Magnificent new beach villa situated in the beautiful Ayia Marina close to the sea. It has a magical sea view on one side and a mountain view on the other side surrounded by lemon, orange, olive and avocado trees.

Villa Arrissos has four levels, on the ground floor you will find the annex, pool area and garden, on the first and second level is the villa house and on the third level is the covered roof garden. As this is one huge villa it has a lift that goes up to the third level along with stairs as well. Ideal for 2 large parties or a large group of friends or family.

​

The main part of the villa is accessed through beautiful gates, once inside you are in a large entrance hall with stairs going up to the first and second floors or you can choose to take the lift.

​

The first floor comprises of a large lounge area with lots of comfy seating, TV, dining area and doors leading to the balcony. Here you can take steps down to the pool and garden area. Then a further door which leads to an additional balcony with table and chairs and soft seating - both balconies have amazing sea views.  Also a luxury kitchen which has all facilities for cooking and with a large supermarket storage facility, large fridge freezer and mini bar. On this floor there is a double bedroom with a large shower en-suite and a balcony with table and chairs with spectacular mountain views.

The second floor has four double bedrooms, one along with bunk beds with an inland view, one with a couch and balcony and a beautiful sea view. Two separate large bathrooms, one with a luxury shower, jacuzzi with hydromassage for 2 people, two sinks and washing machine.

The upper floor is the roof terrace where there is a hot tub and also a bathroom with shower and a big store room. Here are panoramic views of the wonderful magical sea and mountain views.

There is a separate annex on the pool level providing an open plan dining room with table and chairs, living room with WiFi, tv and comfy seating and a fully fitted kitchen with everything you need. There are also 3 bedrooms, one double (bunk bed with double lower mattress and single upper mattress, ideal for one couple or 2 children/teenagers) with shower en suite and two double bedrooms along with bunk beds which share a master shower room. From the lounge area is access to the swimming pool, also a small pool for children, and a beautiful landscaped garden with beautiful stone decoration and pavilion with marble table and chairs. There is plenty of room for sunbathing and also further tables and chairs for dining. You can also walk down the pathway through the garden which takes you directly to the beach.

This villa is part of an exclusive gated community of superior quality villas located at the top of Peyia Village, close to Coral Bay. Peyia, which is around a 3 minute drive, is a charming Cypriot village full of tavernas, bars, restaurants, good local shops and amenities.

Villa Chateau Rock is situated in the Prestigious area of Sea Caves just a few minutes drive from Coral Bay. Two of the region’s best beaches, Corallia and Coral Bay, are a very short drive with the bustling strip of Coral Bay, full of restaurants, bars & shops a little further on. You have several watering holes and eateries close by, including the amazing Spilies Tavern which is just a 5 minute walk. The very popular beach bar, Oniros By The Sea, which overlooks the stunning Sea Caves and the Edro III shipwreck is just a 3 minute drive

You enter the villa up flagstone steps into an anteroom with comfortable sofas, a guest cloakroom and a door leading to the garden area. Down a short staircase, you will find the lounge with several sofas, flat screen tv and patio doors leading to the gardens and pool area. Back up the stairs and up a couple more steps is the fully equipped kitchen and dining area, you can also access the garden from here. Down a large hallway, with a stunning wall of exposed rock, you will reach the first of the bedrooms, a double with snug seating area, en suite bath room and patio doors leading to a terrace with beautiful sea views. The second bedroom is next door which is a twin also with snug seating area, en suite shower room and patio doors leading the terrace with sea views.

Back through the kitchen you step outside to an amazing tiered garden area. There is an outside bar and stone seating area with a dramatic backdrop of natural rock. You can cook up a storm on the brick-built Cypriot BBQ or clay oven and dine al fresco on one of the several dining tables. On this level, there is a small self-contained apartment complete with kitchenette, seating area, a double bedroom and en suite bathroom. You will find a second duplicate self-contained apartment next door down a couple of stone steps.

Back outside there is a stunning infinity pool surrounded by lush greenery and showcases the incredible sea views.
