Villa Linda is a charming detached 9-sleeper located in a quiet residential area in Upper Peyia with stunning views over the southwest coastline.  The villa is close to Peyia, a typical Cypriot village, with tavernas, bars, restaurants good local shops and amenities.

The Coral Bay Strip is a short drive away with top beaches Corallia Beach and Coral Bay Beach.  There are so many restaurants and bars to keep you fed and watered and a fantastic amusement park with mini golf to keep the youngsters – and the young at heart adults – entertained. Many of the bars have live music for you to enjoy while you sip a cooling cocktail on balmy summer evenings.

To the west lies St. George and the Akamas Peninsula and National Park. To the east past Potima Bay and the village of Kissonerga lies Paphos Old Town and Kato Paphos.

Villa Linda is fully fitted in the CVR signature style, modern and fresh, with plenty of space.  On the ground floor, the open plan layout offers a fully fitted kitchen, dining area, calming and relaxing lounge area with large HD TV and Playstation 4 (or Nintendo Wii).  Also on the ground floor you will find a double bedroom with patio doors leading out to the pool, a twin bedroom and a family bathroom.  On the first floor there is a double bedroom and bathroom with a sofa-bed on the spacious landing for an extra adult or 2 extra kids.  There is a great size balcony too with soft seating and amazing sea and mountain views.  The outside pool area has a private pool with Roman steps (heating optional extra), luxury sun loungers, optional hot tub with built-in speakers and illuminated bubbles, outside dining area and bbq and lovely sea & mountain views.
