Villa Atlantica is a stunning 5 bedroom villa sitting up in the gods enjoying its very own terrace plateau cut out of the mountain offering stunning views and heaps of tranquillity.
Back east to the Paphos headland, you can see it all; past Potima Bay and the village of Kissonerga lies Paphos Old Town and Kato Paphos with its charming harbour and seafront full of eateries and shops. To the West lies St. George with its quaint fishing harbour & small beach and the wonderful & wild Akamas Peninsula and National Park.
Villa Atlantica has recently enjoyed a fabulous CVR makeover and we’ve given you more downstairs space with a comfortable lounge, large flat screen TV with English Speaking TV Channels, PlayStation 4 (or Nintendo Wii) plus games and for your added entertainment, we’ve made room for a fab pool table. A fully equipped kitchen has everything you need including dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, breakfast bar & bar stools and there is a dining area too. There is a double bedroom on the ground floor as well as a guest cloakroom. Upstairs you will find the master bedroom with ensuite bathroom, 2 further double bedrooms and twin bedroom with family bathroom.
Discover the allure of the outdoor haven, featuring a delightful kidney-shaped pool (heating optional extra), luxurious sun loungers, a deluxe seating area, covered al fresco dining facilities, a professional dual-hood gas BBQ an outdoor cooking essential, ping pong table, and a brand new hot tub with a built-in stereo system (optional extra). Take in the incomparable view over the southwest coastline from the beautifully landscaped gardens, tempting you to linger. Should you wish to explore civilization, a short drive leads to the charming village of Peyia, with tavernas, bars, restaurants, good local shops and amenities and Coral Bay is just a 10 minute drive leading you to 2 of the most highly recommended beaches, Coral Bay Beach & Coralia Beach and the main strip of Coral Bay with a bounty of restaurants, bars and shops to keep you fed, watered and entertained.

Thank you, everything was wonderful! The house is very spacious, located in a beautiful place with stunning scenery. Nearby there are shops and restaurants. The owners are very responsive and helpful. We enjoyed our vacation and definitely recommend staying here!
The Villa is beautiful: big area, nice look to the sea. It has everything you need for cooking and relaxing. People were very helpful for us and always answered.
Villa en tous points conforme au descriptif et aux photos. Environnement calme et vue sur la mer exceptionnelle. Logement très confortable, bien équipé et très propre. La terrasse pourvue de la piscine et d'un jacuzzi a fait le bonheur des adultes et surtout des enfants. Grand magasin à proximité, quelques restaurants à Peyia et de belles plages à découvrir en voiture. Logement nécessitant un véhicule pour s'y rendre. Nous avons été enchanté de ce séjour !

We had a largely enjoyable stay at Villa Atlantica during our two-week vacation in September. The villa itself is attractive and well-equipped, living up to the description. However, we did encounter some issues with the water supply which needed frequent contact with guest support for resolution. Additionally, there were some maintenance needs such as clearing bird droppings and fixing an air conditioning unit and toilet flush mechanism. Despite these challenges, communication with Cyprus Villa Retreats was generally effective and responsive. We appreciate the efforts they made to address these concerns during our stay. Overall, the villa offers a comfortable and stylish environment, and with a few improvements, it could be an excellent choice for a holiday.
