Villa Alkontera is an elegant 5 bedroom villa centrally located in Polis. The shops and restaurants are within walking distance where you will find a good choice of places to eat and drink in Polis Square too. Polis Beach and the charming Latchi Harbour are less than a 5 minute drive. 

​

On entering the villa you will find the dining area with table and chairs and a nice sized lounge with a large modern L shaped couch and TV, here are 2 picture windows overlooking the garden area. This leads to a further seating area with a TV that can be used for youtube and such like. Leading on from the seating area to the modern fitted kitchen with an island and bar stools and kitchen door which also leads to the terrace and pool area. Behind the kitchen is a double bedroom with a large shower ensuite where there are doors that open to the side of the house and this leads to the pool area. On this floor there are two sets of steps that go to the lower ground floor, the first set taking you down to the games room with air hockey and foosball where there is also a separate shower room. The second set takes you down to the garage where the door can be automatically operated.

Going upstairs there are a further 4 bedrooms, one double bedroom with a modern shower ensuite, one twin bedroom, one double bedroom and one bedroom with bunk beds which have an adjoining balcony and here there is also a separate bathroom. On this floor there is also a laundry room which houses the washing machine, iron and ironing board. 

​

The villa has a large swimming pool with Roman steps for easy access (heating optional extra). This is a great place for all the family to gather together, there is a mature garden surrounding the villa offering a good degree of privacy. There is also a covered pergola which is ideal if you want to escape the midday sun whilst reading a good book. Next to the gas BBQ is a dining table and chairs, all much needed ingredients for alfresco dining. There is also the benefit of the central heating for the cooler evenings. Furthermore, you’ll discover an electric vehicle charging station on the premises for your eco-conscious travel needs.

In front of the perimeters of the grounds are orange and lemon trees which you can pick for your own delights.

From secluded privacy, you are still less than a 10 minute drive to the busting strip of Coral Bay where you will find plenty of restaurants, great bars with live entertainment, shops and even a small amusement park with mini-golf course, plus 2 of the best beach on the island Coral Bay Beach & Corallia Beach. The charming fishing harbour of St George with its lovely sandy beach is just a 5 minute drive and the stunning Cap St George Beach Club Resort is just a 4 minute drive. Paphos Old Town and Kato Paphos with its charming harbour and seafront full of eateries and shops are just a 30 minute drive.

The spacious lounge has a huge comfortable seating area with large flat screen TV with English Speaking TV Channels and wide glass patio doors framing the beautiful oasis beyond. Double doors take you through to the dining area and fully fitted kitchen with granite worktops, breakfast bar and all mod cons including dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave and fridge/freezer, a second kitchen leads off the first for additional workspace and facilities. Villa Angel and Villa Emily are both located on a private estate in secured gated grounds in the prestigious Argaka area of Polis in the Paphos district. The popular resort of Latchi, with its charming harbour and famous fish restaurants, is just a 15 minute drive away and the popular town of Polis with plenty of restaurants, bars and colourful shops and market stalls only a 10 minute drive. The villas have the most beautiful landscaped gardens with seating amongst them. Here there is also a staff house that takes care of the villas, the garden, the pools, maintenance and to help guests with any issues, questions or queries. Magnificent new beach villa situated in the beautiful Ayia Marina close to the sea. It has a magical sea view on one side and a mountain view on the other side surrounded by lemon, orange, olive and avocado trees.

Villa Arrissos has four levels, on the ground floor you will find the annex, pool area and garden, on the first and second level is the villa house and on the third level is the covered roof garden. As this is one huge villa it has a lift that goes up to the third level along with stairs as well. Ideal for 2 large parties or a large group of friends or family.

The main part of the villa is accessed through beautiful gates, once inside you are in a large entrance hall with stairs going up to the first and second floors or you can choose to take the lift.

The first floor comprises of a large lounge area with lots of comfy seating, TV, dining area and doors leading to the balcony. Here you can take steps down to the pool and garden area. Then a further door which leads to an additional balcony with table and chairs and soft seating - both balconies have amazing sea views.  Also a luxury kitchen which has all facilities for cooking and with a large supermarket storage facility, large fridge freezer and mini bar. This amazing villa is located at the top of Peyia Village, close to Coral Bay with the most breath-taking views over the southwest coastline and mountains. Peyia, which is under a 10 minute drive, is a charming Cypriot village full of tavernas, bars, restaurants, good local shops and amenities.  The very popular Coral Bay Strip is only a 15 minute drive away and boasts blue flag beaches Corallia Beach and Coral Bay Beach, the strip has numerous restaurants with a varied choice of cuisine, along with lots of bars with live music and shops.
