Villa Angel and Villa Emily are both located on a private estate in secured gated grounds in the prestigious Argaka area of Polis in the Paphos district. The popular resort of Latchi, with its charming harbour and famous fish restaurants, is just a 15 minute drive away and the popular town of Polis with plenty of restaurants, bars and colourful shops and market stalls only a 10 minute drive. The villas have the most beautiful landscaped gardens with seating amongst them. Here there is also a staff house that takes care of the villas, the garden, the pools, maintenance and to help guests with any issues, questions or queries. Villa Alkontera is an elegant 5 bedroom villa centrally located in Polis. The shops and restaurants are within walking distance where you will find a good choice of places to eat and drink in Polis Square too. Polis Beach and the charming Latchi Harbour are less than a 5 minute drive.

On entering the villa you will find the dining area with table and chairs and a nice sized lounge with a large modern L shaped couch and TV, here are 2 picture windows overlooking the garden area. This leads to a further seating area with a TV that can be used for youtube and such like. Leading on from the seating area to the modern fitted kitchen with an island and bar stools and kitchen door which also leads to the terrace and pool area. Behind the kitchen is a double bedroom with a large shower ensuite where there are doors that open to the side of the house and this leads to the pool area. On this floor there are two sets of steps that go to the lower ground floor, the first set taking you down to the games room with air hockey and foosball where there is also a separate shower room. The second set takes you down to the garage where the door can be automatically operated.

Villa Seawaves, a captivating 5-bedroom retreat, where modern elegance intertwines with the enchanting allure of Cyprus, just a brief 5-minute drive away from two of the region’s most sought-after beaches: Coral Bay Beach and Corallia Beach. A bit further on, you’ll discover the vibrant Coral Bay strip, renowned for its diverse range of eateries, live music bars, cosy cafes and charming shops. To the east of Villa Seawaves lies the historic Paphos Old Town and Kato Paphos, boasting a picturesque harbour and a bustling seafront adorned with a variety of dining options and shops. To the west of the villa awaits St. George, showcasing a quaint fishing harbour and a secluded beach, along with the amazing Akamas Peninsula and National Park, inviting exploration amidst its natural wonders.

Upon entry to the villa, guests will encounter a contemporary living area featuring a flat-screen TV, plush sofas and expansive floor-to-ceiling windows providing views of lush greenery. The kitchen boasts sophisticated wood and granite finishes, fully equipped with modern appliances, ideal for culinary endeavours and a stylish dining area, complete with a spacious dark wood table and matching high-backed chairs accommodating up to 10 guests. Additionally, on this level, there is a twin bedroom with an en suite shower, as well as a guest cloakroom for added convenience.

Ascending to the upper level, guests will discover the remaining four bedrooms. Among them, two are twin bedrooms, each boasting its own ensuite shower. The other two bedrooms are doubles, both with balconies offering sweeping views of the pool and beyond. One of these doubles features an ensuite shower, while the other boasts an ensuite bathroom.

Indulge in sun-kissed afternoons by our inviting pool, enveloped by a sun-drenched terrace adorned with plush sun loungers, parasols and a BBQ area, inviting you to bask in the warmth of the Mediterranean sun. For your entertainment there is a pool table and foosball, ensuring endless fun and friendly competition for guests of all ages, while the rooftop garden offers amazing views across the Mediterranean, perfect for relaxation and soaking in the stunning scenery.

This villa is part of an exclusive gated community of superior quality villas located at the top of Peyia Village, close to Coral Bay. The location affords you the most stunning views over the Paphos coastline and mountains. Peyia, which is around a 3 minute drive, is a charming Cypriot village full of tavernas, bars, restaurants, good local shops and amenities.

The bustling and popular Coral Bay Strip is only a 3 minute drive away and boasts blue flag beaches Corallia Beach and Coral Bay Beach, as well as other near by beaches, like Lara Beach and Laourou Beach.  There are many restaurants with local and international cuisine to choose from along with an array of bars, many with live music throughout the week and plenty of shopping opportunities. There is also a little amusement park for the younger ones with a fantastic mini golf course to keep the older ones entertained.

To the west lies St. George and the Akamas Peninsula and National Park. To the east past Potima Bay and the village of Kissonerga lies Paphos Old Town and Kato Paphos. There are a number of golf courses to recommend along with some fantastic wineries and wine tours.

The villa is a romantic 2 bedroom villa offering complete privacy and seclusion with a wonderful intimate garden looking over the curve of the Paphos coastline and striking mountains. This one storey villa has an open plan living area with comfortable lounge, flat screen TV with multi-lingual channels, Bluetooth speakers and feature fireplace. The kitchen has all the mod-cons you will need including a breakfast bar with seating. There is a double bedroom with sumptuous roll-top, free-standing bath perfectly positioned for you to enjoy the most amazing views whilst you relax in the warm bubbles. There is a spacious twin bedroom and shared shower room along with a guest cloakroom. There is air-conditioning in all areas.
