A mere 10-minute leisurely stroll leads you to the main road, a bustling avenue hosting banks, 24-hour cafes, bakeries, pharmacies, supermarkets, and a myriad of other conveniences. If this does not excite you enough for your holidays in Cyprus, you can venture another fifteen minutes, and you’ll find yourself in Paralimni center, a charming square graced by the historic church of St. George, surrounded by quaint cafes and shops.

Adjacent to the pool lies a self-contained one-bedroom apartment, accessible independently, featuring a double bedroom, a shower/wet room, and a kitchen/bar. This ground-floor haven, designed with accessibility in mind, boasts wheelchair access, support handrails, and a drop-down seat in the shower room.

The main villa, gracing the first floor, houses four double bedrooms. Each bedroom is a haven of comfort, complete with fitted wardrobes, dressing tables, bedside tables, and private verandas. The spacious hall leads to an open-plan reception room and a vast veranda, while the fully fitted kitchen/diner features an American-style fridge/freezer, electric oven, microwave, hob, and extractor fan. The utility room, off the kitchen, houses the washing machine and dishwasher, and a large dining room awaits with a table and chairs to seat ten.
