This villa is part of an exclusive gated community of superior quality villas located at the top of Peyia Village, close to Coral Bay. The location affords you the most stunning views over the Paphos coastline and mountains. Peyia, which is around a 3 minute drive, is a charming Cypriot village full of tavernas, bars, restaurants, good local shops and amenities.

The bustling and popular Coral Bay Strip is only a 3 minute drive away and boasts blue flag beaches Corallia Beach and Coral Bay Beach, as well as other beaches near by like Lara Beach and Laourou Beach.  There are many restaurants with local and international cuisine to choose from along with an array of bars, many with live music throughout the week and plenty of shopping opportunities. There is also a little amusement park for the younger ones with a fantastic mini golf course to keep the older ones entertained.

The Villa is a superb 3 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom villa that offers the height of luxury throughout. Villa Sunrays is a fantastic 3 bedroom villa located close to all amenities in the heart of Coral Bay Cyprus. The bustling Coral Bay strip which is full of fabulous restaurants, bars with live entertainment and shops is literally a 5 minute walk away. The blue flag beach of Coral Bay is within walking distance or you can hop on a bus from the strip which run frequently.

Villa Siena lies right in the beating heart of Coral Bay, commanding sweeping views over Potima Bay back toward the Old Town and Kato Paphos from its rooftop terrace. Taking you to the outside area, there is a large double garage with automatic doors, maids quarters (with a bedroom, kitchenette and bathroom) and one of the biggest and most impressive private swimming pools you will ever see! At 22m x 8m, this awesome infinity pool steals the show and has a backdrop of beautifully manicured lawns and landscaped gardens.
