Book with confidence!

Full refund on your Cyprus Villa Retreats holiday

With news reports of the Coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak, you may have concerns around booking your holiday to Cyprus. To help you book with confidence, you can book your preferred villa and dates now, and get a full refund if you decide to cancel*.

If the FCO (Foreign and Commonwealth Office) advises against ‘all but essential travel’ to Cyprus up to 28 days before your holiday start date, then we will give you a full 100% refund on your villa booking.

Helping you to understand when you will be entitled to full refund on your booking with us

A full refund on your Cyprus holiday villa only applies to new bookings made directly with CVR (Cyprus Villa Retreats) after 2nd March 2020 and until further notice.

As a British citizen; if you decide to cancel your holiday with us up to 28 days in advance of your holiday start date, and where the official advice from the FCO (Foreign and Commonwealth Office) gives a negative travel advice for Cyprus ‘all but essential travel’ to Cyprus you will be entitled to a full refund.

For foreign nationals, the right to cancel your holiday will depend on the official advice from the governing body of your country of residence.

Refunds are only applicable 28 days prior to your arrival. If the travel advice changes in the 28 days prior to your holiday, we cannot guarantee a refund.

Your refund covers your villa booking with us and does not apply to flights, car hire or any bookings made with 3rd parties.

Bookings made before 2nd March 2020 are not covered by this policy. Please consult with your travel insurance company if you decide to cancel your villa booking.

Bookings made through 3rd party sites like Airbnb or HomeAway are not covered by this refund policy. Please speak to your booking operator directly.

Any bookings made in conjunction with an offer or discount will be subject to separate terms and conditions.
