Villa Pelagia - A countryside haven for reflection and relaxation! Nestled in a superb location, this enchanting spot is just a stone's throw from the captivating Corallia Beach, whether you prefer a leisurely stroll of under 15 minutes or a quick drive, the sandy shores are easily within reach, ensuring you can effortlessly embrace the sun, sea and sand. It is situated just a 5-minute drive from the main strip of Coral Bay. The traditional village of Peyia is also a short drive away.
Villa Pelagia is a pleasant 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom villa with pleasant countryside and sea views. Perfect for those who like privacy and seclusion. Sleeping up to 10. Located in a lovely, quiet cul-de-sac. The villa is accessed from an attractive residential street with off-road parking inside the gated grounds.
Villa Pelagia has an open plan design lounge and dining area with the kitchen leading from this area. There is comfortable seating, large flat-screen TV with UK speaking channels and a PlayStation 4 (available on request) plus a dining table and chairs. There is a well-equipped kitchen which has everything you need including a dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave and fridge freezer. There is a double bedroom on the ground floor with a separate shower room. There are 3 further bedrooms on the first floor. Two doubles both with en-suite bathroom and one twin bedroom with en-suite shower room. One double bedroom and the twin bedroom share a balcony with pleasant sea views and countryside views.
The large pool area with sunbeds and parasols is a perfect place to relax and cool off. A large shaded pergola with an outdoor table and chairs and a BBQ makes it great for alfresco dining. Also a shaded area to the other side of the property where you can enjoy a game of table tennis. There is also a pool table, dart board plus a swing and slide for the little ones.
There is also an optional jacuzzi/spa for you to enjoy – introducing our versatile all-season jacuzzis, perfect for holiday villa guests! Enjoy a steamy soak in the winter, melting away stress, while promoting relaxation and rejuvenation. In the summer, bask in the refreshing cool waters, soothing sun-kissed skin and revitalizing your body. Loved villa Pelagia and the privacy of our location and the villa accommodated seven of us without felling cramped. We had an issue with the hot water tank on arrival completely out of anyones control and support team were there within the hour to give a temporary repair and back the next morning to resolve the issue. We were offered alternative accommodation Immediately but didn’t feel it affected us so happily stayed put. As a gesture of goodwill Cyprus Villa Retreats offered to pay for a meal at a local restaurant (even recommended a great place) for the inconvenience we’d experienced. All the staff we met and spoke to were very friendly and professional. In a world where everyone is quick to complain,we would be happy to recommend the villa and the team on their performance. Thanks for a lovely family holiday.
The villa Pelagia was just perfect for our family holiday. Our kids loved the pool, and we enjoyed the privacy and peaceful surroundings. However, we did wish there were more kitchen supplies.
