From its position at the top of Peyia Village, it is just a short drop down to the centre of the village full of tavernas, bars, restaurants, good local shops and amenities. The bustling and popular Coral Bay Strip is only a 3 minute drive away and boasts golden shore beaches Corallia Beach and Coral Bay Beach, there are many restaurants with local and international cuisine to choose from along with an array of bars, many with live music throughout the week and plenty of shopping opportunities. There are 2 sets of patio doors leading you out to the huge balcony that encompasses the villa and affords you multiple dimension views of the mountains, valley, coastline and pool area.

Through an archway you will find the master bedroom with en suite shower room and patio doors leading out to the wraparound balcony, 2 twin rooms both with patio doors accessing the large balcony and a family bathroom.

The lower outside level which you can access via 2 staircases, provides plenty of covered parking and the pool area is positioned perfectly to enjoy all those wonderful views with plenty of sun loungers to soak up the wonderful Cyprus sun.
