Villa Amorosa is a modern and stylish 4-bedroom holiday villa in Peyia, set at the top of the village with breathtaking mountain and sea views. This Peyia villa with private pool offers the perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and convenience for families or groups looking for a peaceful yet well-connected retreat.

To the east is the Old Town Paphos and Kato Paphos with its medieval port and antiquities of the ancient world, charming harbour and seafront full of eateries and shops.  To the west lies the wild Akamas peninsula: adventure awaits! Just a short drive from the villa, the traditional village of Peyia offers tavernas, supermarkets, and bakeries. The Coral Bay Strip, known for its vibrant nightlife, sandy beaches, and family-friendly entertainment, is just 7 minutes away by car.

Villa Amorosa has an open plan design lounge and dining area with the kitchen leading from the lounge. There is comfortable seating, large flat-screen TV with English speaking channels and dining table and chairs. There is also a well-equipped modern kitchen which has everything you need including a dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave and fridge freezer. Leading on from this is a small utility area with a modern wine cooler style fridge. There is also a small utility area housing a sink, small fridge and cupboards - ideal for self-catering villa holidays.

The first of the bedrooms, a double, is on the ground floor  with a king bed which has its own en suite shower room, there is also a guest cloakroom on this floor. At the top of the staircase are patio doors which open to a large balcony with sunbeds and small table and chairs. The second double bedroom is on the first floor, with a queen bed and an en suite shower room, there are patio doors to the large adjoining balcony.

There are a further two bedrooms on the lower pool level. One with a double queen bed plus 1 single bed, and the other with double American queen bed  plus 1 single bed, these have a shared bathroom. Both bedrooms have patio doors that lead to the outside area with dining/seating area and 2 large chairs along with a ceiling fan to keep cool on the warm evenings. There is also a pergola with table and seating. The beautiful pool area with sunbeds and parasols is the perfect place to relax and cool off.  For your entertainment, a ping pong table and pool table are available to enjoy during your stay.

Villa Topaz Bay is in a tip-top location just 1.4km from Potima beach and the fabulous beach shack Sea You Beach Bar, a firm favourite with the CVR team, and just a short drive to Coral Bay with a great selection of restaurants, bars with live entertainment, shops and our top recommendations for beaches, Corallia Beach and Coral Bay Beach.

In the westerly direction beyond Coral Bay lies St. George and the wild and wonderful Akamas Peninsula and National Park. To the East lies Paphos Old Town and Kato Paphos with its charming harbour and seafront full of eateries and shops.

Villa Topaz Bay is a nicely laid out modern villa situated in Kissonerga with beautiful sea and mountain views, located in a quiet area, the villa is accessed from a side road with parking on the driveway at the side of the villa as well as a garage.

On entrance to the villa there is the open plan lounge with a large wall mounted TV and comfy seating, dining area with table and chairs. The modern light beige fitted kitchen is separate. Patio doors open from the lounge and dining area to the covered terrace and pool area. On the ground floor there is also a guest toilet.

On the first floor are two double bedrooms. Both double bedrooms, one with an en suite shower, have an adjoining balcony with small table and chairs and beautiful sea and pool views. There is also a separate bathroom on this floor.

On the lower floor you will find a further two bedrooms, a twin bedroom and a double bedroom plus single bed which share a separate bathroom. On this floor there is also a room that houses the washing machine, additional fridge and sink, iron and ironing board.
