Villa Ivory is a palatial villa in the heart of Coral Bay Peyia Paphos. This beautifully elegant villa has masses of space and is perfect for large groups and families.  The lively Coral Bay strip full of fantastic restaurants, bars with live music and shops and the famous blue flag Coral Bay Beach being a very short walk.

To the West lies St. George and the beautifully stunning Akamas Peninsula and National Park. To the East past Potima Bay lies Paphos Old Town and Kato Paphos with its charming harbour and seafront full of eateries and shops.

Villa Ivory is set over 3 floors, the impressive grand entrance hall on the ground floor leads you through to a cinema room with bar and feature fireplace, there is a fully equipped kitchen on this level with two washing machines, dishwasher, oven, hob and fridge/freezer.

The first floor has a large open plan living area with flat screen TV and large dining area, there is a further fully equipped kitchen with all mod cons including dishwasher, oven, hob, extractor hood, fridge/freezer, microwave, coffee machine, juicer, toaster and kettle. On this floor you will find a double bedroom (which can also be made into a twin) with a separate shower room, and a large balcony offering amazing sea views and one with direct access to the pool patio area, and a double bedroom with direct access to the pool patio area with its own en suite bathroom.  There is also 

an annexed room on this level.

The second floor is host to an additional living area with large flat screen TV with English speaking channels.  On this level you will find the master bedroom with large en suite bathroom, including bath and separate shower, and a balcony to enjoy wonderful sea views and sunsets. Another double bedroom (which can also be made into a twin) enjoys the same views from the shared balcony with access to a separate family shower room and an additional double bedroom (which can also be made into a twin) with its own en suite bathroom and balcony overlooking the pool patio area.  There is also an annexed room on this level.

The amazing pool area is at the rear of the villa with a backdrop of beautiful natural stone. There is an open air lounge area dominated by impressive towering pillars, a decked area leads the way to a fantastic swimming pool with Roman steps (heating optional extra) and an adjacent circular pool featuring a waterfall effect. Villa Alkontera is an elegant 5 bedroom villa centrally located in Polis. The shops and restaurants are within walking distance where you will find a good choice of places to eat and drink in Polis Square too. Polis Beach and the charming Latchi Harbour are less than a 5 minute drive.

On entering the villa you will find the dining area with table and chairs and a nice sized lounge with a large modern L shaped couch and TV, here are 2 picture windows overlooking the garden area. This leads to a further seating area with a TV that can be used for youtube and such like. Leading on from the seating area to the modern fitted kitchen with an island and bar stools and kitchen door which also leads to the terrace and pool area. Behind the kitchen is a double bedroom with a large shower ensuite where there are doors that open to the side of the house and this leads to the pool area. On this floor there are two sets of steps that go to the lower ground floor, the first set taking you down to the games room with air hockey and foosball where there is also a separate shower room. The second set takes you down to the garage where the door can be automatically operated.

Villa Melanie – perfectly located, perfectly tranquil! An attractive 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom villa with pleasant countryside and distant sea views, perfect for those who like privacy and seclusion. Villa Melanie is in a great location, hidden off the main Coral Bay / Peyia road. It is situated just a 5 minute walk from the main strip of Coral Bay. The beautiful sandy blue flag Coral Bay Beach is also within walking distance.   The villa is accessed from the road. It has a long driveway which benefits from off road parking inside the gated grounds.

Villa Melanie has an open plan design lounge and dining area with the kitchen leading from this area. There is comfortable seating, large flat-screen TV with English Speaking TV Channels and PlayStation 4 (available on request) plus dining table and chairs. There is a well-equipped kitchen which has everything you need including a dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave and fridge freezer. There is also a double bedroom on the ground floor with a separate shower room.  There are 3 further bedrooms on the first floor.
