Villa Ariana is a 7-sleeper right in the heart of Coral Bay, minutes from the region’s best beaches Coral Bay Beach and Corallia Beach. and the very popular Coral Bay strip which is packed with an array of restaurants, bars and shops so everything you need is right on your doorstep.

To the east you’ll find flavours of the ancient and modern worlds in the Old Town and Kato Paphos. To the west the wild Akamas Peninsula offers the promise of natural beauty and adventure.

Villa Ariana’s bespoke décor oozes Scandinavian Beach Chic.  There is a stylish and comfortable lounge area with large flat screen TV with UK channels, PlayStation 4 and games (available on request).  Double patio doors lead you through to the conservatory-style dining room with wrap-around doors that open up to welcome in the cool Mediterranean breeze.  A very modern fully equipped kitchen has everything you need including dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave and fridge/freezer.  There is a double bedroom on the ground floor with ensuite bathroom, on the first floor there is a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom and balcony and a twin bedroom with balcony, there is also a family bathroom on the first floor.

Moving through the wrap-around patio doors to the outside of the villa, the terrace offers a comfortable soft seating area, al fresco dining facilities and bbq, down a set of steps you’ll find your own private pool (heating, optional extra), luxury sun loungers, sun umbrellas and optional jacuzzi/spa with massage jets – introducing our versatile all-season jacuzzis, perfect for holiday villa guests! Enjoy a steamy soak in the winter, melting away stress, while promoting relaxation and rejuvenation.
