini-golf course for older kids and adults.

To the west lies St. George and the Akamas Peninsula and National Park. Heading east past Potima Bay and the village of Kissonerga, you will find Paphos Old Town and Kato Paphos. The region is also home to several excellent golf courses, wonderful wineries, and wine tours.

Upon entering this one storey villa, you’ll be greeted by an open-plan living area featuring plush sofas, a flat-screen TV, and patio doors that lead to a decked balcony. The fully fitted kitchen comes equipped with modern conveniences and flows seamlessly into the dining area, perfect for enjoying meals together. The first of the two bedrooms is a double bedroom with an en suite shower room and patio doors leading to the decked balcony. The second bedroom is a comfortable twin bedroom. Additionally, there is a separate family shower room that houses the washing machine for your convenience.

Villa Azure is a remarkable 5 bedroom villa with 6th guest room in a separate apartment available on request, in the most impressive location of Sea Caves close to the Akamas Peninsula and National Park, an area of immense natural beauty, including the amazing Lara turtle nesting beach, but is only a 10 minute drive to the life and soul of the area – Coral Bay – with its famous blue flag beaches and lively strip full of fabulous restaurants, bars with live entertainment and shops.

Taking you to the outside area, there is a large double garage with automatic doors, maids quarters (with a bedroom, kitchenette and bathroom) and one of the biggest and most impressive private swimming pools you will ever see! At 22m x 8m, this awesome infinity pool steals the show and has a backdrop of beautifully manicured lawns and landscaped gardens. You can sunbathe around the very generous pool patio area before walking down the Roman steps to swim a few laps while building up an appetite to enjoy the wonderful al fresco dining area after cooking up a storm on the outside barbecue.
