Pearl Bay

Lite slitet hus med dåligt fungerande kök och problem med vattenrören. Uppstod en vattenläcka utanför huset under vår vistelse, som gjorde att vi fick vattnet avstängt två dagar. Värden kunde visserligen väldigt snabbt ordna tillgång till grannhuset som stod tomt, vilket var tur, men det innebar ändå helt klart bekymmer för oss. Omgivningen är nog normalt sett vacker, men nu var det två stora byggarbetsplatser helt nära huset, vilket både innebar buller och att strandpromenaden var avstängd precis nedanför huset. I övrigt bra läge, passade oss två familjer med totalt sju barn. Det som sticker ut är hur otroligt snabba och hjälpsamma de ansvariga i personalen var när vi behövde hjälp med olika saker, vilket blev flera dagar i rad, av olika orsaker. Med tanke på detta kan jag verkligen rekommendera Cyprus Villa Retreats som värd!

Omg where do I even start!!! This is honestly the BEST holiday home we’ve ever stayed in. We came to Cyprus from 5th–13th April to celebrate my older sister’s wedding, and it was perfect for our group of 10. The villa is even more beautiful than the photos – the views are unreal, especially the sunsets. Every evening the sky was stunning, and sitting outside together made it so special. The pool area was amazing, clean, spacious, and where we spent most of our time relaxing. Inside, everything was spotless and so well designed. The bedrooms were gorgeous, and having bathrooms in almost every room made such a difference for a big group. David was so helpful and kind throughout, and his wife was lovely too. I’m very picky with Airbnbs, but this is a 10/10. We’ll definitely be back and recommending to everyone!

Villa Pearl Bay From booking the villa to arrival day clear instructions and all information needed given a week prior to arrival. The villa was spotlessly clean, linen used 1st class and and bath towels provided. A very minor issue with hot water supply and the pump was reported and within 1/2 hour it was fixed. Had a fabulous stay and would definitely use Cyprus Villa Retreats on our next visit to Cyprus. Thank you for making it a great experience.

Very quite area,villa was perfect

We stayed at Villa Pearl Bay for 22 days during August, part of the time on our own, then Son, Daughter-in-law 3 grown up children and partner of eldest joined us for 10 days, villa was magnificent, our daughter, son in law and 14 and 6 year old grandson arrived part way through. The villa made an ideal base for the 12 of us, all having enough room. The area is di handy for Coraline Bay, Coral Bay strip, Paphos, Paphos Old Town and the harbour. The cleanliness and care taken by Cyprus Villa Retreats was second to none. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Sorry to be leaving, but already booked 3 weeks for 2025, this being 4th time here since covid. If you want to visit this beautiful country we highly recommend booking through Cyprus Villa Retreats. You won't be disappointed.
