Villa Hara lies at the top end of the little village of Kissonerga, a short way up from Potima or Banana Bay. Villa Falcons View has it all, everything you could wish for to enjoy the most amazing holiday on the Mediterranean island of Cyprus. Perched high on a cliff overlooking the crystal clear waters and coastline of Paphos with amazing mountain views, Falcons View is lavish and grand, completely secure and gated with electric gates and full alarm system.

With the huge open plan living area incorporating 2 stylish lounges with flat screen TV and English speaking channels, dining area and super modern designer kitchen all laid out on stunning marble flooring, there is opulence all around you. Set over 3 floors, there are 5 bedrooms and 5 en-suite bathrooms, the first floor housing the master bedroom plus 2 further doubles and 1 triple bedroom, the fifth double can be found on the lower ground floor, complete with self-contained kitchenette – all have the luxury of their own en-suite bathrooms. There is also a games room with pool table and ping pong table plus a laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer.

From the living area, there are huge bi-folding doors that open wide to drink in the beautiful view and take you to the exceptional outside area where you will find plenty of comfortable soft seating areas, an outside cooking area including Souvla style BBQ, traditional Cypriot clay oven, sink, bar and fridge, all under a covered pergola. There is also an impressive infinity pool which can be heated during the cooler months (heating optional extra) and a sunken Jacuzzi. There are extensive landscape gardens and party area perfect for entertaining and dining. To top it all off, there is a sauna, an office with printer and scanner plus a sunset roof terrace.

Falcons View is excellent for a location wedding with the grounds and views perfectly appointed to host the most lavish or intimate Mediterranean wedding with complete privacy and tranquillity. It is less than a one minute walk to the nearest restaurant and less than a 15 minute walk to the charming village of Kathikas with many traditional eateries and watering holes.

Villa Searay is situated right on the seafront in the most tranquil setting with unsurpassed sea views! Just a short walk along the coastal path you will come to a fantastic beach bar, Oniros By The Sea, overlooking the stunning Sea Caves and the Edro III shipwreck. Two of the region’s best beaches, Corallia and Coral Bay, are just a 6 minute drive with the main strip of Coral Bay, full of restaurants, bars & shops is 2 minutes further on.

To the east you’ll find flavours of the ancient and modern worlds in the Old Town and Kato Paphos. To the west the wild Akamas Peninsula offers the promise of natural beauty and adventure.

The ground floor is airy and spacious with a comfortable lounge sporting a decorative fireplace, large flat screen TV with English Speaking TV Channels, a PlayStation 4 and games (available on request), a dining area and open plan kitchen, fully equipped with all mod cons, granite worktops and breakfast bar, there is also a guest cloakroom with shower on the ground floor.

Upstairs you will find 2 double bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, a further double bedroom and a twin bedroom sharing a family shower room.

Villa Nektar is a delightful 3-bedroom villa located just under a 5-minute drive away from two of the best beaches: Coral Bay Beach and Corallia Beach. Further along, you will find the famous Coral Bay strip with its numerous restaurants, bars featuring live music, cafes, and shops. To the east lies Paphos Old Town and Kato Paphos, with its charming harbour and seafront filled with eateries and shops. Slightly to the west lies St. George with its quaint fishing harbour, small beach and the wonderful, wild Akamas Peninsula and National Park.

The layout of the villa is spread across two floors, the ground floor welcomes guests with an inviting open-plan design encompassing a stylish living area, dining space and a well-equipped kitchen. Decorated with contemporary furnishings, the living space boasts a snug corner sofa, satellite TV and a DVD player. The kitchen, fashioned from cherry wood and adorned with granite countertops, is fully equipped with essential appliances such as an electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. A generous dark wood dining table, paired with high-backed chairs, comfortably seats six guests.

On the ground level, you will also find the initial bedroom, a beautifully adorned twin room complemented by a nearby separate family shower room for enhanced comfort and accessibility.

Ascending to the first floor, guests will discover the remaining bedrooms, each boasting en-suite facilities and a private balcony. The Master double bedroom boasts a luxurious en-suite bathroom and a spacious private balcony overlooking the inviting pool area, while the twin bedroom offers an en-suite shower room and a private balcony affording views of the villa’s frontage.

Outdoors, a private 8-meter by 4-meter pool awaits, featuring both walk-in steps and a ladder for easy access, surrounded by a sun-drenched terrace furnished with comfortable sun loungers, parasols and a convenient poolside shower. There is also an outdoor dining area with barbeque perfect for indulging in alfresco dining during the balmy summer months.
