This villa is part of an exclusive gated community of superior quality villas located at the top of Peyia Village, close to Coral Bay. The location affords you the most stunning views over the Paphos coastline and mountains. Peyia, which is around a 3 minute drive, is a charming Cypriot village full of tavernas, bars, restaurants, good local shops and amenities.

Villa Azure is a remarkable 5 bedroom villa with 6th guest room in a separate apartment available on request, in the most impressive location of Sea Caves close to the Akamas Peninsula and National Park, an area of immense natural beauty, including the amazing Lara turtle nesting beach, but is only a 10 minute drive to the life and soul of the area – Coral Bay – with its famous blue flag beaches and lively strip full of fabulous restaurants, bars with live entertainment and shops.

Taking you to the outside area, there is a large double garage with automatic doors, maids quarters (with a bedroom, kitchenette and bathroom) and one of the biggest and most impressive private swimming pools you will ever see! Villa Taronga is a 5 bedroom villa just a 5 minute walk to the beach! The perfect choice of CVR villa for a beach holiday in Cyprus. Why? Because you could not get closer to the beach! Coral Bay Beach is a beautiful sandy beach with crystal clear Mediterranean waters just 500m away, with the famous Coral Bay strip a little further on with its numerous restaurants, bars with live music, shops and a great little amusement park with mini golf right in the centre.

Further afield the Sea Caves, St. George and the Akamas lie to the west. Back east you have Coral Bay, Potima Bay and the Old Town and Kato Paphos.

Villa Taronga offers another level of exclusivity with luxurious details in an ultra modern setting, with stunning sea views over Coral Bay. All patio doors are pocket doors so they slide into the wall giving a full opening.

On entering the villa to the left is a highly modern fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar and bar stools and double fridge freezer, dishwasher, oven and hob and granite worktops. There is a beautiful open plan lounge with seating area and huge TV and dining area with modern table and chairs. Here there are patio doors which lead to the main balcony. To the right of the entrance is the master bedroom with a super king size bed, luxurious en suite with shower cubicle and bath with shower. From this bedroom are patio doors that also open to the main balcony where you will find table and chairs to enjoy the wonderful sea views. On this floor there is also a guest toilet. Going down the gated marble staircase takes you to a further 3 bedrooms and the pool area.

On this floor are two twin bedrooms which share a large separate shower room and a double bedroom which has a beautiful en suite shower room. All these bedrooms have patio doors which lead directly to the terrace and pool area. Also there is a small kitchenette/bar area where you will find cupboards with granite worktops, small fridge and a sink. Just by this is the door which leads to the garage which houses a ping pong table, pool table, air hockey and football table. Leading on from the pool terrace and around the corner of the grounds of the property is a self contained double bedroom with an en suite shower room with it’s own private entrance.

To the west lies St. George and the Akamas Peninsula and National Park. To the east past Potima Bay and the village of Kissonerga lies Paphos Old Town and Kato Paphos. There are a number of golf courses to recommend along with some fantastic wineries and wine tours.

The villa is accessed via a tiled staircase and a wraparound balcony. The open plan layout offers a cosy and comfortable lounge with flat screen TV, dining area and kitchen. There are 2 sets of patio doors leading you out to the huge balcony that encompasses the villa and affords you multiple dimension views of the mountains, valley, coastline and pool area.

Through an archway you will find the master bedroom with en suite shower room and patio doors leading out to the wraparound balcony, 2 twin rooms both with patio doors accessing the large balcony and a family bathroom.

The lower outside level which you can access via 2 staircases, provides plenty of covered parking and the pool area is positioned perfectly to enjoy all those wonderful views with plenty of sun loungers to soak up the wonderful Cyprus sun.

There is an outside dining area and traditional Cypriot bbq for those al fresco meals and a ping pong table and dartboard for your entertainment.
