Villa Cleopatra is a stunning 5 bedroom villa sitting only 20 metres from the ocean offering stunning sea views, sunsets and heaps of tranquillity.

Back east to the Paphos headland, you can see it all; past Potima Bay and the village of Kissonerga lies Paphos Old Town and Kato Paphos with its charming harbour and seafront full of eateries and shops. To the West lies St. George with its quaint fishing harbour & small beach and the wonderful & wild Akamas Peninsula and National Park.

Cleopatra offers a comfortable lounge, large flat screen TV with English Speaking TV Channels, PlayStation 4 plus games (available on request). A fully equipped kitchen has everything you need including dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, breakfast bar & bar stools and there is a dining area too. There is a utility room on the lower level with washing machine. There are 3 double bedrooms on the lower ground floor with a separate toilet and family bathroom. In one of the large double bedrooms you also find a bunkbed for the children. On the first floor you will find the master bedroom with en suite bathroom with amazing sea views, and a further double bedroom with an en suite bathroom.

Villa Alkontera is an elegant 5 bedroom villa centrally located in Polis. The shops and restaurants are within walking distance where you will find a good choice of places to eat and drink in Polis Square too. Polis Beach and the charming Latchi Harbour are less than a 5 minute drive. 

​

On entering the villa you will find the dining area with table and chairs and a nice sized lounge with a large modern L shaped couch and TV, here are 2 picture windows overlooking the garden area. This leads to a further seating area with a TV that can be used for youtube and such like. Leading on from the seating area to the modern fitted kitchen with an island and bar stools and kitchen door which also leads to the terrace and pool area. Behind the kitchen is a double bedroom with a large shower ensuite where there are doors that open to the side of the house and this leads to the pool area. On this floor there are two sets of steps that go to the lower ground floor, the first set taking you down to the games room with air hockey and foosball where there is also a separate shower room. The second set takes you down to the garage where the door can be automatically operated.

Going upstairs there are a further 4 bedrooms, one double bedroom with a modern shower ensuite, one twin bedroom, one double bedroom and one bedroom with bunk beds which have an adjoining balcony and here there is also a separate bathroom. On this floor there is also a laundry room which houses the washing machine, iron and ironing board.

The villa has a large swimming pool with Roman steps for easy access (heating optional extra). This is a great place for all the family to gather together, there is a mature garden surrounding the villa offering a good degree of privacy. There is also a covered pergola which is ideal if you want to escape the midday sun whilst reading a good book. Next to the gas BBQ is a dining table and chairs, all much needed ingredients for alfresco dining. There is also the benefit of the central heating for the cooler evenings. Villa Marina is a superb modern 12-sleeper, bang in the middle of Cyprus Coral Bay so all amenities are within walking distance. The bustling Coral Bay strip is literally a 5 minute walk and is overflowing with great restaurants, bars with live music and shops. Coral Bay is host to 2 of the best beaches on the island Corallia Beach and Coral Bay Beach.
