Villa Savvas is set in Argaka, one of the most unspoiled and beautiful areas in the Paphos and Polis district and just a 5 min drive to Argaka Sandy Beach.  The villa enjoys wonderful mountain and sea views and is surrounded by trees and plants for privacy.

The villa entrance is into the open plan lounge with comfortable seating and flat screen TV and dining area, the 2 sets of double glass patio doors showcases the fabulous pool patio area and the stunning Mediterranean sea beyond.  The dining area with modern table and chairs leads to the fully equipped kitchen which has everything you need including a washing machine, oven, microwave and fridge freezer.  There is also a guest cloakroom on this floor.

Upstairs there are three bedrooms, one double bedroom and twin bedroom with an adjoining balcony share pool and sea views and a double bedroom with mountain views.  The family bathroom is also on the first floor.

Back downstairs, the large private pool area awaits you with the cool refreshing pool, sunbeds, parasols, bbq, al fresco dining area under a wooden built pergola proving welcome shade and those stunning sea views.  After a morning lazing around the pool and a leisurely lunch, why not take a walk up the nearby hill to the forest where you can enjoy some nature time with the streams, butterflies and birds.
