Villa Chateau Rock is situated in the Prestigious area of Sea Caves just a few minutes drive from Coral Bay. Two of the region’s best beaches, Corallia and Coral Bay, are a very short drive with the bustling strip of Coral Bay, full of restaurants, bars & shops a little further on. You have several watering holes and eateries close by, including the amazing Spilies Tavern which is just a 5 minute walk. The very popular beach bar, Oniros By The Sea, which overlooks the stunning Sea Caves and the Edro III shipwreck is just a 3 minute drive

To the east you’ll find flavours of the ancient and modern worlds in the Old Town and Kato Paphos. To the west the wild Akamas Peninsula offers the promise of natural beauty and adventure.

Villa Chateau Rock is the most extraordinary property, peacefully set above Coral Bay it is secluded, private and tranquil.  Cut out of the natural rockface it has been designed to feature the exposed rock in many parts of the villa and its rustic décor lends itself to natural charm. You enter the villa up flagstone steps into an anteroom with comfortable sofas, a guest cloakroom and a door leading to the garden area. Down a short staircase, you will find the lounge with several sofas, flat screen tv and patio doors leading to the gardens and pool area. Back up the stairs and up a couple more steps is the fully equipped kitchen and dining area, you can also access the garden from here. Down a large hallway, with a stunning wall of exposed rock, you will reach the first of the bedrooms, a double with snug seating area, en suite bath room and patio doors leading to a terrace with beautiful sea views. The second bedroom is next door which is a twin also with snug seating area, en suite shower room and patio doors leading the terrace with sea views.

Back through the kitchen you step outside to an amazing tiered garden area. There is an outside bar and stone seating area with a dramatic backdrop of natural rock. You can cook up a storm on the brick-built Cypriot BBQ or clay oven and dine al fresco on one of the several dining tables. On this level, there is a small self-contained apartment complete with kitchenette, seating area, a double bedroom and en suite bathroom. You will find a second duplicate self-contained apartment next door down a couple of stone steps.

Back outside there is a stunning infinity pool surrounded by lush greenery and showcases the incredible sea views. The vast gardens are on several different levels and have sun loungers and parasols for lazy days soaking up the gorgeous Cyprus sun. The lovely coastline views can be enjoyed from all areas of the garden.

The open concept ground floor starts with a very large, comfortable lounge with flat screen TV showing English speaking channels. There is a dining area with large dining table and chairs, smaller table and chairs and breakfast bar with bar stools to allow everyone to enjoy lunch, breakfast and dinner together. The contemporary kitchen and adjoining utility room houses 2 fridge/freezers, 2 dishwashers, 2 ovens, 2 hobs and an additional array of equipment to enable you to cook and clean up with ease, all whilst enjoying the company of family and friends in the heart of your holiday home. One wall of this open plan area is entirely made of glass which provides a stunning backdrop to the spectacular views that allows the beautiful natural light to flow in and and opens up for access to the pool patio and garden areas. There is also a cosy nook with sofa and desk should you need some quiet time to catch up on some emails or social media.

On this floor you will find 2 twin bedrooms that can also be set up as doubles, one with outside access to the garden area and fabulous views to the sea, they share a beautiful family bathroom with double vanity, twin mirrors and even a bath with a view! Also on the ground floor is the master suite, also known as the Honeymoon Suite, which has its own luxury en suite bathroom with sumptuous spot lit bath tub sat on a white pebbled floor encased in sliding glass, twin vanity and a wall of mirror. The suite also boasts its own sitting room with corner sofa and flat screen tv, there is a folding wall that can be used to separate these two spaces by way of the sofa-bed to accommodate 2 additional guests. There is access to the garden area from these rooms.

Moving up to the first floor, the staircase is bathed in natural light from the glass skylight. On this floor you will find a double and a twin bedroom with access to the balcony overlooking the pool and the wonderful coastline of Paphos. There are a further 2 twin rooms that can accommodate 2 guest in each room, 2 of which have access to the same balcony and views, bringing the total number of rooms available for guests up to 8. 2 family bathrooms are also on this floor offering lavish style and elegance.  Accessed from the balcony and also through a separate door on the first floor (also externally from the garden area) is a stunning roof terrace with sun loungers, soft seating area shaded by a pergola, dining table & chairs, bar, fridge and sink. The views from this decked terrace are unsurpassable, with the mountains to the left and the wonderful Mediterranean sea glistening in the distance.

The pool patio area has an awesome infinity pool with sunken bar stools for you to chill comfortably with a glass of something cool whilst drinking in those incredible views. There is barbecue area with large dining table and chairs for al fresco dining, sun loungers, parasols and a ping pong table for your entertainment.
