Villa Margarita is a 9-sleeper bang on the beach in Coral Bay.  A modern but cosy villa wrapped around an awesome garden and a 1 minute walk to one of the best sandy beaches on the island.

Villa Margarita is the perfect choice of CVR villa for a beach holiday in Cyprus. Why? Because you could not get closer to the beach!  Corallia Beach is a beautiful sandy beach with crystal clear Mediterranean waters on your doorstep.  The equally fantastic Coral Bay Beach is just 1 km away with the famous Coral Bay strip a little further on with its numerous restaurants, bars with live music, shops and a great little amusement park with mini golf right in the centre.

Further afield the Sea Caves, St. George and the Akamas lie to the west. Back east you have Coral Bay, Potima Bay and the Old Town and Kato Paphos.

The luxury villa itself is a light and fresh modern 3-bed, wrapped around the pool facing the sea.  Downstairs the kitchen-diner and living room envelop the pool and garden area.  In the comfy lounge you will find a large flat screen TV with UK channels and a PlayStation 4  with games (available on request), the kitchen diner is fully equipped for all your needs with dishwasher, washing machine, microwave and fridge/freezer.  There is also a guest cloakroom on this level.  Upstairs you’ll find 3 light and airy high-ceilinged bedrooms, master bedroom with en suite bathroom, 1 double bedroom that can be split as a twin and 1 standard twin, both sharing a family bathroom.

Back downstairs, several patio doors lead you out to the gorgeous pool area with private pool (heating, optional extra), luxury sun loungers, a children’s play area all surrounded by lush, landscaped gardens.  There is an optional jacuzzi/spa with massage jets – introducing our versatile all-season jacuzzis, perfect for holiday villa guests!
