Villa Sanctuary sits up at the top of the mountains with an incomparable view over the southwest coastline. Back east to the Paphos headland, you can see it all and from the pool terrace and top floor balcony down and away to the west, you can see the Sea Caves and the EDRO III shipwreck, it really is stunning!  Coral Bay, Corallia Beach and Coral Bay Beach, Potima Bay, the Sea You Beach Bar, St. George’s Harbour and the wild and wonderful Akamas Peninsula and National Park all lie within easy reach. You can walk into the charming village of Peyia where you will find tavernas, restaurants, bars, shops and a well stocked supermarket.

Villa Sanctuary is a unique 4 bedroom villa in true CVR style. The large open plan downstairs has a fully fitted kitchen with all mod-cons, through the first archway is a dining area for 8 guests and through the second archway is a very comfortable and spacious lounge with large flat screen TV with English Speaking TV Channels and PlayStation 4 (available on request).

The first of the four bedrooms, a double, is also found on this floor with its own en suite bathroom, there is also a guest cloakroom. Leading up the stairs there are a further 2 double bedrooms and a twin room all with the luxury of en suite bathrooms and every single one is perfectly positioned to take in that dazzling vista.

Outside the pool patio rocks the house with stunning views from its plateau terrace, it’s ideal for pool parties and lazy days by the stunning pool. This beautiful villa is situated at the peak of Peyia Village, in close proximity to Coral Bay, and provides stunning vistas of the southwest coastline and mountains. Less than a 10-minute drive will bring you to Peyia, a delightful Cypriot village filled with tavernas, bars, restaurants, and a variety of local shops and services.  Villa Kyparissia is a privately set and exclusive mansion-villa within an extensive, fully walled and gated plot and is just a kilometre or so from the scenic village of Kathikas. Villa Kyparissia offers stunning views overlooking Peyia, Coral Bay and Paphos. This is a 12 sleeper, 5 bathroom villa and separate sections split the villa – making it ideal for pairs of families, or larger groups of friends sharing.

Through the villa’s grand entrance doors, you will find a spacious open plan living area that is furnished in a modern style giving a contemporary indoor setting. Leading to the dining area in front of the open feature fire therefore ideal for hiding in shade in summer months and for a cosy dinner after outdoor activity in off-season and early spring. The open plan living area includes a fully equipped kitchen and dining area. There is a utility kitchen adjacent with time saving appliances, and plenty of extra surface area for when you really want to show off in the kitchen. Just outside the kitchen area there are al-fresco dining options, including a shaded veranda with a large stone built BBQ space. This area is perfect for enjoying a glass or two in the shade whilst barbecuing, sipping your morning coffee, or simply taking in the views.

The 4 south-facing bedrooms each have an en-suite bathroom. The master bedroom includes a grand king-sized bed with fitted wardrobes, a wall mounted TV, and an en-suite which hosts a Jacuzzi bath with shower. The second bedroom is also a king-sized room with wardrobes, TV and shower room. The third bedroom is a king-sized room with wardrobes and shower. The fourth bedroom on this level is a twin room with wardrobes and shower. All these bedrooms have access to the wrap-around balcony. There is a separate cloakroom near the dining area.

The lower section of Villa Kyparissia is built like a home within a home. It even has its own double door access; with a terrace hosting a modern sofa set in a shaded area, affording views across the local vineyards. Villa Serenity is located in the most idyllic spot, with stunning views of the valley, mountains and sea, it certainly lives up to its name being peaceful, private and tranquil. From its position at the top of Peyia Village, it is just a short drop down to the centre of the village full of tavernas, bars, restaurants, good local shops and amenities. Villa Emily and Villa Angel are both located on a private estate in secured gated grounds in the prestigious Argaka area of Polis in the Paphos district. The popular resort of Latchi, with its charming harbour and famous fish restaurants, is just a 15 minute drive away and the popular town of Polis with plenty of restaurants, bars and colourful shops and market stalls only a 10 minute drive.

The villas have the most beautiful landscaped gardens with seating amongst them. Here there is also a staff house that takes care of the villas, the garden, the pools, maintenance and to help guests with any issues, questions or queries. This is an amazing location for enjoying a peaceful holiday.

The spectacular Villa Emily is set over 3 floors, the entrance hall on the ground floor leads you through to the spacious and extremely comfortable lounge with flat screen TV and 2 dining areas, several patio doors lead you to the terrace with comfortable table and chairs.
