Very nice villa , clean and comfortable, nice pool(steps getting into the pool a bit steep for small children or elderly, a hand rail would make access easier)  Everything needed was provided and any queries sorted immediately. Definitely recommend

Excellent location across the street and down the steps and you are at the beach.  The villa was perfect for our family of 12 and two babies. The kitchen was perfect and we had no problem sitting altogether outside.  I highly recommend this villa and the company.

The booking process was rather standard. What sets Cyprus Villa retreats apart from similar companies is the customer service. Twice we had reason to contact them (a faulty microwave, and a hot-tub issue). They set about resolving both of these issues within hours. Top, top service.

Our holiday at Sapphire was amazing! The view from the villa was breathtaking, and the property was clean and comfortable. We did have a bit of trouble with the oven, but nothing major.

We booked Sapphire for a week, and it was truly a home away from home. The villa was clean and well-maintained. We did have an issue with the shower, but it was quickly fixed. Had a small issue, but still a great holiday.

Perfect location for a family vacation, beach, restaurants all on your doorstep..... If you rent a car, you are short distances away for some lovely locations

The villa Sapphire was just perfect for our family holiday. Our kids loved the pool, and we enjoyed the privacy and peaceful surroundings. However, we did wish there were more kitchen supplies.

We visited Villa Saphire with 10 adults and 3 children. Our twin boys being only 11months old. Every member of staff we spoke to were friendly, informative and went above and beyond making our holiday magical. Attentive, helpful and just so kind. The villa itself was spotless, spacious and perfect for a large group who wanted to spend time together but also have their own space cannot wait to come back!

We hope you enjoy what this villa has to offer as much as we (party of 9) did. We had a gripe about the standard of pillows and the lounge furniture, but there's little else to complain about. Occasional ants infestation in the kitchen, but a couple of squirts of Raid did the trick. Be careful about leaving unwrapped food around - anywhere! The guest support was brilliant - we hope you don't need them!

Our experience at Sapphire was very mixed. The place was stunning, but the AC didn't work well at night. Still, the villa was very beautiful, and the sunsets were amazing. Had a small issue, but still a great holiday.

We had an absolutely wonderful time at Sapphire. The villa was just as described, though there were a few minor things that could've been better, like the pool being a bit cold. Otherwise, fantastic! Had a small issue, but still a great holiday.

To be honest, Sapphire was beautiful, but we had some problems with the hot water. Took a while to get sorted, but once it was, the rest of the stay was wonderful. The location was perfect though. Would deffinitely go back.
