Villa James is a 3-bedroom property perfectly situated within an exclusive private villa complex, offering a haven of tranquillity and relaxation.
Set within a peaceful gated community, the villa enjoys a superb location within walking distance of Pernera Centre, Golden Coast Fishing Shelter, and Kalamies Beach.
Designed to meet the needs of even the most discerning guests, Villa James boasts a comprehensive range of luxury amenities, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable stay reminiscent of modern luxurious living.
Inside, guests will find a spacious, contemporary fully equipped kitchen, alongside a generously sized and beautifully furnished living area complete with a Smart TV. The dining area seamlessly connects to the private swimming pool, while a guest cloakroom is conveniently located on the ground floor.
Ascending to the upper level, guests will discover three spacious bedrooms. The master bedroom features a double bed, an en-suite bathroom, and a balcony with sea views. Another bedroom also offers a double bed and sea views, while the third bedroom is furnished with twin beds. All bedrooms are equipped with fitted wardrobes and bedside tables, and a family bathroom with a bathtub completing the upper level.
Outside, the sunny garden and pool area provide ample space for sunbathing, relaxation, and outdoor dining. Additionally, a quaint play area is available for younger guests to enjoy.

We had an absolutely wonderful time at James. The villa was just as described, though there were a few minor things that could've been better, like the pool being a bit cold. Otherwise, fantastic!
The villa James was nice, but not quite what we expected. The pictures made it look a bit bigger than it was. However, the staff was great, and the pool area was really nice. Everything was amazing!
Had a great time at James. The property was clean, spacious, and in a great location. Only downside was that it was a bit far from restaurants and shops. Had a small issue, but still a great holiday.
