Villa Sunrays is a fantastic 3 bedroom villa located close to all amenities in the heart of Coral Bay Cyprus. The bustling Coral Bay strip which is full of fabulous restaurants, bars with live entertainment and shops is literally a 5 minute walk away. The blue flag beach of Coral Bay is within walking distance or you can hop on a bus from the strip which run frequently.

To the east you’ll find flavours of the ancient and modern worlds in the Old Town and Kato Paphos. To the west the wild Akamas Peninsula offers the promise of natural beauty and adventure.

​

Villa Sunrays is situated on a very pleasant residential street with off-road parking inside the gated grounds. The villa has an open plan layout with lounge, dining area and fitted kitchen, 2 sets of patio doors allow the light to flood in and open out to a patio and covered terrace. There is also a guest cloakroom on this floor. 

​

On the first floor there is a double bedroom with an en suite shower room and patio doors leading to a balcony. There are a further 2 bedrooms on this floor which are made up as twins and enjoy lovely mountain views, these rooms share a family bathroom. The villa benefits from air conditioning throughout providing a wonderful cool environment for the hot sunny Cyprus days.

Back down to the ground floor and outside the villa, a sun filled terrace surrounds your private pool with plenty of space to enjoy sunbathing. There is a covered terrace to the front and side of the property with outdoor table and chairs and a BBQ which creates a fabulous al fresco dining experience.

This spacious three-bedroom, two-bathroom villa is positioned on Hestiades Green, offering excellent views of the golf course and distant mountains. Located just a short walk from the Resort’s Village Square and Golf Clubhouse, the villa has been finished to the highest standards. Its prime location ensures that all resort amenities are within easy reach, making it an ideal setting for an unforgettable stay at Aphrodite Hills.

The lounge area has been tastefully decorated and is furnished with a comfortable sofa and a flat-screen TV. French doors have been installed, allowing direct access to the patio and private pool area, where natural light floods the space and the outdoors can be effortlessly enjoyed.

Adjacent to the lounge, the dining area has been arranged to accommodate up to six guests. It, too, is fitted with French doors, opening out to the expansive patio for seamless indoor-outdoor living.

A modern kitchen has been fitted with a breakfast bar and fully equipped with quality homeware and appliances to support all self-catering needs. For those evenings when cooking is not preferred, a short stroll to the Village Square leads to a selection of high-quality restaurants.

The ground-floor bedroom has been arranged with a double bed, bedside cabinets, and matching lamps. Patio access is granted through French doors, bringing the outdoors in. A bathroom is conveniently located next to this bedroom, fitted with a built-in shower, single vanity unit, and toilet, and may also serve as a guest bathroom.

On the first floor, two further bedrooms are provided, each furnished with twin beds and ample wardrobe space. Shutters have been installed on all windows to ensure restful mornings, undisturbed by early sunlight.

A spacious shared bathroom is situated just outside these bedrooms, and is equipped with single vanity sinks, a bath with shower, and a toilet.

This amazing villa is located at the top of Peyia Village, close to Coral Bay with the most breathtaking views over the southwest coastline and mountains. Peyia, which is under a 10 minute drive, is a charming Cypriot village full of tavernas, bars, restaurants, good local shops and amenities.  The very popular Coral Bay Strip is only a 15 minute drive away and boasts blue flag beaches Coralia Beach and Coral Bay Beach, the strip has numerous restaurants with a varied choice of cuisine, along with lots of bars with live music and shops. There is also a little amusement park for the younger ones with a fantastic mini golf course to keep the older ones entertained.

To the west lies St. George and the Akamas Peninsula and National Park. To the east past Potima Bay and the village of Kissonerga lies Paphos Old Town and Kato Paphos. There are a number of golf courses to recommend along with some fantastic wineries and wine tours.

This absolutely stunning villa is set over 2 floors and has been designed and furnished to an exceptionally high standard. The open concept ground floor starts with a very large, comfortable lounge with flat screen TV showing English speaking channels. There is a dining area with large dining table and chairs, smaller table and chairs and breakfast bar with bar stools to allow everyone to enjoy lunch, breakfast and dinner together. The contemporary kitchen and adjoining utility room houses 2 fridge/freezers, 2 dishwashers, 2 ovens, 2 hobs and an additional array of equipment to enable you to cook and clean up with ease, all whilst enjoying the company of family and friends in the heart of your holiday home. One wall of this open plan area is entirely made of glass which provides a stunning backdrop to the spectacular views that allows the beautiful natural light to flow in and and opens up for access to the pool patio and garden areas. There is also a cosy nook with sofa and desk should you need some quiet time to catch up on some emails or social media.

On this floor you will find 2 twin bedrooms that can also be set up as doubles, one with outside access to the garden area and fabulous views to the sea, they share a beautiful family bathroom with double vanity, twin mirrors and even a bath with a view! Also on the ground floor is the master suite, also known as the Honeymoon Suite, which has its own luxury en suite bathroom with sumptuous spot lit bath tub sat on a white pebbled floor encased in sliding glass, twin vanity and a wall of mirror. The suite also boasts its own sitting room with corner sofa and flat screen tv, there is a folding wall that can be used to separate these two spaces by way of the sofa-bed to accommodate 2 additional guests. There is access to the garden area from these rooms.

Moving up to the first floor, the staircase is bathed in natural light from the glass skylight. On this floor you will find a double and a twin bedroom with access to the balcony overlooking the pool and the wonderful coastline of Paphos. There are a further 2 twin rooms that can accommodate 2 guest in each room, 2 of which have access to the same balcony and views, bringing the total number of rooms available for guests up to 8. 2 family bathrooms are also on this floor offering lavish style and elegance.  Accessed from the balcony and also through a separate door on the first floor (also externally from the garden area) is a stunning roof terrace with sun loungers, soft seating area shaded by a pergola, dining table & chairs, bar, fridge and sink. The views from this decked terrace are unsurpassable, with the mountains to the left and the wonderful Mediterranean sea glistening in the distance.

The pool patio area has an awesome infinity pool with sunken bar stools for you to chill comfortably with a glass of something cool whilst drinking in those incredible views. There is barbecue area with large dining table and chairs for al fresco dining, sun loungers, parasols and a ping pong table for your entertainment. Villa Topaz Bay is in a tip-top location just 1.4km from Potima beach and the fabulous beach shack Sea You Beach Bar, a firm favourite with the CVR team, and just a short drive to Coral Bay with a great selection of restaurants, bars with live entertainment, shops and our top recommendations for beaches, Corallia Beach and Coral Bay Beach.

In the westerly direction beyond Coral Bay lies St. George and the wild and wonderful Akamas Peninsula and National Park. To the East lies Paphos Old Town and Kato Paphos with its charming harbour and seafront full of eateries and shops.

Villa Topaz Bay is a nicely laid out modern villa situated in Kissonerga with beautiful sea and mountain views, located in a quiet area, the villa is accessed from a side road with parking on the driveway at the side of the villa as well as a garage.

On entrance to the villa there is the open plan lounge with a large wall mounted TV and comfy seating, dining area with table and chairs. The modern light beige fitted kitchen is separate. Patio doors open from the lounge and dining area to the covered terrace and pool area. On the ground floor there is also a guest toilet.

​

On the first floor are two double bedrooms. Both double bedrooms, one with an en suite shower, have an adjoining balcony with small table and chairs and beautiful sea and pool views. There is also a separate bathroom on this floor.

On the lower floor you will find a further two bedrooms, a twin bedroom and a double bedroom plus single bed which share a separate bathroom. On this floor there is also a room that houses the washing machine, additional fridge and sink, iron and ironing board.
