Back east to the Paphos headland, you can see it all and from the pool terrace and top floor balcony down and away to the west, you can see the Sea Caves and the EDRO III shipwreck, it really is stunning!  Coral Bay, Corallia Beach and Coral Bay Beach, Potima Bay, the Sea You Beach Bar, St. George’s Harbour and the wild and wonderful Akamas Peninsula and National Park all lie within easy reach. Villa Sanctuary is a unique 4 bedroom villa in true CVR style. The large open plan downstairs has a fully fitted kitchen with all mod-cons, through the first archway is a dining area for 8 guests and through the second archway is a very comfortable and spacious lounge with large flat screen TV with English Speaking TV Channels and PlayStation 4 (available on request).

The first of the four bedrooms, a double, is also found on this floor with its own en suite bathroom, there is also a guest cloakroom. Back through the kitchen you step outside to an amazing tiered garden area. There is an outside bar and stone seating area with a dramatic backdrop of natural rock. You can cook up a storm on the brick-built Cypriot BBQ or clay oven and dine al fresco on one of the several dining tables. On this level, there is a small self-contained apartment complete with kitchenette, seating area, a double bedroom and en suite bathroom. You will find a second duplicate self-contained apartment next door down a couple of stone steps.

At the top of the staircase are patio doors which open to a large balcony with sunbeds and small table and chairs. The second double bedroom is on the first floor, with a queen bed and an en suite shower room, there are patio doors to the large adjoining balcony.

There are a further two bedrooms on the lower pool level. One with a double queen bed plus 1 single bed, and the other with double American queen bed  plus 1 single bed, these have a shared bathroom. Both bedrooms have patio doors that lead to the outside area with dining/seating area and 2 large chairs along with a ceiling fan to keep cool on the warm evenings. There is also a pergola with table and seating. The beautiful pool area with sunbeds and parasols is the perfect place to relax and cool off.  For your entertainment, a ping pong table and pool table are available to enjoy during your stay.

This villa is part of an exclusive gated community of superior quality villas located at the top of Peyia Village, close to Coral Bay. The location affords you the most stunning views over the Paphos coastline and mountains. Peyia, which is around a 3 minute drive, is a charming Cypriot village full of tavernas, bars, restaurants, good local shops and amenities.

The bustling and popular Coral Bay Strip is only a 3 minute drive away and boasts blue flag beaches Corallia Beach and Coral Bay Beach, there are many restaurants with local and international cuisine to choose from along with an array of bars, many with live music throughout the week and plenty of shopping opportunities. There is also a little amusement park for the younger ones with a fantastic mini golf course to keep the older ones entertained.

To the west lies St. George and the Akamas Peninsula and National Park. To the east past Potima Bay and the village of Kissonerga lies Paphos Old Town and Kato Paphos. There are a number of golf courses to recommend along with some fantastic wineries and wine tours.

The inside has a wonderful Mediterranean rustic décor with every modern convenience you could need including air-conditioning throughout. The open plan ground floor has a comfortable lounge area with flat screen TV with multi-lingual channels, feature fireplace, a contemporary kitchen fully kitted out with all the necessary amenities including a large island/breakfast bar with seating. The first of the 3 bedrooms can be found on the ground floor, the master bedroom has a king size bed, en suite bathroom with shower cubicle and luxurious circular jacuzzi bath – and an amazing hidden gem – your very own sauna! There is also a guest cloakroom on this floor. On the first floor you will find a double bedroom with an impressive 4 poster bed, en-suite shower room and private balcony with fabulous views plus a twin bedroom, private balcony also with amazing views. There is also a family shower room on this floor.

Back downstairs there are several patio doors leading you out to the fabulous pool area which is truly a little palace, or as we say in Greek, ‘palati’ like oasis. There are soft seating areas for relaxing, dining table and chairs to enjoy al fresco meals and to cook them on there is a gas barbecue and clay oven. All this surrounds the most amazing infinity pool with built in seating and stone jacuzzi. There is also a heavenly hot tub to while away some time under the stars, which will be filled ready for your arrival and a ping pong table for your entertainment. The views are unsurpassed, encompassing the stunning coastline and lush green mountains.
