OUR VILLA SAFETY PROCEDURES
Rest assured that your safety comes first! We have intensified our villa cleaning and check-in procedures, following the VRMA (Vacation Rental Management Association) approved Covid-19 cleaning procedures.
Safe, clean environments
Our cleaners are wearing gloves and face masks when preparing or accessing villas.
Approved VRMA (Vacation Rental Management Association) cleaning disinfectant will be used at all times.
Special attention is being paid to high-touch areas such as door knobs, lockboxes or electronics lock panels, elevator buttons, stair rails, telephones, light switches, remote controls, arm rests, white good door handles, sliding door handles, toilets, faucets, and clothes hangers
All linen, towels and bath mats are washed on 90C with special detergent.
POOLS & HOT TUBS
Whilst there is no evidence that the Covid-19 virus can be spread to humans through the use of pools or hot tubs, we have made the decision to include specialised chlorine and bromine in our cleaning routine to eliminate bacteria.
Check in procedure
Guests are given direct access details (Key box codes, gate access etc) to safely check in to their villa avoiding human contact. We will always be on call when you need us via our 24/7 support line, and will take every precaution necessary when accessing your villa.
FOOD DElivery
We can arrange regular food and drink deliveries to your villa reducing your need to visit public places as well as contacts with in-house villa catering companies.
DEEP CLEAN
We are including a 24 hour period between all bookings to allow time to carry out deep cleaning to meet the high standards needed at this time.
OTHER SECURITY MEASURES
We will have a 24/7 support line.
Properties will be vacant for 24 hours between bookings.
We can provide you with gloves and facemasks, that we can leave for you in the villa.
OUR TRAVEL ADVICE AMID COVID-19
Please make sure that you get travel insurance! This should cover you against flight cancellations as well as any other potential disruptions that could happen on your holiday, related or unrelated to COVID-19.

We are on hand!
If there is an outbreak of the Coronavirus whilst you are staying with us, then we will be on hand to assist you. We will follow the advice of the local authorities and ensure that you are looked after, whilst we help to get you home.
