This fabulous 3 bedroom villa is located in the prestigious area of Secret Valley just a short drive from the charming village of Kouklia with numerous traditional tavernas and watering holes. With amazing views of the Mediterranean Sea and Troodos Mountains, it is centrally located between the coastal resort of Paphos and Cyprus’ second largest city, Limassol.

The villa is set over a single storey with an open plan design. The large lounge is comfortably furnished with a corner sofa, easy chairs, large flat screen TV with English speaking channels and has wall to wall glass patio doors which allow the natural light to flood in. The dining area seats 6 and the fully fitted kitchen, reached by a couple of shallow steps, is furnished with all the mod-cons you will need to enjoy a first class self-catering holiday. The rooms are set up as a double bedroom with en suite shower room and patio doors leading to a raised terrace, a double room with en suite bathroom and a twin room, but all bedrooms can be either twin or double. There is also a separate family shower room.

Moving through to the outside area, there is an abundance of soft seating areas, the first by the front door on a slightly raise terrace. The second is a large corner sofa along with outside dining table under a covered pergola, a third comfy soft seating area is under a shady tree alongside a pergola housing an outside shower, sink and traditional Cypriot BBQ. The large private pool which can be heated during the cooler months, is surrounded by sun loungers and parasols, all facing the coastline for you to enjoy the wonderful sea views. Magnificent new beach villa situated in the beautiful Ayia Marina close to the sea. It has a magical sea view on one side and a mountain view on the other side surrounded by lemon, orange, olive and avocado trees.

Villa Arrissos has four levels, on the ground floor you will find the annex, pool area and garden, on the first and second level is the villa house and on the third level is the covered roof garden. As this is one huge villa it has a lift that goes up to the third level along with stairs as well. Ideal for 2 large parties or a large group of friends or family.

The main part of the villa is accessed through beautiful gates, once inside you are in a large entrance hall with stairs going up to the first and second floors or you can choose to take the lift.

The first floor comprises of a large lounge area with lots of comfy seating, TV, dining area and doors leading to the balcony. Here you can take steps down to the pool and garden area.
