Villa Lara is an ultra-luxury villa directly on the seafront with a small bay/beach right on your doorstep. With nothing but the Mediterranean sea and azure blue skies in front of you, the location doesn’t get any better. Vardas beach is home to a charming little bay with a slow gentle shelf into the crystal blue waters and rocky outcrops. If you can tear yourself away from that beautiful setting, there are several restaurants, bars and shops within walking distance and the lively Coral Bay strip with a great selection of restaurants, bars with live entertainment, shops and 2 bigger beaches, Corallia Beach and Coral Bay Beach is just a 7 minute drive.

In the westerly direction beyond Coral Bay lies St. George and the wild and wonderful Akamas Peninsula and National Park. To the East lies Paphos Old Town and Kato Paphos with its charming harbour and seafront full of eateries and shops.

Villa Lara is set over 4 floors with an open plan ground floor consisting of a comfortable lounge area with designer furniture and large flat screen TV with English Speaking TV Channels, PlayStation 4 (or Nintendo Wii) plus games, a dining area and super modern kitchen kitted out with everything you need including dishwasher, oven, microwave & fridge/freezer.  On this floor is the first of the bedrooms, a double, and family bathroom. On the lower ground floor is a twin bedroom, a utility room, a pool table, & ping pong table, being on the lower level with smaller windows, the rooms are extra cool during the hot summer months.  There is also an annexed room on this level which can accommodate 2 guests..  On the first floor is the master bedroom with huge glass wall to take in that awesome vista and ensuite bathroom, there are a further 2 double bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms with balconies and sea views.

The pièce de résistance from the inside is the top floor roof terrace with soft seating area and superb hot tub (optional extra) with built-in Bluetooth stereo, the perfect platform for enjoying the panoramic sea views and watching the stunning sunset sipping a glass of bubbles whilst sitting in the illuminated bubbles!

Villa Melanie – perfectly located, perfectly tranquil! An attractive 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom villa with pleasant countryside and distant sea views, perfect for those who like privacy and seclusion. Villa Melanie is in a great location, hidden off the main Coral Bay / Peyia road. It is situated just a 5 minute walk from the main strip of Coral Bay. The beautiful sandy blue flag Coral Bay Beach is also within walking distance.   The villa is accessed from the road. It has a long driveway which benefits from off road parking inside the gated grounds.

The villa is accessed via a tiled staircase and a wraparound balcony. The open plan layout offers a cosy and comfortable lounge with flat screen TV, dining area and kitchen. There are 2 sets of patio doors leading you out to the huge balcony that encompasses the villa and affords you multiple dimension views of the mountains, valley, coastline and pool area.

Through an archway you will find the master bedroom with en suite shower room and patio doors leading out to the wraparound balcony, 2 twin rooms both with patio doors accessing the large balcony and a family bathroom.

The lower outside level which you can access via 2 staircases, provides plenty of covered parking and the pool area is positioned perfectly to enjoy all those wonderful views with plenty of sun loungers to soak up the wonderful Cyprus sun.

There is an outside dining area and traditional Cypriot bbq for those al fresco meals and a ping pong table and dartboard for your entertainment.

Villa Sunrays is a fantastic 3 bedroom villa located close to all amenities in the heart of Coral Bay Cyprus. The bustling Coral Bay strip which is full of fabulous restaurants, bars with live entertainment and shops is literally a 5 minute walk away. The blue flag beach of Coral Bay is within walking distance or you can hop on a bus from the strip which run frequently.

To the east you’ll find flavours of the ancient and modern worlds in the Old Town and Kato Paphos. To the west the wild Akamas Peninsula offers the promise of natural beauty and adventure.

Villa Sunrays is situated on a very pleasant residential street with off-road parking inside the gated grounds. The villa has an open plan layout with lounge, dining area and fitted kitchen, 2 sets of patio doors allow the light to flood in and open out to a patio and covered terrace. There is also a guest cloakroom on this floor.

On the first floor there is a double bedroom with an en suite shower room and patio doors leading to a balcony. There are a further 2 bedrooms on this floor which are made up as twins and enjoy lovely mountain views, these rooms share a family bathroom. The villa benefits from air conditioning throughout providing a wonderful cool environment for the hot sunny Cyprus days.

Back down to the ground floor and outside the villa, a sun filled terrace surrounds your private pool with plenty of space to enjoy sunbathing. There is a covered terrace to the front and side of the property with outdoor table and chairs and a BBQ which creates a fabulous al fresco dining experience.
