Magnificent new beach villa situated in the beautiful Ayia Marina close to the sea. It has a magical sea view on one side and a mountain view on the other side surrounded by lemon, orange, olive and avocado trees.

Villa Arrissos has four levels, on the ground floor you will find the annex, pool area and garden, on the first and second level is the villa house and on the third level is the covered roof garden. As this is one huge villa it has a lift that goes up to the third level along with stairs as well. Ideal for 2 large parties or a large group of friends or family.

The main part of the villa is accessed through beautiful gates, once inside you are in a large entrance hall with stairs going up to the first and second floors or you can choose to take the lift.

The first floor comprises of a large lounge area with lots of comfy seating, TV, dining area and doors leading to the balcony. Here you can take steps down to the pool and garden area. Then a further door which leads to an additional balcony with table and chairs and soft seating - both balconies have amazing sea views.  Also a luxury kitchen which has all facilities for cooking and with a large supermarket storage facility, large fridge freezer and mini bar. On this floor there is a double bedroom with a large shower en-suite and a balcony with table and chairs with spectacular mountain views.

The second floor has four double bedrooms, one along with bunk beds with an inland view, one with a couch and balcony and a beautiful sea view. Two separate large bathrooms, one with a luxury shower, jacuzzi with hydromassage for 2 people, two sinks and washing machine.

Villa Serenity is located in the most idyllic spot, with stunning views of the valley, mountains and sea, it certainly lives up to its name being peaceful, private and tranquil. From its position at the top of Peyia Village, it is just a short drop down to the centre of the village full of tavernas, bars, restaurants, good local shops and amenities. Just a short walk along the coastal path you will come to a fantastic beach bar, Oniros By The Sea, overlooking the stunning Sea Caves and the Edro III shipwreck. Villa Angel and Villa Emily are both located on a private estate in secured gated grounds in the prestigious Argaka area of Polis in the Paphos district. The popular resort of Latchi, with its charming harbour and famous fish restaurants, is just a 15 minute drive away and the popular town of Polis with plenty of restaurants, bars and colourful shops and market stalls only a 10 minute drive. The villas have the most beautiful landscaped gardens with seating amongst them. Here there is also a staff house that takes care of the villas, the garden, the pools, maintenance and to help guests with any issues, questions or queries. This is an amazing location for enjoying a peaceful holiday.

The superbly impressive Villa Angel is set over 3 floors, the entrance hall on the ground floor leads you through to the luxuriously designed lounge with flat screen TV and sumptuous furnishings and large dining area both of which have patio doors leading to the terrace with comfortable table and chairs.
