Villa Katerina is located off a main road with off-road parking inside the gated grounds. The open plan layout has a fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable living room with flat screen TV with English Speaking TV Channels and a PlayStation 4 plus a dining area with dining table and chairs. There is a double bedroom on the ground floor with a separate shower room. There are 3 further bedrooms on the first floor. Master double with en-suite shower room and two twin bedrooms both with en-suite bathrooms. The master bedroom and one twin bedroom share a balcony with pleasant mountain views and distant sea views.

The private pool area is accessed through a gated entrance and has plenty of space to enjoy sunbathing on the terrace. This villa is part of an exclusive gated community of superior quality villas located at the top of Peyia Village, close to Coral Bay.
