Book a villa with its own pool
Showing 48 of 256 villas, all with private pools and live prices.
If you are searching for villas in Cyprus with a private pool, the short answer is that every villa we manage has one. All 256 villas in our collection come with their own pool, so you never share the water, the sun terrace or the loungers with strangers. Instead of filtering pools in and out, you can spend your time on the decisions that actually change your holiday: which coast, how many bedrooms, and whether you want the pool heated.
The collection splits across the island's two holiday coasts: 172 villas in the Paphos region in the west and 82 on the east coast around Protaras and Ayia Napa. Prices on this page are live, availability is real, and most villas can be booked online in minutes.
West coast: Paphos, Coral Bay and Peyia
The west is our largest region, with 172 villas between the harbour towns, banana groves and headlands of the Paphos district. Our villas in Paphos put you close to the airport, the old town and a long seafront promenade, which keeps transfer times short with young children. Ten minutes north, our villas in Coral Bay sit around one of the island's best sandy bays, with tavernas and supermarkets an easy walk away.
For bigger views and quieter evenings, our villas in Peyia climb the hillside above Coral Bay, and many terraces look straight down the coast to the sea. Golfers and couples tend to head for our villas in Aphrodite Hills, a purpose-built resort with fairways, tennis and restaurants a buggy ride from your door. Wherever you land in the west, the pool comes as standard.
East coast: Protaras and Ayia Napa
Our 82 east coast villas cluster around the clear, shallow bays that made this corner of the island famous. Our villas in Protaras suit families best: Fig Tree Bay and its neighbouring beaches shelve gently, the seafront is flat and walkable, and most villas are a short drive or stroll from the sand.
Choose our villas in Ayia Napa for more restaurants, water sports and nightlife within reach; the villa streets themselves stay residential and calm. The east works especially well for groups splitting time between beach days and evenings out, with a private pool waiting at the end of both.
Heated pools for spring and autumn
101 of our villas have heated pools, and they change what April, May, October and November feel like. Cyprus stays warm and sunny in the shoulder months, but unheated pool water can be brisk; heating keeps it comfortable for morning lengths and after-beach swims. If you are travelling outside high summer, or with small children who feel the cold, start with our villas with heated pools and check each villa page for heating dates and any charges.
How to choose
Start with the coast: west for choice, harbours and hill views, east for shallow sandy bays. Then match the villa to the group: check bedrooms and bathrooms against your party, look at the pool photos for shade, steps and fencing notes, and add heating if you travel in spring or autumn. Every price you see is live, and if you are unsure between two villas, our team knows both and will tell you honestly which fits.
