Your holiday villa stay with us starts with a visit from one of our hospitality managers. They will explain all the features your villa has to offer such as how to operate the WiFi, Hot tub & satellite TV and alarm system.
Our hospitality team will reach out to you on the mobile number you have provided us at the time of booking, within the week prior to your arrival, to make an appointment.
It is VERY IMPORTANT that this appointment is arranged prior to your arrival in Cyprus because they will inform of you of your alarm codes, door codes and any other necessary information required for your arrival at the villa.
If you have not booked your Meet & Greet’ appointment the day before arrival please email [email protected] with your mobile telephone number and state that you have not yet booked your ‘Meet & Greet’ appointment. One of our hospitality team will be in touch.
