Indulge in a peaceful rural life in harmony with nature in a region that is one of the best kept secrets of the Mediterranean, surrounded by citrus groves, almond trees and vineyards, Miliou Village is a delightful rural setting perfect for long walks and for those who love nature and bird watching as the village is renowned as a nesting site for nightingales.  The estate is 30,000m² of unspoilt land surrounded by magnificent rolling mountains and endless orange orchards, heavy with the scent of blossom during spring and summer.  The land, once owned by the Greek Orthodox Church, was cultivated by monks who lived on the Estate.  Today amongst its extensive grounds are established orange and olive groves, fig, apricot and walnut trees.  Quite deservingly dominating its hillside, this lovely country home is subtly hidden from the gentle bustle of everyday life, 2kms from the village centre.  Massive pine trees mark the entrance with the driveway leading up through the private gardens and orange grove towards the house.  Mixing the rustic with the modern, Villa Suzi oozes charm and character, inside, original wood beams, tile floors, antiques and wood burning fireplace give an immediate feeling of warmth and authenticity to the house.  Accommodation is provided over two floors with a spacious reception room, office, dining room, large country kitchen, double bedroom with TV and feature fireplace and shower room on the ground floor.

At the top of the staircase a small landing with a large glass wall overlooks the rolling hills of Miliou Village and mountains in the distance.  Four well appointed bedrooms, 2 doubles, 1 with four poster bed, and 2 twins allowing you to experience the breeze and the sun from the moment you wake up are also found on the second floor.  There is also a family bathroom with corner bath and shower overhead.  Stone terraces, wrap-around verandas with pergolas and a high tiled roof portray its traditional Mediterranean character.

The villa’s grounds invite you to step outside and enjoy the sunshine and cool valley breezes.  Bring your drink to the front veranda, enjoy a meal from the barbeque or an aperitif by the pool all surrounded by sunbeds, parasols, large lawn area, succulent fruit trees and vegetable gardens.
