Villa Emily and Villa Angel are both located on a private estate in secured gated grounds in the prestigious Argaka area of Polis in the Paphos district. The popular resort of Latchi, with its charming harbour and famous fish restaurants, is just a 15 minute drive away and the popular town of Polis with plenty of restaurants, bars and colourful shops and market stalls only a 10 minute drive.

The villas have the most beautiful landscaped gardens with seating amongst them. Here there is also a staff house that takes care of the villas, the garden, the pools, maintenance and to help guests with any issues, questions or queries. This is an amazing location for enjoying a peaceful holiday.

The spectacular Villa Emily is set over 3 floors, the entrance hall on the ground floor leads you through to the spacious and extremely comfortable lounge with flat screen TV and 2 dining areas, several patio doors lead you to the terrace with comfortable table and chairs. There is a fully equipped high-end kitchen with all mod cons including dishwasher, oven, hob, extractor hood, fridge/freezer, microwave, coffee machine, toaster and kettle along with a breakfast bar. On this floor you will find a guest cloakroom.

On the lower ground floor you will find a small gym, a sauna, separate shower room and guest cloakroom. Also on this floor is a self-contained double bedroom with fridge/freezer, washing machine, ceramic hob and microwave and an en suite shower room. From the bedroom there is a door which leads to beautiful landscaped gardens and table and comfy chairs. There is also a laundry room which houses the washing machine on this floor.

The first floor hosts the master bedroom with a walk-in wardrobe, a large en suite shower room, and a balcony to enjoy wonderful sea views and sunsets. There’s also a twin bedroom with en suite shower room enjoying the same views from the shared balcony and an additional double bedroom with en suite shower room and balcony overlooking the pool patio area.

The amazing pool area is reached through several patio doors from the raised terrace – steps lead you down to the fabulous infinity pool with walk in steps, sun loungers, parasols, covered dining area with BBQ and table & chairs and soft seating area. Further round the landscaped gardens is a private seating area with amazing views.

 Villa Kyparissia is a privately set and exclusive mansion-villa within an extensive, fully walled and gated plot and is just a kilometre or so from the scenic village of Kathikas. Villa Kyparissia offers stunning views overlooking Peyia, Coral Bay and Paphos. This is a 12 sleeper, 5 bathroom villa and separate sections split the villa – making it ideal for pairs of families, or larger groups of friends sharing.

Through the villa’s grand entrance doors, you will find a spacious open plan living area that is furnished in a modern style giving a contemporary indoor setting. Leading to the dining area in front of the open feature fire therefore ideal for hiding in shade in summer months and for a cosy dinner after outdoor activity in off-season and early spring. The open plan living area includes a fully equipped kitchen and dining area. There is a utility kitchen adjacent with time saving appliances, and plenty of extra surface area for when you really want to show off in the kitchen. Just outside the kitchen area there are al-fresco dining options, including a shaded veranda with a large stone built BBQ space. This area is perfect for enjoying a glass or two in the shade whilst barbecuing, sipping your morning coffee, or simply taking in the views.

The 4 south-facing bedrooms each have an en-suite bathroom. The master bedroom includes a grand king-sized bed with fitted wardrobes, a wall mounted TV, and an en-suite which hosts a Jacuzzi bath with shower. The second bedroom is also a king-sized room with wardrobes, TV and shower room. The third bedroom is a king-sized room with wardrobes and shower. The fourth bedroom on this level is a twin room with wardrobes and shower. All these bedrooms have access to the wrap-around balcony. There is a separate cloakroom near the dining area.

The lower section of Villa Kyparissia is built like a home within a home. It even has its own double door access; with a terrace hosting a modern sofa set in a shaded area, affording views across the local vineyards. The terrace leads to a modern lounge area with sofas and TV. It’s open plan with another fully equipped kitchen with appliances and a table and chairs. Moving through the corridor there is a king-sized bedroom and another bedroom with generously sized twin beds. Both bedrooms share a bathroom with a bath and overhanging shower.

There’s a pool table set at a point between the two sections of the villa. Towards the rear of Villa Kyparissia there is complete seclusion and privacy. At its heart there’s a large private pool which has amazing views on all sides. Villa Sunrays is a fantastic 3 bedroom villa located close to all amenities in the heart of Coral Bay Cyprus. The bustling Coral Bay strip which is full of fabulous restaurants, bars with live entertainment and shops is literally a 5 minute walk away. The blue flag beach of Coral Bay is within walking distance or you can hop on a bus from the strip which run frequently.

To the east you’ll find flavours of the ancient and modern worlds in the Old Town and Kato Paphos. To the west the wild Akamas Peninsula offers the promise of natural beauty and adventure.

Villa Sunrays is situated on a very pleasant residential street with off-road parking inside the gated grounds. The villa has an open plan layout with lounge, dining area and fitted kitchen, 2 sets of patio doors allow the light to flood in and open out to a patio and covered terrace. Welcome to Villa Opal. This stunning brand-new 5-bedroom villa is ideally situated just a few minutes' walk from the vibrant resort areas of Protaras and Pernera. A mere 5-minute stroll will take you to the nearest beach, along with a plethora of bars, restaurants, and shops. Newly built and fully equipped with contemporary furniture and fittings, this villa ensures a perfect and comfortable self-catering stay.

Upon entering the villa, you'll be greeted by a spacious open-plan living room, kitchen, and dining area. The living room features comfortable sofas, a widescreen TV with satellite channels, and WI-FI connection.
