Villa Marina is a superb modern 12-sleeper, bang in the middle of Cyprus Coral Bay so all amenities are within walking distance. The bustling Coral Bay strip is literally a 5 minute walk and is overflowing with great restaurants, bars with live music and shops. Coral Bay is host to 2 of the best beaches on the island Corallia Beach and Coral Bay Beach.
Venturing a little further out you can explore the wilds of the Akamas Peninsula and National Park to the west or over to the east you can discover the antiquities of the ancient world and the mediaeval port at Kato Paphos alongside the charming harbour and seafront full of eateries, bars & shops, and a visit to the Old Town of Paphos with its daily market and quaint streets is a must.
Villa Marina is set over 3 floors and has a gleaming, modern feel as soon as you walk through the door. The lounge area features a large flat screen TV with English Speaking TV Channels, PlayStation 4 (or Nintendo Wii) plus games. The stylish kitchen has everything you need including dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer and a breakfast bar with granite worktops and bar stools. There is a double bedroom on the ground floor with en suite bathroom.
On the lower ground floor there is a double bedroom and a twin room with high windows, ideal to keep you extra cool in the hot summer months, and a family shower room. On the first floor there are 2 further double bedrooms leading out to a shared balcony with soft seating & sea views and a family bathroom.
As you will want to spend most of your time outdoors, the focus is on the outside area with private pool with walk-in steps (heating, optional extra), sun loungers, sun umbrellas, a soft seating area, covered al fresco dining area and BBQ. There is also a covered games area with pool table and ping pong table. And for the ultimate luxury, why not make your stay an extra special one and consider the brand new jacuzzi/spa with massage jets – introducing our versatile all-season jacuzzis, perfect for holiday villa guests! Without hesitation the holiday we had in Villa Marina was the best holiday we have ever had. From the initial booking through to our departure we were looked after extremely well by the team. The villa was superbly maintained and in a very clean condition and the staff were always friendly and helpful. Without hesitation I would recommend Cyprus Villa Retreats to anyone looking for a hassle free holiday in the sun.

We stayed this last weeked at the Marina Villa in Coral Bay. The service we received was fantastic and the house was located only a 10 minute walk from restaurants and a 10 minute walk to beach (there was a new walk way (without stairs) down to the beach just around from the house). The house was very clean. We would defintely stay there again.

Мы забронировали и оплатили виллу, ссылаясь на фотографии, и вилла нам очень понравилась, однако когда мы приехали по факту места, то очень сильно удивились, что между фотографиями и тем что на самом деле не очень много общего. Вилла была грязной, неопрятной, очень сильно потрепанной. Мы скандалили и очень долго вели переговоры после чего нам предложили другую виллу. Мы съездили посмотрели, и она нам показалось получше. Одни сутки пришлось переночевать на вилле, Которую мы не излюбили, потому что необходим был день, чтобы убраться на новой, и на следующий день в обед мы переехали. Новая вилла была дороже, но нам не пришлось доплачивать, за что спасибо! Из хорошего - ребята очень вежливые и были заинтересованы, чтобы нам угодить. Из минусов - не все виллы в действительности как на фотографиях.
