Villa Marina is a superb modern 12-sleeper, bang in the middle of Cyprus Coral Bay so all amenities are within walking distance. The bustling Coral Bay strip is literally a 5 minute walk and is overflowing with great restaurants, bars with live music and shops. Coral Bay is host to 2 of the best beaches on the island Corallia Beach and Coral Bay Beach.

Venturing a little further out you can explore the wilds of the Akamas Peninsula and National Park to the west or over to the east you can discover the antiquities of the ancient world and the mediaeval port at Kato Paphos alongside the charming harbour and seafront full of eateries, bars & shops, and a visit to the Old Town of Paphos with its daily market and quaint streets is a must.

Villa Marina is set over 3 floors and has a gleaming, modern feel as soon as you walk through the door. The lounge area features a large flat screen TV with English Speaking TV Channels, PlayStation 4 (or Nintendo Wii) plus games. On the lower ground floor there is a double bedroom and a twin room with high windows, ideal to keep you extra cool in the hot summer months, and a family shower room. This amazing villa is located at the top of Peyia Village, close to Coral Bay with the most breath-taking views over the southwest coastline and mountains. Peyia, which is under a 10 minute drive, is a charming Cypriot village full of tavernas, bars, restaurants, good local shops and amenities.  The very popular Coral Bay Strip is only a 15 minute drive away and boasts blue flag beaches Corallia Beach and Coral Bay Beach, the strip has numerous restaurants with a varied choice of cuisine, along with lots of bars with live music and shops. There is also a little amusement park for the younger ones with a fantastic mini golf course to keep the older ones entertained.

To the west lies St. George and the Akamas Peninsula and National Park. To the east past Potima Bay and the village of Kissonerga lies Paphos Old Town and Kato Paphos. There are a number of golf courses to recommend along with some fantastic wineries and wine tours.

In addition to the primary residence, there are two annexes accessible via the garden area. This captivating villa is set over 2 floors, blending rustic architectural elements with modern decor. The ground floor, designed with an open concept, begins with a cosy living space featuring a flat-screen TV with English speaking channels, it also includes a spacious dining area furnished with a large table and chairs. The kitchen area showcases an elegant design, harmoniously blending granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and wooden cabinets, it is fully equipped with all essential kitchen amenities and provides generous storage and prep space through numerous cabinets, there is a separate utility room extending from the kitchen, housing a washing machine, sink and an additional gas hob and oven. This level features a family shower room and a double bedroom with access to the outdoor space through patio doors.

As you ascend to the first floor, two additional bedrooms await: a double bedroom featuring an en-suite bathroom with patio doors to a shared balcony and a twin bedroom with en-suite shower and patio doors leading to the shared balcony overlooking the captivating vistas of the sea, mountains and the pool area.  For larger groups, there’s more lodging available via external access where you will find 2 extra twin bedrooms situated on the ground floor of the main residence, one of these twins has an additional two single beds on the mezzanine level, perfect for children. These rooms share a spacious “Jack & Jill” bathroom accessible from either side.

In the separate annex, you’ll discover an open-plan, cosy kitchen and a well-appointed living space. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, both electric and gas hobs, a fridge/freezer, dishwasher, various cabinets stocked with additional appliances, and a petite round dining table suitable for up to 5 guests. On the ground level, there’s a spacious double bedroom, along with a family shower room that conveniently connects to the living area, a wooden staircase seamlessly links the living area to an elevated mezzanine featuring two single beds and an en-suite shower for added comfort.

The fully equipped kitchen is fresh and contemporary complete with a large island/breakfast bar with seating. The first of the 3 bedrooms can be found on the ground floor, a twin room with en suite shower room and patio doors leading to the pool area.  There is also a guest cloakroom on this floor. On the first floor you will find the master bedroom with en suite bathroom containing both a walk-in shower and free-standing bath with a view! Villa Serenity is located in the most idyllic spot, with stunning views of the valley, mountains and sea, it certainly lives up to its name being peaceful, private and tranquil. From its position at the top of Peyia Village, it is just a short drop down to the centre of the village full of tavernas, bars, restaurants, good local shops and amenities. The bustling and popular Coral Bay Strip is only a 3 minute drive away and boasts golden shore beaches Corallia Beach and Coral Bay Beach, there are many restaurants with local and international cuisine to choose from along with an array of bars, many with live music throughout the week and plenty of shopping opportunities.
