The villa was amazing, perfect location - 5 mins walk to the beach and 10 minutes to the centre of Coral Bay. The view from the back garden was fantastic and so was the pool and hot tub. The massive playhouse was a big hit with the kids. This was our 2nd time staying with Cyprus Villa Retreats and both times the staff and villas have been brilliant. “The villa is as good as it looks in the photos and it's located perfectly for all that you'd want to do in Coral Bay and Pafos. Coral bay avenue and all of its shops and restaurants are within a 5 minute walk. The bus to Pafos, which runs about every 15 minutes, is cheap and you can even use it to take you to Coral Bay beach (which is a sandy beach), if you don't fancy the 10/15 minute walk there. There is loads to do in the area, including a free bus to Pafos zoo (which is even better than we'd expected) and historical sites such as The Tombs of the Kings. Cyprus Villa Retreats took care of our every need and were very accommodating, we'd not hesitate in using them again.”

The villa was spacious, nicely furnished and well equipped. TV was great with lots of the latest movies and English channels. There is a road in front of the property, so some road noise is inevitable but the sea view from the balcony is very nice. I would definitely recommend this villa. “Our stay at Villa Olivia was amazing from beginning to end. Our daughter got married in the Villa and when the team of staff became aware of this they bent over backwards to make sure the Villa looked it's best on the wedding day. It was already stunning but they sent in gardeners to prune and water the garden. They dressed the gazebo where the wedding ceremony took place with white drapes to give it a more romantic feel. Maintenance men came to ensure the pool looked its absolute best, they even changed the timer on the pool lights so they would stay on until late into the night for the night of the wedding.
The wedding day was absolutely amazing. We lit up the garden with fairy lights in the trees and hung glass baubles with tea lights amongst the trees. It looked stunning. After the wedding we had a huge amount of rubbish to dispose of and the maintenance team sent a van within 20 mins of me calling them to take it all away. The view over the sea at Villa Olivia is breathtaking making the perfect location for a wedding.
Overall our stay at Villa Olivia exceeded our expectations and we cant wait to return next year.”

The Villa was beautiful and very well maintained and had everything you could possibly want. The welcome meeting when you get there is great you can book to have it whenever you want and the helpful staff go through everything with you. Nothing is to much trouble. You would be better having a car to get around but there are lovely restaurant in walking distance very reasonably priced. Even though it was late in the year the weather was great and all 8 of us had a fabulous time we would not hesitate to go again in fact this year we are going back to Cyprus to celebrate my wife’s 70th birthday and staying with CVR in Villa mojito can’t wait and can’t recommend CVR enough don’t hesitate just do it”

Exceeded expectations!
“Our stay at Villa Olivia was amazing from beginning to end. The view over the sea at Villa Olivia is breathtaking making the perfect location for our daughter's wedding. You can watch the sunset every evening from the patio area. The villa is quite remote which is why we chose it for the wedding location but it is only a five minute drive or 20 minute walk from the Coral Bay where there are plenty of shops, bars, taverna's etc. The Villa living space is extremely spacious. It is light modern and airy but to be honest we were barely inside throughout the stay. An added bonus to Villa Olivia is the orange trees in the villa garden. We enjoyed the fresh juice for breakfast in the mornings. The villa is also surrounded by pomegranate trees and banana plantations. Overall our stay at Villa Olivia exceeded our expectations and we cant wait to return next year. ”
