Customer Facing Roles
This role is the initial point of contact with CVR either by email, telephone or online chat enquiring for a villa reservation. Your main role is to assist our guests in finding their dream villa for their holiday, listening and assisting with their own requirements and looking for a match to suit both the guests and CVR. You will be using a variety of bespoke IT systems (training given). This role is to assist them from initial enquiry to making a deposit to secure their booking.
Guest Support Agents
Offering our guests the best service and support possible to ensure they enjoy their stay. A fun, challenging and varied role with no 2 days the same! Your duties will range from being the guest’s dedicated point of contact after booking and answering any queries before they arrive, to meeting guests at their villa to show them around, rectifying any issues reported by telephone or email, and even giving recommendations for the best local activities to help them make the most of their holiday!
PLEASE NOTE: For both of these roles you need to have excellent communication skills written and verbal, attention to detail, be able to work under pressure, organised and focussed. Computer literate a must. Able to work in a team and on your own as this is predominantly a home office role, with villa visits as and when required. You should be fluent in English, and any additional languages are a bonus.
Maintenance & Support Roles
Must be CPO qualified. You will be required to maintain the pools and hot tubs on a rota basis for our villas. As this could involve contact with the guests you will be expected to have a friendly and professional attitude at all times.
Our villas need to be in absolutely perfect condition for each guest. We need hardworking and experienced cleaners for this vital role. You should be able to carry out all general cleaning tasks, ideally with experience in a hotel/tourism environment. You will work as part of a team, and must have a keen eye for detail. Roles are available on a part time or full time basis.
Housekeepers/Quality Control Agents
We are looking for team members to assist with pre arrival checks at villas to ensure absolutely everything is in keeping with our boutique, signature ‘CVR Style’. From checking that all appliances are in working order, to monitoring cleanliness standards, you will make sure that the guest will find everything they need to relax even down to small details such as ensuring the batteries in the remote controls are working! Keen eye for detail is an absolute must, alongside a passion for making sure that everything is exactly as you would wish to find it in a premium holiday villa. You will work closely with our Maintenance and Guest Support teams in this role, by recording all details on a mobile tablet in accordance with a set procedure.
To work in our inhouse laundry preparing all the bedding and linen requirements for our villas with the possibility of delivering laundry and housekeeping items to our villas in the Coral Bay area. Collating the Welcome Packs for guest’s arrivals and also to assist with external customers requiring laundry services.
To maintain our mature and well established gardens including grass cutting, trimming of trees and plants, weeds. Working knowledge of sub tropical gardens would be beneficial.
Our ideal candidates would have a variety of skills including the basics such as painting and decorating to electrics/plumbing/Air conditioning knowledge etc. This position will involve working closely with the Guest Support Team to provide advice and assistance for any issues reported by guests in our villas, and with this in mind you will be expected to have a friendly and professional attitude at all times. As part of the role you will be included in the on call rota which will require monitoring the out of hours telephone line and assisting guests where needed.
