Villa Olivia is an imposing presence nestled up in the hills overlooking Coral Bay, watch the sun rise and set over the Med from Potima Bay in the east to Coral Bay and beyond in the west.

Cut down to Potima Bay past citrus groves and banana plantations and chill out at the Sea You Beach Bar, a firm favourite with the CVR crew. Coral Bay is right on hand with some of the best beaches and restaurants in the region. Or explore all the southwest coast has to offer from Kato Paphos and its harbour castle in the east to St. George and the Akamas Peninsula in the west.

Villa Oliva is in the most wonderful setting and is a serene and secluded hideaway. Through its gated entrance into the grounds, you walk through double front doors into the entranceway and down a couple of steps into the wide open and spacious lounge, tastefully furnished with designer sofas and chairs, the high ceilings and many windows make the space light and expansive. There is a dining area and 2 entrances to the fully fitted kitchen with all mod cons and an extra scullery as a convenient overflow. There is 1 double bedroom on the ground floor with a family bathroom.

On the first floor you will find the master bedroom with en suite bathroom & balcony, a double bedroom and a twin bedroom and family bathroom. On the top floor there is a double bedroom with en suite bathroom.

This villa is part of an exclusive gated community of superior quality villas located at the top of Peyia Village, close to Coral Bay. The location affords you the most stunning views over the Paphos coastline and mountains. Peyia, which is around a 3 minute drive, is a charming Cypriot village full of tavernas, bars, restaurants, good local shops and amenities.

The bustling and popular Coral Bay Strip is only a 3 minute drive away and boasts blue flag beaches Corallia Beach and Coral Bay Beach, as well as other beaches near by like Lara Beach and Laourou Beach.  There are many restaurants with local and international cuisine to choose from along with an array of bars, many with live music throughout the week and plenty of shopping opportunities. There is also a little amusement park for the younger ones with a fantastic mini golf course to keep the older ones entertained.
