Villa Pelagia is a pleasant 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom villa with pleasant countryside and sea views. Perfect for those who like privacy and seclusion. Sleeping up to 10. Located in a lovely, quiet cul-de-sac. The villa is accessed from an attractive residential street with off-road parking inside the gated grounds.

Villa Pelagia has an open plan design lounge and dining area with the kitchen leading from this area. There is comfortable seating, large flat-screen TV with English Speaking TV Channels and a PlayStation 4 (available on request) plus a dining table and chairs. There is a well-equipped kitchen which has everything you need including a dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave and fridge freezer. There is a double bedroom on the ground floor with a separate shower room. There are 3 further bedrooms on the first floor. Two doubles both with en-suite bathroom and one twin bedroom with en-suite shower room. One double bedroom and the twin bedroom share a balcony with pleasant sea views and countryside views.

The large pool area with sunbeds and parasols is a perfect place to relax and cool off. A large shaded pergola with an outdoor table and chairs and a BBQ makes it great for alfresco dining. Also a shaded area to the other side of the property where you can enjoy a game of table tennis. There is also a pool table, dart board plus a swing and slide for the little ones.

There is also an optional jacuzzi/spa for you to enjoy – introducing our versatile all-season jacuzzis, perfect for holiday villa guests! Villa CVRWEDPANEDG is a fantastic 2 bedroom villa. Please note it can only be booked together with its charming sister villa, CVRWEDPAN.

This beautiful villa is situated at the peak of Peyia Village, in close proximity to Coral Bay, and provides stunning vistas of the southwest coastline and mountains. Less than a 10-minute drive will bring you to Peyia, a delightful Cypriot village filled with tavernas, bars, restaurants, and a variety of local shops and services. The well-known Coral Bay Strip is just a 15-minute drive away, featuring blue flag beaches such as Corallia Beach and Coral Bay Beach. The strip also offers a wide range of dining options, numerous bars with live entertainment, and various shops.
