Taking you to the outside area, there is a large double garage with automatic doors, maids quarters (with a bedroom, kitchenette and bathroom) and one of the biggest and most impressive private swimming pools you will ever see! At 22m x 8m, this awesome infinity pool steals the show and has a backdrop of beautifully manicured lawns and landscaped gardens. You can sunbathe around the very generous pool patio area before walking down the Roman steps to swim a few laps while building up an appetite to enjoy the wonderful al fresco dining area after cooking up a storm on the outside barbecue.

Villa Ivory is a palatial villa in the heart of Coral Bay Peyia Paphos. This beautifully elegant villa has masses of space and is perfect for large groups and families.  The lively Coral Bay strip full of fantastic restaurants, bars with live music and shops and the famous blue flag Coral Bay Beach being a very short walk.

To the West lies St. George and the beautifully stunning Akamas Peninsula and National Park. To the East past Potima Bay lies Paphos Old Town and Kato Paphos with its charming harbour and seafront full of eateries and shops.

Villa Hara lies at the top end of the little village of Kissonerga, a short way up from Potima or Banana Bay. The village has a church and main square, bakery, greengrocers, cafés and restaurants, so you can pop into the village for shopping and fresh bread. Down on the bay is the Sea You Beach Bar, a firm CVR favourite, and within view is the lively and popular Coral Bay strip with an abundance of restaurants, bars & shops with our top recommendations for beaches, Corallia Beach and Coral Bay Beach.

Inside Villa Hara is cool, roomy and spacious with an open plan layout. Downstairs you will find a cosy lounge looking out onto the pool area with a large flat-screen TV with English Speaking TV Channels, a PlayStation 4 (or Nintendo Wii) and games, a dining area, a huge fully equipped kitchen with all mod cons, a twin bedroom and family shower room. Villa Angel and Villa Emily are both located on a private estate in secured gated grounds in the prestigious Argaka area of Polis in the Paphos district. The popular resort of Latchi, with its charming harbour and famous fish restaurants, is just a 15 minute drive away and the popular town of Polis with plenty of restaurants, bars and colourful shops and market stalls only a 10 minute drive. The villas have the most beautiful landscaped gardens with seating amongst them. Here there is also a staff house that takes care of the villas, the garden, the pools, maintenance and to help guests with any issues, questions or queries. This is an amazing location for enjoying a peaceful holiday.

The superbly impressive Villa Angel is set over 3 floors, the entrance hall on the ground floor leads you through to the luxuriously designed lounge with flat screen TV and sumptuous furnishings and large dining area both of which have patio doors leading to the terrace with comfortable table and chairs. There is a fully equipped high-end kitchen with all mod cons including dishwasher, oven, hob, extractor hood, fridge/freezer, microwave, coffee machine, toaster and kettle along with a breakfast bar and additional kitchen dining table. On this floor you will find a double bedroom with en suite shower and a separate guest cloakroom. On the lower ground floor you will find a self-contained double bedroom with its very own sauna and separate shower room along with a fridge/freezer, ceramic hob and microwave. Doors lead you out to the pool area and beautiful landscaped gardens. The first floor hosts the master bedroom with a walk-in wardrobe, a large en suite shower room and a balcony to enjoy wonderful sea views and sunsets. A twin bedroom with en suite shower room enjoys the same views from the shared balcony and an additional double bedroom with en suite shower room and balcony overlooking the pool patio area.

The amazing pool area is at the rear of the villa with a beautiful terrace and steps leading down to the BBQ area and table and chairs which are underneath a pergola. Further round the landscaped gardens is a private seating area with amazing views. There are al fresco dining facilities, sun loungers, BBQ and parasols.
