The ground floor is one open space for living, eating and cooking, and three sets of glass doors open it straight onto the pool terrace, so the house and the garden work as one during the day. The lounge has a large flat-screen television with English-language channels, and a PlayStation 4 with games can be provided on request. The kitchen is fully fitted, with a dining table beside it. A double bedroom and a shower room are also on this floor, useful for anyone who prefers not to use the stairs.

Upstairs are three more bedrooms: the master with its own bathroom, a second double, and a twin room, the last two sharing a family bathroom. Every upstairs room opens onto a balcony that runs the full length of the house and looks over the pool and the garden.

Outside, the pool is private and can be heated in the cooler months for an additional charge. The hot tub, also an optional extra, has adjustable massage jets and is used warm in winter and cool in summer. Around the pool are sun loungers, a covered dining area, a barbecue, a soft seating corner and a table-tennis table, all enclosed by an established garden of shrubs and trees that gives the plot its privacy.
