Villa Emily and Villa Angel are both located on a private estate in secured gated grounds in the prestigious Argaka area of Polis in the Paphos district. The popular resort of Latchi, with its charming harbour and famous fish restaurants, is just a 15 minute drive away and the popular town of Polis with plenty of restaurants, bars and colourful shops and market stalls only a 10 minute drive.

The villas have the most beautiful landscaped gardens with seating amongst them. Here there is also a staff house that takes care of the villas, the garden, the pools, maintenance and to help guests with any issues, questions or queries. This is an amazing location for enjoying a peaceful holiday.

This villa is part of an exclusive gated community of superior quality villas located at the top of Peyia Village, close to Coral Bay. The location affords you the most stunning views over the Paphos coastline and mountains. Peyia, which is around a 3 minute drive, is a charming Cypriot village full of tavernas, bars, restaurants, good local shops and amenities.

The bustling and popular Coral Bay Strip is only a 3 minute drive away and boasts blue flag beaches Corallia Beach and Coral Bay Beach, as well as other beaches near by like Lara Beach and Laourou Beach.  There are many restaurants with local and international cuisine to choose from along with an array of bars, many with live music throughout the week and plenty of shopping opportunities. This villa is part of an exclusive gated community of superior quality villas located at the top of Peyia Village, close to Coral Bay. You will be caught up in the euphoria whilst drinking in the most stunning views over the Paphos coastline and mountains . Peyia, which is around a 3 minute drive, is a charming Cypriot village full of tavernas, bars, restaurants, good local shops and amenities.
