This villa is part of an exclusive gated community of superior quality villas located at the top of Peyia Village, close to Coral Bay. The location affords you the most stunning views over the Paphos coastline and mountains. Peyia, which is around a 3 minute drive, is a charming Cypriot village full of tavernas, bars, restaurants, good local shops and amenities.

The bustling and popular Coral Bay Strip is only a 3 minute drive away and boasts blue flag beaches Corallia Beach and Coral Bay Beach, as well as other beaches near by like Lara Beach and Laourou Beach.  There are many restaurants with local and international cuisine to choose from along with an array of bars, many with live music throughout the week and plenty of shopping opportunities. Villa Pelagia is a pleasant 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom villa with pleasant countryside and sea views. Perfect for those who like privacy and seclusion. Sleeping up to 10. Located in a lovely, quiet cul-de-sac. The villa is accessed from an attractive residential street with off-road parking inside the gated grounds.

Villa Pelagia has an open plan design lounge and dining area with the kitchen leading from this area. There is comfortable seating, large flat-screen TV with English Speaking TV Channels and a PlayStation 4 (available on request) plus a dining table and chairs. There is a well-equipped kitchen which has everything you need including a dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave and fridge freezer. There is a double bedroom on the ground floor with a separate shower room. There are 3 further bedrooms on the first floor. Two doubles both with en-suite bathroom and one twin bedroom with en-suite shower room. One double bedroom and the twin bedroom share a balcony with pleasant sea views and countryside views.

The large pool area with sunbeds and parasols is a perfect place to relax and cool off. A large shaded pergola with an outdoor table and chairs and a BBQ makes it great for alfresco dining. Upon entering Villa Bonita, you'll be greeted by a contemporary open-plan living room, kitchen, and dining area, surrounded by large patio doors that lead to the garden and pool area.
