The open plan ground floor has a comfortable lounge area with flat screen TV with multi-lingual channels, feature fireplace, a contemporary kitchen fully kitted out with all the necessary amenities including a large island/breakfast bar with seating. The first of the 3 bedrooms can be found on the ground floor, the master bedroom has a king size bed, en suite bathroom with shower cubicle and luxurious circular jacuzzi bath – and an amazing hidden gem – your very own sauna! There is also a guest cloakroom on this floor. On the first floor you will find a double bedroom with an impressive 4 poster bed, en-suite shower room and private balcony with fabulous views plus a twin bedroom, private balcony also with amazing views. Back downstairs there are several patio doors leading you out to the fabulous pool area which is truly a little palace, or as we say in Greek, ‘palati’ like oasis. There are soft seating areas for relaxing, dining table and chairs to enjoy al fresco meals and to cook them on there is a gas barbecue and clay oven. All this surrounds the most amazing infinity pool with built in seating and stone jacuzzi. Villa Rio is the taller sister villa to Villa Acapulco, built over 2 floors and in the same great location, Villa Rio is a short walk to both Corallia Beach and Coral Bay Beach. Situated on a lovely quiet residential street, you have several bars & restaurants within easy walking distance and the bustling Coral Bay strip with plenty of great restaurants, bars with live entertainment and shops is less than a 20 minute walk.

To the east lies Kato Paphos with its medieval port and antiquities of the ancient world, charming harbour and seafront full of eateries and shops. And Old Town Paphos lies up on the hill overlooking the harbour with its narrow streets, full traditional market, artisans and local produce. The ground floor houses three double bedrooms in one wing, each featuring its own private en suite bathroom. A fourth double bedroom and an additional bathroom are in the second wing and ensures ample space for all our guests.
