This fabulous 3 bedroom villa is located in the prestigious area of Secret Valley just a short drive from the charming village of Kouklia with numerous traditional tavernas and watering holes. With amazing views of the Mediterranean Sea and Troodos Mountains, it is centrally located between the coastal resort of Paphos and Cyprus’ second largest city, Limassol.

The villa is set over a single storey with an open plan design. The large lounge is comfortably furnished with a corner sofa, easy chairs, large flat screen TV with English speaking channels and has wall to wall glass patio doors which allow the natural light to flood in. The dining area seats 6 and the fully fitted kitchen, reached by a couple of shallow steps, is furnished with all the mod-cons you will need to enjoy a first class self-catering holiday. The rooms are set up as a double bedroom with en suite shower room and patio doors leading to a raised terrace, a double room with en suite bathroom and a twin room, but all bedrooms can be either twin or double. There is also a separate family shower room.

This villa also boasts free access to the facilities supplied by the neighbouring by louis hotel: Cleaning 6 times per week, change of linen & towels 3 times per week, turn down service 6 times per week, welcome treat in the villa (sparkling wine, beverages in the fridge, fresh fruit basket), daily replenishment of the coffee and tea facilities.

Villa Anchora lies in the very heart of Coral Bay Peyia Cyprus, minutes from the best beaches in paphos. The lively Coral Bay strip is packed with shops and restaurants, cafés and bars, so everything you need is right on hand.

To the east you’ll find flavours of the ancient and modern worlds in the Old Town and Kato Paphos. To the west the wild Akamas Peninsula offers the promise of natural beauty and adventure.

Villa Anchora is furnished in full CVR signature style. It has 1 double bedroom on the ground floor with patio doors leading out onto the terrace overlooking the pool area, a bathroom with walk-in shower, stylish and comfortable lounge area with large flat screen TV with English Speaking TV Channels, PlayStation 4 with games (available on request), a dining area to accommodate 6 guests and a fully fitted modern kitchen. On the first floor you will find another double bedroom leading out onto a furnished balcony with sea view and a twin bedroom also leading out onto a sea facing furnished balcony, there is also a shared family bathroom. One floor up there is a lovely roof terrace to enjoy the fabulous view of the sea and Paphos coastline.

Outside there is a terrace with dining table and comfy seating area, down a couple of steps takes you to a private pool (heating, optional extra), optional jacuzzi/spa – introducing our versatile all-season jacuzzis, perfect for holiday villa guests! In the summer, bask in the refreshing cool waters, soothing sun-kissed skin and revitalizing your body. The best thing about Villa Anchora is the location, whilst it is tucked away in a nice quiet corner, it is just 5 minutes walk to the main strip of Coral Bay full of fantastic restaurants, bars with live music, shops and a great little amusement park with mini golf right in the centre. The lovely Coral Bay Beach is within walking distance and there is a main bus route on the strip.
