Villa James is a 3-bedroom property perfectly situated within an exclusive private villa complex, offering a haven of tranquility and relaxation.
Set within a peaceful gated community, the villa enjoys a superb location within walking distance of Pernera Centre, Golden Coast Fishing Shelter, and Kalamies Beach.

All bedrooms are equipped with fitted wardrobes and bedside tables, and a family bathroom with a bathtub completing the upper level.
