This villa is part of an exclusive gated community of superior quality villas located at the top of Peyia Village, close to Coral Bay. The location affords you the most stunning views over the Paphos coastline and mountains. Peyia, which is around a 3 minute drive, is a charming Cypriot village full of tavernas, bars, restaurants, good local shops and amenities.

The bustling and popular Coral Bay Strip is only a 3 minute drive away and boasts golden shore beaches Coralia Beach and Coral Bay Beach, there are many restaurants with local and international cuisine to choose from along with an array of bars, many with live music throughout the week and plenty of shopping opportunities. There is also a little amusement park for the younger ones with a fantastic mini golf course to keep the older ones entertained.

To the west lies St. George and the Akamas Peninsula and National Park. To the east past Potima Bay and the village of Kissonerga lies Paphos Old Town and Kato Paphos. There are a number of golf courses to recommend along with some fantastic wineries and wine tours.

The villa is an ultra modern 3 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom villa that oozes luxury as soon as you step through the door. The open plan ground floor has a designer corner sofa, large flat screen TV with multi-lingual channels and feature fireplace. The fully equipped kitchen is fresh and contemporary complete with a large island/breakfast bar with seating. The first of the 3 bedrooms can be found on the ground floor, a twin room with en suite shower room and patio doors leading to the pool area.  There is also a guest cloakroom on this floor. On the first floor you will find the master bedroom with en suite bathroom containing both a walk-in shower and free-standing bath with a view! Back downstairs there are several patio doors leading you out to the poolside. Villa Angel and Villa Emily are both located on a private estate in secured gated grounds in the prestigious Argaka area of Polis in the Paphos district. The popular resort of Latchi, with its charming harbour and famous fish restaurants, is just a 15 minute drive away and the popular town of Polis with plenty of restaurants, bars and colourful shops and market stalls only a 10 minute drive. The villas have the most beautiful landscaped gardens with seating amongst them. Villa Sunrays is a fantastic 3 bedroom villa located close to all amenities in the heart of Coral Bay Cyprus. The bustling Coral Bay strip which is full of fabulous restaurants, bars with live entertainment and shops is literally a 5 minute walk away. The blue flag beach of Coral Bay is within walking distance or you can hop on a bus from the strip which run frequently.

To the east you’ll find flavours of the ancient and modern worlds in the Old Town and Kato Paphos. To the west the wild Akamas Peninsula offers the promise of natural beauty and adventure.

Villa Sunrays is situated on a very pleasant residential street with off-road parking inside the gated grounds. Villa Azure is a remarkable 5 bedroom villa with 6th guest room in a separate apartment available on request, in the most impressive location of Sea Caves close to the Akamas Peninsula and National Park, an area of immense natural beauty, including the amazing Lara turtle nesting beach, but is only a 10 minute drive to the life and soul of the area – Coral Bay – with its famous blue flag beaches and lively strip full of fabulous restaurants, bars with live entertainment and shops.

Villa Melanie is in a great location, hidden off the main Coral Bay / Peyia road. It is situated just a 5 minute walk from the main strip of Coral Bay. Villa Princess is a stunning super-modern 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom villa in Peyia. There are several eateries around a 10 minute walk away which include a fabulous local taverna that has traditional Greek dance evenings, a great restaurant/bar where you can enjoy live entertainment & lawn bowls and one that is great for the kids as it has a playground and swimming pool.

It is just a short drive to the charming village of Peyia with several shops, restaurants and great amenities. The popular and vibrant Coral Bay strip is a short 5 minute drive where you will find an abundance of restaurants with local and international cuisine, numerous bars with live entertainment, plentiful shops and the famous blue flag beaches Coral Bay Beach and Corallia Beach.  To the west lies St. George and the wild Akamas Peninsula. Villa Serenity is located in the most idyllic spot, with stunning views of the valley, mountains and sea, it certainly lives up to its name being peaceful, private and tranquil. From its position at the top of Peyia Village, it is just a short drop down to the centre of the village full of tavernas, bars, restaurants, good local shops and amenities. The bustling and popular Coral Bay Strip is only a 3 minute drive away and boasts golden shore beaches Corallia Beach and Coral Bay Beach, there are many restaurants with local and international cuisine to choose from along with an array of bars, many with live music throughout the week and plenty of shopping opportunities. There is also a little amusement park for the younger ones with a fantastic mini golf course to keep the older ones entertained.

To the west lies St. George and the Akamas Peninsula and National Park. To the east past Potima Bay and the village of Kissonerga lies Paphos Old Town and Kato Paphos. There are a number of golf courses to recommend along with some fantastic wineries and wine tours.
