This villa is part of an exclusive gated community of superior quality villas located at the top of Peyia Village, close to Coral Bay. The location affords you the most stunning views over the Paphos coastline and mountains. Peyia, which is around a 3 minute drive, is a charming Cypriot village full of tavernas, bars, restaurants, good local shops and amenities.

The bustling and popular Coral Bay Strip is only a 3 minute drive away and boasts golden shore beaches Coralia Beach and Coral Bay Beach, there are many restaurants with local and international cuisine to choose from along with an array of bars, many with live music throughout the week and plenty of shopping opportunities. There is also a little amusement park for the younger ones with a fantastic mini golf course to keep the older ones entertained.

To the west lies St. George and the Akamas Peninsula and National Park. To the east past Potima Bay and the village of Kissonerga lies Paphos Old Town and Kato Paphos. There are a number of golf courses to recommend along with some fantastic wineries and wine tours.

The villa is an ultra modern 3 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom villa that oozes luxury as soon as you step through the door. The open plan ground floor has a designer corner sofa, large flat screen TV with multi-lingual channels and feature fireplace. The fully equipped kitchen is fresh and contemporary complete with a large island/breakfast bar with seating. The first of the 3 bedrooms can be found on the ground floor, a twin room with en suite shower room and patio doors leading to the pool area.  There is also a guest cloakroom on this floor. On the first floor you will find the master bedroom with en suite bathroom containing both a walk-in shower and free-standing bath with a view! Plus a double bedroom with en-suite shower room and private balcony with fabulous views.

Back downstairs there are several patio doors leading you out to the poolside. There are soft seating areas for relaxing, dining table and chairs to enjoy al fresco meals, gas BBQ, luxury sunbeds and ping pong table for your entertainment. The amazing infinity pool has a decked sunbathing area for you to stay cool while you drink in those stunning sea views.  There is also a hot tub that will be filled ready for your arrival. Villa Amorosa is a modern and stylish 4-bedroom holiday villa in Peyia, set at the top of the village with breathtaking mountain and sea views. To the east is the Old Town Paphos and Kato Paphos with its medieval port and antiquities of the ancient world, charming harbour and seafront full of eateries and shops.  To the west lies the wild Akamas peninsula: adventure awaits! Villa Amorosa has an open plan design lounge and dining area with the kitchen leading from the lounge. There is also a well-equipped modern kitchen which has everything you need including a dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave and fridge freezer. Leading on from this is a small utility area with a modern wine cooler style fridge. There is also a small utility area housing a sink, small fridge and cupboards - ideal for self-catering villa holidays.

The first of the bedrooms, a double, is on the ground floor  with a king bed which has its own en suite shower room, there is also a guest cloakroom on this floor. At the top of the staircase are patio doors which open to a large balcony with sunbeds and small table and chairs. The second double bedroom is on the first floor, with a queen bed and an en suite shower room, there are patio doors to the large adjoining balcony.

There are a further two bedrooms on the lower pool level. One with a double queen bed plus 1 single bed, and the other with double American queen bed  plus 1 single bed, these have a shared bathroom. Both bedrooms have patio doors that lead to the outside area with dining/seating area and 2 large chairs along with a ceiling fan to keep cool on the warm evenings. There is also a pergola with table and seating. The beautiful pool area with sunbeds and parasols is the perfect place to relax and cool off.  For your entertainment, a ping pong table and pool table are available to enjoy during your stay.
