About Villa Helios
Villa Helios is the easy one: no stairs, wide doorways, and the living space, bedrooms and pool all opening onto each other across one generous floor. Completed in 2022 and set on an 800 square metre plot on the hills above Sea Caves, it gives a family or two the room to spread out without losing sight of each other.
The 330 square metres of covered space hold four double bedrooms, four bathrooms, a large open-plan kitchen, dining and living area with a fireplace for the cooler months, and air conditioning in every bedroom for the warmer ones. The kitchen comes fully fitted, with a dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine and all the crockery and utensils for a full house. Free Wi-Fi and IPTV are included.
The gardens wrap around the villa, with the 12 by 4 metre infinity pool and its Roman steps at the centre, loungers and umbrellas on the deck, and a covered terrace with a barbecue and bar for long evening dinners. There is a pool table and table tennis for the children, and a hot tub can be added for your stay. A monitored alarm, external cameras and secure off-road parking for four cars are standard.
Coralia Beach and Coral Bay's restaurants, bars and shops are a short drive away, the Akamas nature reserve is seven kilometres, and Paphos airport about thirty. A car is recommended.
