Villa Rosalie is a delightful 4 bedroom villa nestled within a beautiful holiday complex centered between Coral Bay,  Paphos Old Town & Paphos Harbour.  In less than a 4 minute walk you can be at the sea, enjoying the stunning ocean views and a picturesque cove which is perfect for swimming.  The lively strip of Coral Bay with a profusion of restaurants, bars, shops and 2 of the best beaches on the island, Corallia Beach and Coral Bay Beach, is around a 10 minute drive to the west.  The picturesque harbour in Kato Paphos offering a great selection of fish restaurants and a walk along the front which will tempt you into many souvenir shops and eateries is also just a 10 minute drive to the east, so you couldn’t be more central!

Villa Rosalie is set over three floors, with an open plan layout and has a fully equipped kitchen with granite worktops and breakfast bar, a comfortable living room with large flat screen TV showing UK channels with PlayStation 4 (or Nintendo Wii) with games, a separate dining room, which has a piano for those who fancy a tinkle!, and guest cloakroom on the ground floor. On the first floor there are three bedrooms, which include the master ensuite, another double bedroom and a twin bedroom with a separate family bathroom.  The fourth bedroom is situated on the lower ground floor, which is accessible via the garden down some stone steps and this private space contains its own bathroom with shower, one double bed and a bunk bed, making it perfect for members of the party who require a little extra privacy, or for children to enjoy their own space, this room also has the extra advantage of being super cool in the summer due to the high placement of the window .

The garden is a beautiful oasis with a private pool which can be heated during the cooler months (heating, optional extra), large straw parasols, luxury sun loungers, optional hot tub, bbq, outdoor dining facilities, a bar and children’s play area including slide, swing and seesaw.
