Modernisation	All of our villas come with our sought after facilities and amenities that gives that extra touch (to our villas). However not all villas have new bathrooms, kitchens or have been recently renovated. As such we have given the villa a rating of it’s overall modernisation to help you understand how ‘modern’ it is. Please read the villa description and take a look at the images to get a better understanding of the villa. If in doubt, please call the Reservation Team to get an even clearer overview.
Views	Most of our villas come with some pretty amazing views. This rating is to help you understand the level of unobstructed, jawdropping, panoramic sea and mountain views the villas offers from the pool area and/or the bedrooms, and/or the terraces.
Privacy	You need a total break from everything and everyone? This rating is to indicate how secluded the Holiday Villa is, that the pool area is not overlooked and the level of privacy the villa offers.
Tranquillity	Most of our villas come with some pretty amazing views. This rating is to help you understand the level of unobstructed, jawdropping, panoramic sea and mountain views the villas offers from the pool area and/or the bedrooms, and/or the terraces.
Distance to amenities	This indicates the ability to walk within 5-10 minutes from the Holiday Villa to local amenities like a fresh bakery, supermarket, restaurant and / or bar.
Entertainment	In addition to the ping pong table, computer games, bluetooth stereo and big flatscreens that many villas offer, this indicates the availability (there where space allows it) of a children play ground (with swing, slide and trampoline), a snooker table, darts, airhockey and a foosball table. (check with our team if you are specifically looking for a villa with a children’s playground and / or a snooker table).

Villa Acapulco is a delightful 3 bedroom bungalow-style villa in Coral Bay with 2 of the region’s best beaches in easy walking distance, Coral Bay Beach & Corallia Beach. There are several bars & restaurants within a 5 minute walk and the lively strip of Coral Bay with an array of restaurants, bars with live entertainment & shops is under a 20 minute walk.

Paphos Old Town and Kato Paphos with its charming harbour and seafront full of eateries and shops is to the east of you and slightly to the West lies St. George with its quaint fishing harbour & small beach and the wonderful & wild Akamas Peninsula and National Park.

Villa Acapulco has an open plan layout with brand new designer furniture in the lounge with large flat screen TV with UK channels, PlayStation 4 plus games (available on request), a dining area for 6 guests, a fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave, and fridge/freezer. There is a master bedroom with its own en suite shower room, a second double bedroom and a twin bedroom sharing a family bathroom, there is also a guest cloakroom.

Leading out to the pool area, you will find a covered al fresco dining area, outside bar, bbq, optional jacuzzi/spa with massage jets – introducing our versatile all-season jacuzzis, perfect for holiday villa guests! Enjoy a steamy soak in the winter, melting away stress, while promoting relaxation and rejuvenation. In the summer, bask in the refreshing cool waters, soothing sun-kissed skin and revitalizing your body. Experience luxurious hydrotherapy at its finest, with adjustable jet settings and an ergonomic design for ultimate comfort. There is also sun loungers, sun umbrellas and a big private pool with Roman steps (heating, optional extra). Down a level, there is a fantastic lawned garden with children’s play area including slide, swing, seesaw and ping pong table, there are gates leading to the fenced in garden for extra safety. So plenty to keep everyone entertained at this villa with beaches and nightlife on hand for the days you choose to venture further afield.
