Sun loungers offer tranquil moments, and the double cabana invites you to bask in the amazing panoramic views.  The gardens are adorned with a lush tropical theme, creating a paradise of exotic beauty.  There is an additional sun bathing level which also boasts a luxury cabana and sun loungers and is the perfect view-point to take in that awe inspiring vista.  Furthermore, you’ll discover an electric vehicle charging station on the premises for your eco-conscious travel needs.

Food enthusiasts will delight in the covered outside kitchen and bar – chiringuito style, equipped with a teppanyaki grill, two ceramic barbecues (big green egg style), a gas hob, sink, wine fridge, American style fridge/freezer, dishwasher, pizza oven, ice machine and more. The breakfast bar and bar stools create a sociable setting and can accommodate a maximum of 26 guests, who can be comfortably seated at both the table and the bar stools, while al fresco dining lets you savour delectable meals amidst the sounds of nature and cascading waterfall.

And for those looking to have some fun and friendly competition, Captain’s Villa offers a shady area with a pool table and ping pong table, where guests can showcase their skills and create memorable moments.  Additionally, within this setting, you will discover a cozy, relaxing corner adorned with sofas, inviting you to unwind and savor moments of pure comfort.

Moving inside, the villa interior is a masterpiece, crafted with meticulous attention to detail and premium materials radiating a distinct aura of grandeur and comfort with an open-plan design that encompasses a large comfortable lounge adorned with huge sofas, a 77″ flat-screen TV and a feature log burner. The dining area features a bespoke built table and stylish chairs for memorable meals with family and friends.  Floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors showcase the breathtaking coastline views ensuring abundant natural light and facilitating seamless indoor-outdoor connectivity.  The gourmet kitchen is a chef’s delight, equipped with state-of-the-art appliances, including a full-size integrated fridge, full-size integrated freezer, two dishwashers, wine fridge, washing machine, oven/microwave combi and an induction hob with a built-in extractor laid into a waterfall-edge island.  Both the indoor and outdoor kitchens are meticulously provisioned, sparing you the need to transport items back and forth.  

The ground floor also houses a double bedroom with sliding doors leading to the pool area and a family shower room for added convenience.  On this level you will also find retro pinball machine, promising hours of enchanting recreation.  Throughout the entire villa, you’ll find air conditioning and a state-of-the-art Sonos sound system, ensuring maximum comfort and entertainment.

Additionally, there is an annexe on the ground floor level that offers two bedrooms that can accommodate up to eight guests. One bedroom features a double bed with a double bunk bed, while the other bedroom includes a double bed. Both bedrooms share a Jack & Jill shower room.

Venturing to the first level, you’ll find a double bedroom with an en-suite shower room, three more double bedrooms,  all with patio doors leading to the vast balcony boasting soft seating and overlooking the pool area and the impressive coastline view. There is an additional bedroom on this level that has two double beds and can comfortably sleep up to four guests.
