About Villa Selene
Villa Selene stands on the quiet hillside between Sea Caves and Coral Bay, where the coast road ends and the Akamas begins. Completed in 2022, it was built for families and groups who want modern comfort without giving up the view: from the open-plan living space, the terraces and the pool deck, the sea fills the horizon.
Inside, the villa offers more than 330 square metres of covered space over a single bright level and upper floor, with four double bedrooms and five bathrooms, so every couple has its own. The kitchen is open-plan and fully fitted, with a dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine and everything needed to cook for ten. Air conditioning in every bedroom and an autonomous heating system make it comfortable in every season, and the free Wi-Fi and IPTV keep everyone connected.
Outside is where Villa Selene comes into its own. The 12 by 4 metre infinity pool has Roman steps and a sunbathing deck lined with loungers and umbrellas; around it are lawned gardens, numerous terraces and balconies, a covered dining area with a built-in barbecue and bar, a pool table and table tennis. A monitored alarm, external cameras and secure off-road parking for four cars complete the picture.
Coralia Beach is under three kilometres away, Coral Bay's main street about four, and the Akamas nature reserve seven. Paphos harbour and airport are 15 and 30 kilometres respectively. A car is recommended.
