Entrance is into the open plan lounge with a large wall mounted TV and comfy seating with the dining area to the right with table and chairs. Patio doors open to the covered terrace and pool area. The modern white fitted kitchen is separate. On the ground floor you will also find a a guest toilet.

Leading round from the living room you will find a fabulous pool table for the whole family’s entertainment and a fully furnished dining area and well equipped and luxurious kitchen with all the mod cons you need to create wonderful gastronomic delights. There is also an additional utility room with a washing machine. The whole area is surrounded by windows and vast patio doors bringing the natural beauty of the sunlight from outside to in.
