Villa Serenity is located in the most idyllic spot, with stunning views of the valley, mountains and sea, it certainly lives up to its name being peaceful, private and tranquil. From its position at the top of Peyia Village, it is just a short drop down to the centre of the village full of tavernas, bars, restaurants, good local shops and amenities. The bustling and popular Coral Bay Strip is only a 3 minute drive away and boasts golden shore beaches Corallia Beach and Coral Bay Beach, there are many restaurants with local and international cuisine to choose from along with an array of bars, many with live music throughout the week and plenty of shopping opportunities. There is also a little amusement park for the younger ones with a fantastic mini golf course to keep the older ones entertained.

To the west lies St. George and the Akamas Peninsula and National Park. To the east past Potima Bay and the village of Kissonerga lies Paphos Old Town and Kato Paphos. There are a number of golf courses to recommend along with some fantastic wineries and wine tours.

The villa is accessed via a tiled staircase and a wraparound balcony. The open plan layout offers a cosy and comfortable lounge with flat screen TV, dining area and kitchen. There are 2 sets of patio doors leading you out to the huge balcony that encompasses the villa and affords you multiple dimension views of the mountains, valley, coastline and pool area.

Through an archway you will find the master bedroom with en suite shower room and patio doors leading out to the wraparound balcony, 2 twin rooms both with patio doors accessing the large balcony and a family bathroom.

The lower outside level which you can access via 2 staircases, provides plenty of covered parking and the pool area is positioned perfectly to enjoy all those wonderful views with plenty of sun loungers to soak up the wonderful Cyprus sun.

There is an outside dining area and traditional Cypriot bbq for those al fresco meals and a ping pong table and dartboard for your entertainment.

This villa is part of an exclusive gated community of superior quality villas located at the top of Peyia Village, close to Coral Bay. The location affords you the most stunning views over the Paphos coastline and mountains. Peyia, which is around a 3 minute drive, is a charming Cypriot village full of tavernas, bars, restaurants, good local shops and amenities.

The first of the 3 bedrooms can be found on the ground floor, the master bedroom has a king size bed, en suite bathroom with shower cubicle and luxurious circular jacuzzi bath – and an amazing hidden gem – your very own sauna! There is also a guest cloakroom on this floor. On the first floor you will find a double bedroom with an impressive 4 poster bed, en-suite shower room and private balcony with fabulous views plus a twin bedroom, private balcony also with amazing views. There is also a family shower room on this floor.

Back downstairs there are several patio doors leading you out to the fabulous pool area which is truly a little palace, or as we say in Greek, ‘palati’ like oasis. There are soft seating areas for relaxing, dining table and chairs to enjoy al fresco meals and to cook them on there is a gas barbecue and clay oven. All this surrounds the most amazing infinity pool with built in seating and stone jacuzzi. There is also a heavenly hot tub to while away some time under the stars, which will be filled ready for your arrival and a ping pong table for your entertainment. This fabulous 3 bedroom villa is located in the prestigious area of Secret Valley just a short drive from the charming village of Kouklia with numerous traditional tavernas and watering holes. With amazing views of the Mediterranean Sea and Troodos Mountains, it is centrally located between the coastal resort of Paphos and Cyprus’ second largest city, Limassol.

The villa is set over a single storey with an open plan design. The large lounge is comfortably furnished with a corner sofa, easy chairs, large flat screen TV with English speaking channels and has wall to wall glass patio doors which allow the natural light to flood in. The dining area seats 6 and the fully fitted kitchen, reached by a couple of shallow steps, is furnished with all the mod-cons you will need to enjoy a first class self-catering holiday. The rooms are set up as a double bedroom with en suite shower room and patio doors leading to a raised terrace, a double room with en suite bathroom and a twin room, but all bedrooms can be either twin or double. There is also a separate family shower room.

Moving through to the outside area, there is an abundance of soft seating areas, the first by the front door on a slightly raise terrace. The second is a large corner sofa along with outside dining table under a covered pergola, a third comfy soft seating area is under a shady tree alongside a pergola housing an outside shower, sink and traditional Cypriot BBQ. The large private pool which can be heated during the cooler months, is surrounded by sun loungers and parasols, all facing the coastline for you to enjoy the wonderful sea views. Villa Chateau Rock is situated in the Prestigious area of Sea Caves just a few minutes drive from Coral Bay. Two of the region’s best beaches, Corallia and Coral Bay, are a very short drive with the bustling strip of Coral Bay, full of restaurants, bars & shops a little further on. You have several watering holes and eateries close by, including the amazing Spilies Tavern which is just a 5 minute walk. The very popular beach bar, Oniros By The Sea, which overlooks the stunning Sea Caves and the Edro III shipwreck is just a 3 minute drive

To the east you’ll find flavours of the ancient and modern worlds in the Old Town and Kato Paphos. To the west the wild Akamas Peninsula offers the promise of natural beauty and adventure.

Villa Chateau Rock is the most extraordinary property, peacefully set above Coral Bay it is secluded, private and tranquil.  Cut out of the natural rockface it has been designed to feature the exposed rock in many parts of the villa and its rustic décor lends itself to natural charm. You enter the villa up flagstone steps into an anteroom with comfortable sofas, a guest cloakroom and a door leading to the garden area. Down a short staircase, you will find the lounge with several sofas, flat screen tv and patio doors leading to the gardens and pool area. Back up the stairs and up a couple more steps is the fully equipped kitchen and dining area, you can also access the garden from here. Down a large hallway, with a stunning wall of exposed rock, you will reach the first of the bedrooms, a double with snug seating area, en suite bath room and patio doors leading to a terrace with beautiful sea views. The second bedroom is next door which is a twin also with snug seating area, en suite shower room and patio doors leading the terrace with sea views.

Back through the kitchen you step outside to an amazing tiered garden area. There is an outside bar and stone seating area with a dramatic backdrop of natural rock. You can cook up a storm on the brick-built Cypriot BBQ or clay oven and dine al fresco on one of the several dining tables. On this level, there is a small self-contained apartment complete with kitchenette, seating area, a double bedroom and en suite bathroom. You will find a second duplicate self-contained apartment next door down a couple of stone steps.

Back outside there is a stunning infinity pool surrounded by lush greenery and showcases the incredible sea views. The vast gardens are on several different levels and have sun loungers and parasols for lazy days soaking up the gorgeous Cyprus sun. The lovely coastline views can be enjoyed from all areas of the garden.
