About Siena
Villa Siena lies right in the beating heart of Coral Bay, commanding sweeping views over Potima Bay back toward the Old Town and Kato Paphos from its rooftop terrace. Located in a lovely quiet corner but just a 5 minute walk to the main Coral Bay strip where you will find a multitude of restaurants, bars & shops.
To the West lies St. George and the beautiful and wild Akamas Peninsula and National Park. To the East past Potima Bay and the village of Kissonerga lies Paphos Old Town and Kato Paphos with its wonderful harbour and seafront full of souvenir shops, restaurants and cafes, perfect for people watching!
Villa Siena is a very modern villa set over 3 floors. The open plan downstairs has a comfy seating area with large flat screen TV with English Speaking TV Channels, PlayStation 4 (available on request) and fully fitted kitchen. There is a twin bedroom on this floor with its own en suite bathroom.
The lower ground floor has a double bedroom with high windows to keep it cool in the summer and its own en suite bathroom. The first floor has 2 double bedrooms with family bathroom and shared balcony.
At the top of the villa you will find a fantastic rooftop terrace with comfortable seating where you can get a good sense of this stunning piece of Cypriot coast with its lovely sea views.
Outside you have a covered area with al fresco dining facilities overlooking the private pool (heating, optional extra), luxury sun loungers, sun umbrellas, BBQ and a covered games area with pool table and ping pong table. There is also the luxury of a jacuzzi/spa with massage jets- introducing our versatile all-season jacuzzis, perfect for holiday villa guests! This very modern villa has all the facilities for you to stay put your whole holiday, but for days when you choose to venture out of the villa, the Coral Bay strip is just a 5 minute walk and offers you a plethora of restaurants from traditional Cypriot, Chinese & Italian, to Thai, Japanese & French, many bars with live entertainment, souvenir shops and a great little amusement park with a fab mini-golf course. The award winning blue flag Coral Bay Beach is within walking distance too, so you have everything within arms reach of your holiday home-away-from-home.

Just back from Villa Siena Cyprus retreats and we had a lovely time weather was fantastic. The location Coral bay was 5 minutes from villa this area had a large selection of restaurants & bars, we eat out every night and had no complaints about the service or the food. As for the villa it was clean and tidy on arrival, all the appliances worked and lovely view between other villas of the Mediterranean, only issues we had was with the plumbing and with a rather horrid smell coming from the ground floor and downstairs toilets we raised this with customer service and they responded immediately sent an maintenance man to solve the problem, the issue did come back a few days later but once again Cyprus retreats team sent someone almost immediately. Customer service spot on. Overall Villa Siena just needs a bit of TLC because some of fencing surrounding the pool is dated & needs to be replaced also some minor things just need to be renewed or given a lick paint. Lastly we used Robert taxis while we was there and found them to be excellent.On the whole the family really enjoyed Cyprus and the excellence service from Cyprus Villa retreats. Thanks
Amazing villa and amazing customer service Seven of us stayed in Villa Siena in Coral Bay and it was a perfect holiday. Heated pool, hot tub, great location, lovely villa and facilities. Can’t fault the Villa or Cyprus Villa Retreats at all. 5 star service from booking to the last day. All the team are so attentive, helpful and friendly. Really great company. Lovely villas and locations. Great value for money. Would recommend over and over. Huge thanks to the team.

We stayed 5 nights at Villa Siena Aug 2025. The pictures does not reflect the true state of the property. It is not maintained. The water in the pool was not clean. Air conditioners stop every couple of hours causing you to wake up in middle of night. On the basement floor the AC water is going to a water container next to bed! Over priced for what we got.
The villa is nice and well equipped The main disadvantage in the villa is a timer on the air conditioners that turns off after two hours in the central room and six hours in the bedrooms, in addition the jacuzzi is locked and subject to a separate payment
