Villa Olivia is an imposing presence nestled up in the hills overlooking Coral Bay, watch the sun rise and set over the Med from Potima Bay in the east to Coral Bay and beyond in the west.

Cut down to Potima Bay past citrus groves and banana plantations and chill out at the Sea You Beach Bar, a firm favourite with the CVR crew.  Coral Bay is right on hand with some of the best beaches and restaurants in the region. Or explore all the southwest coast has to offer from Kato Paphos and its harbour castle in the east to St. George and the  Akamas Peninsula in the west.

Villa Oliva is in the most wonderful setting and is a serene and secluded hideaway.  Through its gated entrance into the grounds, you walk through double front doors into the entranceway and down a couple of steps into the wide open and spacious lounge, tastefully furnished with designer sofas and chairs, the high ceilings and many windows make the space light and expansive.  There is a dining area and 2 entrances to the fully fitted kitchen with all mod cons and an extra scullery as a convenient overflow.  There is 1 double bedroom on the ground floor with a family bathroom.  On the first floor you will find the master bedroom with en suite bathroom & balcony, a double bedroom and a twin bedroom and family bathroom.  On the top floor there is a double bedroom with en suite bathroom.

Outside is where you get the party started, with beautiful landscaped gardens, a private pool (heating, optional extra), luxury sun loungers, sun umbrellas, soft seating areas, covered al fresco dining area and optional jacuzzi/spa with massage jets – introducing our versatile all-season jacuzzis, perfect for holiday villa guests! Enjoy a steamy soak in the winter, melting away stress, while promoting relaxation and rejuvenation. Villa Olivia is definitely one of our grandest holiday homes, dine out with a view to die for!  With the buzzing Coral Bay strip just a 4 minute drive and offering a multitude of restaurants with varying cuisines, lots of bars with live music and an assortment of shops, you have town and country rolled into one.  Coral Bay also boasts two of the best beaches on the island, Corallia Beach & Coral Bay Beach.  Or you may just decide you don’t want to leave the tranquil grounds of the villa at all and just soak up the soothing Mediterranean sun in the beautiful mature gardens surrounding the swimming pool, enjoying the breathtaking views.
