Book a villa with a heated pool
Showing 48 of 98 villas, all with heated pools and live prices.
The short answer: Cyprus Villa Retreats has 98 villas in Cyprus with heated private pools, every one bookable online with live pricing and real availability. Each pool belongs to its villa alone, so the warm water is yours for the whole stay: no shared complexes, no timetables, just a heated pool a few steps from your door.
Why does heating matter on an island this warm? Cyprus is sunny for most of the year, but unheated pool water turns cold roughly from October to April. A heated pool is the difference between a villa holiday where the pool is a photo backdrop and one where you actually swim: it turns a spring, autumn or winter break into a proper pool holiday.
Where to Find Heated Pool Villas in Cyprus
The west coast holds most of the heated stock. Our villas in Aphrodite Hills are the biggest concentration on the island, with 40 heated pool villas set around the resort's fairways, tennis courts and restaurants. Next come our villas in Coral Bay, with 22 heated pools within easy reach of the sandy bay, and more of our villas in Paphos spread along the wider coast, where winters are mild and the airport is close.
In the east, 16 heated villas cluster around our villas in Protaras, spreading into Pernera, Ayia Thekla and the streets behind Fig Tree Bay, with the Cape Greco trails ten minutes away. Our villas in Ayia Napa put more restaurants and water sports within reach, and out of season the coast turns quiet while the water in your pool stays warm.
How Pool Heating Works and What It Costs
Pool heating is usually a per-night supplement that varies by villa, and the exact figure is shown at booking before you pay: nothing hides in the small print. Some villas only offer heating between mid-March and mid-December, so if you are planning a January or February escape, check the heating dates on the villa page first.
A few villas cannot run the pool heater and the hot tub at the same time because they are on single-phase electricity, and we flag this clearly on the villa page. On the plus side, if you book a heated pool together with a hot tub at the same villa, we take 20% off both add-ons automatically.
Heated Pools or Summer Swimming?
An honest answer: from June to September you will not need heating, the sun does the work and pools reach comfortable temperatures on their own. For May or October half term it is a judgment call: warm days, cooler water, and small children tend to notice. From November to April, heating is the difference between looking at the pool and using it. If you are travelling in peak summer, browse our villas in Cyprus with private pool instead and spend the supplement on dinner.
