Villa Pelagia is a pleasant 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom villa with pleasant countryside and sea views. Perfect for those who like privacy and seclusion. Sleeping up to 10. Located in a lovely, quiet cul-de-sac. The villa is accessed from an attractive residential street with off-road parking inside the gated grounds.

Villa Pelagia has an open plan design lounge and dining area with the kitchen leading from this area. There is comfortable seating, large flat-screen TV with English Speaking TV Channels and a PlayStation 4 (available on request) plus a dining table and chairs. There is a well-equipped kitchen which has everything you need including a dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave and fridge freezer. There is a double bedroom on the ground floor with a separate shower room. There are 3 further bedrooms on the first floor. Two doubles both with en-suite bathroom and one twin bedroom with en-suite shower room. One double bedroom and the twin bedroom share a balcony with pleasant sea views and countryside views.

The large pool area with sunbeds and parasols is a perfect place to relax and cool off. A large shaded pergola with an outdoor table and chairs and a BBQ makes it great for alfresco dining. Also a shaded area to the other side of the property where you can enjoy a game of table tennis. There is also a pool table, dart board plus a swing and slide for the little ones.

The rugged and beautiful Akamas Peninsula and National Park is less than a 20 minute drive. Over to the east, Paphos Old Town and the Harbour at Kato Paphos are around a 20 minute drive.

From your private driveway, you enter Villa Sarah into an open plan ground floor area with huge living and dining spaces fitted and equipped in CVR signature style. The spacious lounge area with decorative fireplace, large flat screen TV with English Speaking TV Channels and PlayStation 4 (available on request) is stylishly furnished and looking above, there is an impressive Dynasty style gallery running around the perimeter of the lounge. Leading round from the living room you will find a fabulous pool table for the whole family’s entertainment and a fully furnished dining area and well equipped and luxurious kitchen with all the mod cons you need to create wonderful gastronomic delights. There is also an additional utility room with a washing machine. The whole area is surrounded by windows and vast patio doors bringing the natural beauty of the sunlight from outside to in. On the ground floor you will find the first of the bedrooms which is a double room with super-king size bed and its own private en suite bathroom with walk-in shower and patio doors leading you out to the pool area and those wonderful views. This amazing villa is located at the top of Peyia Village, close to Coral Bay with the most breathtaking views over the southwest coastline and mountains. Peyia, which is under a 10 minute drive, is a charming Cypriot village full of tavernas, bars, restaurants, good local shops and amenities.  The very popular Coral Bay Strip is only a 15 minute drive away and boasts blue flag beaches Coralia Beach and Coral Bay Beach, the strip has numerous restaurants with a varied choice of cuisine, along with lots of bars with live music and shops. There is also a little amusement park for the younger ones with a fantastic mini golf course to keep the older ones entertained.

To the west lies St. George and the Akamas Peninsula and National Park. To the east past Potima Bay and the village of Kissonerga lies Paphos Old Town and Kato Paphos. There are a number of golf courses to recommend along with some fantastic wineries and wine tours.

On this floor you will find 2 twin bedrooms that can also be set up as doubles, one with outside access to the garden area and fabulous views to the sea, they share a beautiful family bathroom with double vanity, twin mirrors and even a bath with a view! Also on the ground floor is the master suite, also known as the Honeymoon Suite, which has its own luxury en suite bathroom with sumptuous spot lit bath tub sat on a white pebbled floor encased in sliding glass, twin vanity and a wall of mirror. The suite also boasts its own sitting room with corner sofa and flat screen tv, there is a folding wall that can be used to separate these two spaces by way of the sofa-bed to accommodate 2 additional guests. There is access to the garden area from these rooms.

Moving up to the first floor, the staircase is bathed in natural light from the glass skylight. On this floor you will find a double and a twin bedroom with access to the balcony overlooking the pool and the wonderful coastline of Paphos. There are a further 2 twin rooms that can accommodate 2 guest in each room, 2 of which have access to the same balcony and views, bringing the total number of rooms available for guests up to 8. 2 family bathrooms are also on this floor offering lavish style and elegance.  Accessed from the balcony and also through a separate door on the first floor (also externally from the garden area) is a stunning roof terrace with sun loungers, soft seating area shaded by a pergola, dining table & chairs, bar, fridge and sink. The views from this decked terrace are unsurpassable, with the mountains to the left and the wonderful Mediterranean sea glistening in the distance.

The pool patio area has an awesome infinity pool with sunken bar stools for you to chill comfortably with a glass of something cool whilst drinking in those incredible views. There is barbecue area with large dining table and chairs for al fresco dining, sun loungers, parasols and a ping pong table for your entertainment. The roof garden can also be accessed from this area.

Villa Rio is the taller sister villa to Villa Acapulco, built over 2 floors and in the same great location, Villa Rio is a short walk to both Corallia Beach and Coral Bay Beach. Situated on a lovely quiet residential street, you have several bars & restaurants within easy walking distance and the bustling Coral Bay strip with plenty of great restaurants, bars with live entertainment and shops is less than a 20 minute walk.

To the east lies Kato Paphos with its medieval port and antiquities of the ancient world, charming harbour and seafront full of eateries and shops. And Old Town Paphos lies up on the hill overlooking the harbour with its narrow streets, full traditional market, artisans and local produce. To the west lies the wild Akamas peninsula: adventure awaits!

Villa Rio is a spacious villa with lots of outside space. Through the front door and to your left is a fully fitted kitchen with all the mod cons you need including dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave, and American style fridge/freezer and a dining area to seat 6 guests very comfortably. Down a couple of steps, the lounge area has brand new designer furniture, a feature fireplace, large flat screen TV with UK channels and PlayStation 4 plus games (available on request).

The first of 3 bedrooms can be found on the ground floor, this can be a double room or twin room to suit your needs, it has double patio doors leading to the pool patio area and has its own ensuite bathroom. There is also a guest cloakroom on the ground floor.

On the first floor there is a master bedroom with ensuite bathroom and balcony overlooking the pool area and another double bedroom with ensuite bathroom. There is free air-conditioning throughout the whole villa and free WiFi.

Back downstairs, there are large double patio doors to take you out to the fantastically large pool patio area with a covered soft seating area, al fresco dining facilities, BBQ, luxury sun loungers, sun parasols, ping pong table, a wonderful oval pool with Roman steps which has pool heating (optional extra), for those cooler winter months, optional jacuzzi/spa with massage jets – introducing our versatile all-season jacuzzis, perfect for holiday villa guests!
