This brand new, luxurious villa is perfectly situated in the popular resort area of Protaras, just a 5-minute walk from the beaches, shops, restaurants, and bars. Fully equipped with new furniture and fittings, this villa guarantees a comfortable and relaxing self-catering stay.

Upon entering Villa Bonita, you'll be greeted by a contemporary open-plan living room, kitchen, and dining area, surrounded by large patio doors that lead to the garden and pool area. The living room features a cosy corner sofa, a widescreen TV with satellite channels, and a Wi-Fi connection. The dining area seats eight, and the modern kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances needed for your stay, including a breakfast bar with additional seating for three. One bathroom with a shower is conveniently located on the ground floor.

Upstairs, you'll find four spacious and modern bedrooms, each with fitted wardrobes, bedside cabinets, and widescreen TVs. The master bedroom includes an en-suite bathroom with a shower, a double bed, and stunning sea views. Villa Azure is a remarkable 5 bedroom villa with 6th guest room in a separate apartment available on request, in the most impressive location of Sea Caves close to the Akamas Peninsula and National Park, an area of immense natural beauty, including the amazing Lara turtle nesting beach, but is only a 10 minute drive to the life and soul of the area – Coral Bay – with its famous blue flag beaches and lively strip full of fabulous restaurants, bars with live entertainment and shops.

It is set over 3 floors with a utility room on the lower ground floor with top of the range Miele washers, dryers and additional fridge/freezers. There is a wonderfully designed double master bedroom (with 2 double beds) that can be divided by a sliding soundproof wall, creating an additional bedroom. Both rooms feature their own private en suite bathrooms, each complemented by large balconies offering stunning, unobstructed sea views.

Taking you to the outside area, there is a large double garage with automatic doors, maids quarters (with a bedroom, kitchenette and bathroom) and one of the biggest and most impressive private swimming pools you will ever see! At 22m x 8m, this awesome infinity pool steals the show and has a backdrop of beautifully manicured lawns and landscaped gardens. You can sunbathe around the very generous pool patio area before walking down the Roman steps to swim a few laps while building up an appetite to enjoy the wonderful al fresco dining area after cooking up a storm on the outside barbecue.

As an extra added luxury, our maid service makes up your beds 5 days a week, cleans the bathrooms & patios and changes the bed linen once a week.

This amazing villa is located at the top of Peyia Village, close to Coral Bay with the most breathtaking views over the southwest coastline and mountains. Peyia, which is under a 10 minute drive, is a charming Cypriot village full of tavernas, bars, restaurants, good local shops and amenities.  The very popular Coral Bay Strip is only a 15 minute drive away and boasts blue flag beaches Coralia Beach and Coral Bay Beach, the strip has numerous restaurants with a varied choice of cuisine, along with lots of bars with live music and shops. There is also a little amusement park for the younger ones with a fantastic mini golf course to keep the older ones entertained.

To the west lies St. George and the Akamas Peninsula and National Park. To the east past Potima Bay and the village of Kissonerga lies Paphos Old Town and Kato Paphos. There are a number of golf courses to recommend along with some fantastic wineries and wine tours.

This absolutely stunning villa is set over 2 floors and has been designed and furnished to an exceptionally high standard. The open concept ground floor starts with a very large, comfortable lounge with flat screen TV showing English speaking channels. Situated in Kissonerga, Paphos, a mere 550 meters from Vardas Beach, it provides convenient access to Coral Bay, renowned for its Blue Flag-status beaches, Coral Bay Beach and Corallia Beach. Bang on the cutest little beach, perfect for gently immersing yourself in the crystal clear waters and gliding between the rock formations out to the deep blue yonder and safe enough for the little ones when kept by the shore and within the little bay.

Not only the best location visually, you have plenty of eateries and watering holes within walking distance and Coral Bay with its blue flag beaches, Corallia Beach and Coral Bay Beach, and bustling strip with an array of restaurants, bars and shops is only around a 7 minute drive. Further west is St George and the beautiful nature reserve The Akamas Peninsula. Back east you will find the mediaeval port at Kato Paphos alongside the charming harbour and seafront full of eateries, bars & shops, and a visit to the Old Town of Paphos with its daily market and quaint streets must go on your itinerary.

Villa Vista is an impressive deluxe property that could never disappoint. Set over 4 floors, the open plan ground floor area boasts a comfortable lounge area with large flat screen TV with English Speaking TV Channels, PlayStation 4 (or Nintendo Wii) plus games, a dining area and super modern kitchen kitted out with everything you need including dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer & Nespresso coffee machine. Also on this floor is a double bedroom with en suite shower, a twin bedroom and a family shower room.

On the lower level there is an annexed room that can sleep 2 guests, with patio doors leading to the outside, plus a pool table. On the first floor you will find the master bedroom with en suite bathroom with bath and walk-in shower, and balcony with sea views, a double bedroom with en suite shower and twin bedroom with en suite shower.

If things could get any better, you can ascend one more floor and you will reach the fabulous rooftop terrace complete with soft seating area and sensational hot tub (optional extra) which has built-in Bluetooth speakers and illuminated bubbles. What better spot to watch a perfect sunset at the end of a perfect day, just remember to bring the fizz!
