Modernisation	All of our villas come with our sought after facilities and amenities that gives that extra touch (to our villas). However not all villas have new bathrooms, kitchens or have been recently renovated. As such we have given the villa a rating of it’s overall modernisation to help you understand how ‘modern’ it is. Please read the villa description and take a look at the images to get a better understanding of the villa. If in doubt, please call the Reservation Team to get an even clearer overview.
Views	Most of our villas come with some pretty amazing views. This rating is to help you understand the level of unobstructed, jawdropping, panoramic sea and mountain views the villas offers from the pool area and/or the bedrooms, and/or the terraces.
Privacy	You need a total break from everything and everyone? This rating is to indicate how secluded the Holiday Villa is, that the pool area is not overlooked and the level of privacy the villa offers.
Tranquillity	Most of our villas come with some pretty amazing views. This rating is to help you understand the level of unobstructed, jawdropping, panoramic sea and mountain views the villas offers from the pool area and/or the bedrooms, and/or the terraces.
Distance to amenities	This indicates the ability to walk within 5-10 minutes from the Holiday Villa to local amenities like a fresh bakery, supermarket, restaurant and / or bar.
Entertainment	In addition to the ping pong table, computer games, bluetooth stereo and big flatscreens that many villas offer, this indicates the availability (there where space allows it) of a children play ground (with swing, slide and trampoline), a snooker table, darts, airhockey and a foosball table. (check with our team if you are specifically looking for a villa with a children’s playground and / or a snooker table).

Villa Harma lies in the very centre of Coral Bay, close to the region’s best beaches. The lively Coral Bay strip is a very short walk away and is packed with shops and restaurants, cafés and bars, so everything you need is right on your doorstep!

To the east you’ll find flavours of the ancient and modern worlds in the Old Town and Kato Paphos. To the west the wild Akamas Peninsula offers the promise of natural beauty and adventure.

Villa Harma is a highly sought after property and fantastically positioned so close to all amenities. The villa benefits from air conditioning throughout providing a wonderful cool environment for the hot sunny Cyprus days, while a sun filled terrace surrounds your private pool. A villa suitable for everyone who wishes to be close to this popular holiday resort. The villa is accessed from an attractive residential street with off road parking inside the gated grounds.

The villa has an open plan lounge with large comfortable sofa, flat screen TV with UK speaking channels and Bluetooth speaker (available on request), the dining area has a large dining table with 6 chairs which could easily seat 8, along with a fully fitted modern kitchen with breakfast bar and stools. 2 sets of patio doors from the lounge and dining area allow the natural light to flood in and open out to the patio and terrace which leads to the pool, the whole of the downstairs space is very light and airy. There is also a cloakroom on this level. On the first floor there is a double bedroom with an en suite shower, a twin bedroom with mountain views and another double bedroom with patio doors to a balcony with amazing mountain views, these two bedrooms share a family bathroom.

Back down to the ground floor and outside the villa, the large pool area has plenty of space to enjoy sunbathing. There is a terrace to the front and side of the property with 2 sets of tables and chairs and a BBQ which creates a fabulous al fresco dining experience and a ping pong table for your entertainment.

There is also an optional jacuzzi/spa for you to enjoy – introducing our versatile all-season jacuzzis, perfect for holiday villa guests! Enjoy a steamy soak in the winter, melting away stress, while promoting relaxation and rejuvenation.
